"Slightly underwhelming experience.
1) Check-in and overall experience with staff: Just OK. No one was at reception upon arrival, but a guy eventually came and he was friendly. A girl at the breakfast area was also quite warm, but other than that, most others don't really interact with guests.
2) Location: It was clear before booking it was slightly off the old city, but there really was nothing within walking distance. No restaurants or shops to get food. One can walk to the old city (~20 mins) but the roads are unpaved and there is no street lighting at night. However, the hotel provides free shuttle service to the West Gate and the train station; very helpful.
3) Breakfast: Small spread but quite tasty. I recommend installing a coffee machine.
4) Amenities: The room was spacious and comfortable, but the water supply was very erratic. The first morning there was no water supply for hours, while the pressure became weak and the toilet couldn't flush on the second morning.
Overall, it was quite average, but given the low price, I think it's still OK for budget conscious travellers who don't mind being away from the centre of Khiva."

It is a relatively good hotel in this city and is recommended to stay in. It is not far from the ancient city by taxi, and the taxi fare is also cheap. The Italian restaurant on the first floor of the hotel tastes good and affordable.

Guest UserThe hotel is very new, 3 kilometers away from the ancient city of Shiva, a few minutes by taxi, the hotel environment has nothing to say, the environment is very good, the hotel is very clean, the hotel decoration is very good.
