This is a five-star hotel in Bac Ninh with convenient amenities and easy access to daily life nearby. The service is excellent and comfortable, rooms are clean, and the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese. The restaurant is also good, making it suitable for a high-end clientele.

Very good, rich and varied breakfast. Beautiful and pleasant environment, and quiet. The service staff can speak simple Chinese, which makes communication easy. Dinner is also very good, with good color, aroma and taste.

The facilities are pretty good, clean and hygienic. It has wooden floors, but no disposable slippers. The room was really spacious; it turned out to be a suite with two separate bedrooms, a hot plate, and a microwave, which made it feel just like home. Breakfast is served on the second floor next door. Initially, I was given a room right next to what looked like rented-out small apartments at the back. After I requested a change, they gave me a room facing the street.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and their Chinese communication was very smooth, making the check-in process effortless. The staff were also very adorable. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the overall environment is kept immaculate, as if it had just opened. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel provided thoughtful gifts, ensuring even those traveling abroad could feel the warmth and sense of belonging. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel that combines professional service with a warm and personal touch. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was characterized by high standards of cleanliness, a well-appointed interior, and exceptionally professional service. The room was spacious, the linens were crisp, and the central location made it an ideal choice for my trip. However, there was one persistent issue that significantly marred an otherwise perfect experience: the auditory disturbance emanating from the ventilation system during the night. While the rest of the room was a sanctuary of comfort, the exhaust vent above the sleeping area began to emit a series of disruptive noises as soon as the building settled into the quiet of the late hours. The most prominent sound was a constant, rhythmic trickling—much like water rushing through pipes or a leaky faucet—which echoed through the ductwork. This was accompanied by intermittent mechanical clanking and a low-frequency hum that seemed to vibrate through the ceiling. In the silence of the night, these sounds were amplified, making it incredibly difficult to achieve a state of deep, restful sleep. For a traveler, the primary function of a hotel room is to provide a quiet environment for recovery, and unfortunately, this ”pipe music” created a sense of restlessness. It was frustrating because every other element of the room—from the ambient lighting to the ergonomic mattress—was designed for relaxation. I truly appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff and the immaculate condition of the facilities. However, I believe the hotel management should investigate the plumbing or HVAC insulation near the exhaust ports. A simple fix, such as adding soundproofing material or securing loose valves, would transform this room from a ”good” stay into a ”perfect” one. Until then, the persistent sound of running water remains the only shadow over a highly commendable stay.

Overall, the experience was very good; parking was convenient, and there was a bathtub and breakfast. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was great. However, the window glass in room 703 had cracks that hadn't been replaced, and the kettle plug was loose with obvious burn marks. There was no desk in the room, so there was nowhere to put a computer; there were only two power outlets by the bed, so there was nowhere to boil water. The hotel is located in the mountains, and you should allow 15 minutes for a taxi ride. The hotel reception staff didn't speak much Chinese, but their service was very good.

When booking the hotel, I thought a new hotel opening in 2025 would be good, so I tried it. The results were disappointing, and I can't help but worry about the hotel's business philosophy. The hotel is inconvenient to get to, and the surrounding area is desolate and undeveloped. The decor is relatively old-fashioned, and it looks like it would have looked five years ago. It's simple and crude, and the furniture is made of relatively cheap materials. The room only had one trash can, and no bathroom, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom still had a shower curtain, and the sewer smell was strong. However, the water was powerful and hot. The air conditioner was directly opposite the bed, making it very cold. There were no chairs in the room, and the furniture was of very ordinary quality. There were few outlets: one below the TV and one at each bedside. The light outside the hotel elevator didn't work, so I had to fumble in the dark to find the switch. The air conditioner in the lobby downstairs didn't work. The good thing was that the Wi-Fi was good and reliable. The breakfast buffet was small, so there wasn't much choice, so I didn't eat breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
