Hotels With Swimming Pools in Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam

I've traveled all over the world and stayed at many international hotels, but for me, the Grand Hyams Hotel in Quy Nhon surpasses any hotel I've stayed at before. All the receptionists here are very professional, beautiful, and always quick to assist whenever I need help. 10/10 is not enough for this hotel. This has been a memorable vacation for me, and I will definitely return to Grand Hyams and Quy Nhon many times.

Booking was made literally 15 minutes before checking, Staff was a bit surprised but reacted well. F&B staff were outstanding, taking special attention to my ”polite” daughters compare to other kids that parents let go wild in a 5 stars hotel. Really appreciate Mrs. Oanh (captain there) for her support and dedication tor her role in the restaurant. FO staff were literally going out of their way to support us. Room was always cleaned with outstanding view and balcony. If I wanted to look for a flaw in the hotel it would be the lack of Concierge service, but has i said the FO staff was very supportive to coop with this flaw. I had the chance to meet the GM Mr. Dat Da who was extremely hospitable, going beyond his job but impersonated the word Hospitality. Ideally located near the beach. and close the the city center. To whoever read this i can only and strongly recommend the FLC City hotel with it's team

What a beautiful hotel! This is one of the best hotels we stayed in during our three week visit to Vietnam. It was so well designed with a clean aesthetic. Quy Nhon is such a cool bustling city, with a beautiful beach. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was good. The gym and pool were super nice, too.

This is my second time visit this hotel. This time I booked 02 rooms for my dad and his friends, because I booked 2 different room type so there are 02 separate bookings. There was a mistake that I forgot to change name for 2nd booking to under my Dad’s name. I emailed to hotel through OTA app and also called to hotel to ask for help. And I got a confirmation from staff that will help us to change booking name to avoid misunderstanding upon check in on arrival date (She didn’t mention about extra fee). Today, when my dad came to check in and front desk asked him for 500.000vnd and said to us that they do not receive any information from me (I have a evidence with me that hotel received my request). It’s not much but I’m not willing to pay at that time and asking for her to help my dad check in first then I will work on with reservation team. She was keeping say NO. She only does check in if we pay money for her, if not my dad has to waiting. It is very unprofessional and it’s not 5-star standard service that a 5- star hotel should have. This will be the last time we stay at FLC Resort Quy Nhon Tôi có đặt 2 phòng 2 bookings cho ba tôi tại FLC Luxury Hotel Quy Nhơn. Bộ phận đặt phòng cũng xác nhận đã thấy booking và cũng đã thấy tin nhắn yêu cầu trên booking của tôi. Và nói đã nắm thông tin hỗ trợ chuyển tên ( Không hề mention gì đến việc mất phụ thu cho phí đổi tên). Hôm nay khi ba tôi đến check in, nhân viên lễ tân yêu cầu thanh toán 500.000vnd phí đổi và nói không nhận được bất cứ thông tin gì từ tôi về request đổi tên. Tôi có nhờ các bạn hỗ trợ làm thủ tục trước và sẽ trao đổi lại với bộ phận đặt phòng sau. Tuy nhiên, với sự kém nhanh nhẹn và cứng nhắc của bạn lễ tân. Nhất quyết phải thu tiền phí đổi tên mới hỗ trợ check in. Tôi biết quy định là quy định, các bạn phải làm theo nhưng việc không linh động với khách hàng là quá kém. Tôi không nghĩ 1 khách sạn 5 sao mà có thể gây sự khó chịu cho khách hàng đến vậy. Tôi viết email này mong muốn bộ phận đặt phòng và khách sạn kiểm tra lại thông tin đặt phòng. Tôi cũng không nhớ rõ bạn đã nói chuyện điện thoaii và xác nhận với tôi là ai. Tôi nghĩ 500.000vnd nó không phải số tiền lớn mà tôi k thể chi trả, nhưng tôi mong khách sạn hãy xem lại cách làm việc linh động hơn và đưa thông tin đầy đủ tới khách hàng để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt cho khách hàng.

For a price of more than 300 yuan, you can get a five-star sea view room with breakfast. This is only in Quy Nhon, Vietnam. The hotel is just across the road from the seaside. After dinner every day, we sit on the beach and watch the waves. It is so comfortable to walk along the waves. The beach is completely free. The sand is very soft and the coastline is very long. Photos cannot capture its beauty. ; The hotel has specially prepared beach slippers and umbrellas, and there is a swimming pool and restaurant on the first floor; The front desk service is also good. The little brother helped me carry my luggage to the room. When I left, the young lady knew that I was going to the airport and called a cheap taxi for me. It was dozens of yuan cheaper than taking a Grab; The only drawback is that there are a lot of small bugs and flying insects in the room. I don’t know if it’s because it’s close to the seaside; The people around are very friendly. When I went to another hotel on a business trip, I walked for 80 minutes at night. It was very safe. Mostly along the coast; Many people were enjoying the cool weather, singing and dancing at the beach;

Definitely not four star or luxury. The food is average. The staff are nice enough but can’t really speak any English which is fair enough, it is Vietnam but they don’t really try either. Front of house hospo is Crown Retreat’s weak point. The bar is dismal. The bungalows are nice enough but nothing luxurious about them. Aircon unit leaked all over the floor constantly, toilet cistern never stopped running. The most disappointing thing is the amount of rubbish in the ocean. Disgraceful!

We booked this hotel for a one-night stopover and it was perfect. They arranged a pick-up from the airport and had a clean and spacious room for us ready when we arrived. The hotel offers a good breakfast buffet and there is a very nice pool and rooftop bar. The location is perfect, the city is not too big so everything is relativly close by. You can walk from the hotel to the beach in a few minutes. The only remark I have is about the communication with the hotel. Messages via Instagram gave me the answers I needed. My e-mails where unanswered.

This hotel stays true to its standard. We booked a standard room but it was so spacious, clean, smelled really nice. The surrounding areas on this property were precious which kept us going for more. Motorcycle rental is available and it was so cheap compared to other places in Hanoi, plus the tank was half full when it was brought to me. The receptionist lady and the bellman were polite and accommodating. The pool was amazing as it looks over the beach. Must give praises to Hung and Binh - the two gentlemen pool attendants who were so caring and kind and very hospitable. If I ever go back to Quy Nhon city, I will definitely go back to stay here. The only thing that needs improving is the breakfast buffet which was quite abundant and the customer service person was just standing around. As a customer service representative of a 4 star hotel myself, I find this a weak point of this accommodation. However, the rest just makes up for it so we’re fine.

So, after a long 6 hr road trip to the hotel, I just wanted to rest. I specifically requested a quiet room. When they drove me to my room on all sides of me were families, with kids and crying babies and some were even in my hotel room because the door was unlocked so why not? I immediately requested a room change and I took it. However it's only for one night and my other nights I will be moved to another room. The hotel staff were very nice and tried to accommodate my request, however there were MANY local families at the resort and every room pretty much had noisy kids in them. All sunbeds are covered in a tent like thing so if you were planning on tanning, keep that in mind. The chairs are super uncomfortable and don't have an option to lower the backs so you are tuck in one position. Plus side, the pool is completely deserted during the day so if you enjoy the sun, you'll pretty much have the pool all to yourself. Not the hotel's fault on this next one but it's good to know that there are a zillion little gnats flying around which make life super uncomfortable. Also not the hotel's fault but the beach is pretty polluted. I don't fancy going in that AT ALL. AC works great. Breakfast really only catered to locals and there was very few other options. On my last day, the resort seemed more quiet which is a shame because I was leaving and I wish it would've been like that the whole time. It really is a pretty resort, regardless. I wanted to come to Quy Nhon because they said it's beautiful but I'm finding my expectations were set too high, sadly.

The resort takes great care of it little by little, I like the makeup service every night with cakes like a good night's sleep, only complaining is that the room price is a bit high but it combines 2 single beds to double beds and the room does not have a bathtub.

The room was beautiful and spacious and I loved the up lighting of the ceiling. Staff were helpful. The pool is huge and the view was wonderful. We only stayed for one night - really only 12 hours, but we can walk alot in resort - and ordered room service for dinner which was delicious. They also have a small tea shop. They also have a small tea shop. Amazing place to get some tasty ice tea and relax.
