I came to the Tulou for fun. I walked to this restaurant in less than 5 minutes. The proprietress was very welcoming.
I ordered: Steamed First Love (wild light fish is called First Love in Minnan dialect), braised pickled cabbage with taro, stir-fried bamboo shoots with meat, Guanyin vegetable, old duck soup, four dishes and one soup

When traveling to Yunshuiyao, we chose this restaurant for dinner. We ordered several dishes and they were all good. The local chicken pot was tender and tasty, the steamed fish was fresh and delicious, and the fish scales were edible, which was very unique. The salt and pepper shrimp was crispy and fragrant. The environment was clean, tidy and refreshing. The boss was really generous in portioning. It is worth recommending.

The restaurant is located in the Yunshuiyao Scenic Area. The environment is elegant and comfortable. Dining under the big tree beside the ancient road is a special mood. I went to the kitchen to watch Chef Jian cooking. The kitchen is clean and hygienic. Chef Jian&#39;s cooking skills are even better. He cooks authentic farm dishes. I heard from the boss that some of the calligraphy and paintings in the store were made by Chef Jian! I highly recommend the steamed light fish and bamboo tube royal chicken in this restaurant. After playing in Yunshuiyao, I was very hungry, so I had to eat some farm food. This restaurant is right at the exit of Yunshuiyao, and you can park at the door. I went in and ordered a few dishes. They were great. I finished two more bowls of rice! !
