The local cuisine is very authentic. Every year when I come to Zhuji, I go to Huihua’s to taste some hometown food.

🌈It is often said that "the land and water nurture the people". When talking about Zhuji, people will think of Xishi's hometown. For food lovers, they will crave the melt-in-the-mouth Xishi tofu. It is not far from Hangzhou and is a city full of fireworks. 🍃This store was introduced by a local friend. The name of the store seems to be very down-to-earth. As expected, the business is quite hot when entering, and there are many locals. The ordering is open. You can order whatever you like. If you go late, many dishes are sold out. 🍽Dishes: ✨Duck tongue✨ Pre-assembled cold dishes, not a large portion, suitable for drinking. ✨Xishi Tofu Soup✨ A must-order local dish, served in a large bowl, tender white tofu cut into small pieces, supplemented with black fungus, minced meat, mushroom cubes and other ingredients, added to the broth and stewed, and finally sprinkled with a handful of chopped green onions and pepper powder to enhance the flavor. A bowl of it is delicate, smooth and tender, and the soup is fresh and fragrant. Simple ingredients are so delicious. ✨Steamed Three Fresh✨ In Zhuji, almost everything can be steamed, and steamed dishes are also one of the local specialties. A plate contains handmade egg rolls, meatballs, pork skin, quail eggs, and pig hearts and tongues at the bottom. The ingredients are absolutely full, and the steaming method keeps the original flavor of the dishes to the greatest extent. I personally love the egg rolls with fresh and fragrant meat wrapped in egg skin. ✨Steamed Pork with Preserved Vegetables✨ The meat slices are thick and cut into large pieces, and the pork with fat and lean meat is stewed very well, paired with fragrant preserved vegetables, and wrapped in cakes, which is super satisfying. ✨Steamed Yellow Eel✨ With the freshness of river fish, it is paired with bacon, red pepper, onion, ginger, etc. to slightly remove the fishy smell and enhance the freshness. The simple seasoning presents a delicious taste. 💯If you travel to Zhuji, don't miss to taste the local specialties and choose a down-to-earth restaurant. Travel and food are both good. 👉Store name: Cuihuajia Zhuji local cuisine 📍Address: No. 280, Renmin Middle Road, Zhuji #Happy Restart Plan #Local Food #Food Forest Restaurant Check-in #Try the authentic old brand #Hometown snacks I'll pick
The food tastes average, but the prices are high. The lady boss looks kind, but she is actually a killer! She knew I was an outsider and filled in the prices on the menu! When I was eating, the dog in the restaurant stood by and asked for food. It looked pitiful and kept feeding it. After feeding, it would not leave and just stood there. In short, this restaurant is really rubbish and you should avoid it!
