We chose Baiyun Hotel for our trip to Huangshan, and the location was absolutely perfect! It's right near Bright Summit, so after watching the sunrise and sunset, it's just a short walk back – no long night treks needed, which is super convenient for tourists. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the bedding was fresh. Given the cooler mountain temperatures, it was great to have plenty of hot water for a comfortable shower. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring you're well-fed before heading out. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, patiently answering all our questions. Overall, it's a highly recommended and great value-for-money accommodation option within the Huangshan scenic area. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The service was great, and the room was spacious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I'll definitely stay here often for business trips in the future. It's very convenient and high-tech! The robot delivers meals, and you get a notification in your room. Plus, you can enter with facial recognition, so no worries about losing your room key.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and dry. The room came equipped with down jackets, a drying rack for clothes, and even a flashlight. The desk space for placing items was very generous, and the room itself was spacious. The water pressure was excellent, and they even provided toilet seat covers. Breakfast was quite good and varied. In the lobby, you could listen to guzheng music. The staff, including the front desk, housekeepers, and security, were all very enthusiastic and friendly. From the viewing platform in Zone A, you could catch a glimpse of the sea of clouds. The location is great, close to the West Sea Grand Canyon. We went up the front mountain on the first day, stayed here, and then on the second morning, we visited the first loop of the Grand Canyon before returning to collect our belongings and explore the back mountain before heading back. It was very convenient for resting and recharging. Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻 I'll definitely stay here again next time. The Paiyun Pavilion and Grand Canyon are simply stunning!

Wonderful hotel, quietly located in Tunxi. The staff was very helpful with all our requests. We spend 2 nights here to go to the yellow mountains which was a one hour drive one way. We had to leave one night earlier and staff was so kind to refund us that night which we hadn't asked for. The rooms are very nice and quiet comfy. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I hope to come back in the future!

I'm giving this five stars. First, let me address the downsides: 1. Hotels in Huangshan are incredibly expensive during holidays. It was 2000 RMB a night during the Qingming Festival. The buffet is 180 RMB, and kids under 140cm are half price. So, check your wallet first. 2. This hotel is great for kids, but there's no elevator, so seniors will have to walk up several flights of stairs. Now for the advantages: 1. It's expensive for a reason. Firstly, the hotel is relatively new and well-equipped. You have to remember that Bright Summit is at an altitude of 1860 meters, and all along the way, I saw porters carrying supplies. It's incredibly difficult to transport so many goods to the mountaintop. During holidays, when it's crowded, finding a comfortable hotel and spending two days hiking Huangshan is truly rejuvenating. 2. The kids loved it! The hotel has a great design. Right outside our room on the fourth floor, there was a Mario character sitting there, which my son adored. The arcade machines in the lobby are free, and kids were constantly gathered around them. Even adults from the '80s generation would spend ages playing. 3. I thought the 180 RMB buffet was pretty good; all the dishes tasted great. The cured meats like bacon and sausage were very authentic, and there was fermented tofu (Mao Doufu) and many other local specialties. The food was genuinely delicious. After a day of hiking, you're ravenous, and I ate a lot of short ribs, prawns, and warm kudzu powder (with a bit of fried rice, honey, and raisins – a real comfort for my stomach). I especially loved their pie-like pastry; it was so good, with preserved vegetables inside and what seemed like highland barley flour for the crust. My son is 140cm, so he got half price, making it 270 RMB for both of us, which is actually cheaper than ordering à la carte outside. 4. Originally, I wanted to stay at Bright Summit and Baiyun Pavilion to catch the sunrise. However, Danxia Peak near Paiyunlou offers excellent sunrise and sunset views, and crucially, it's less crowded and very close by. The hotel's 'little butler' (concierge) told me the sunrise and sunset times, with a 55% chance of seeing them. We were incredibly lucky during our stay and witnessed both morning and evening, leaving very satisfied. 5. From here, the next day, you can go to the West Sea Grand Canyon, take the small train, and then head down the mountain. Taste: Good Ambiance: Beautiful Service: Attentive

The accommodation environment was fantastic, offering complimentary afternoon tea and snacks. There's also an outdoor coffee corner perfect for a short break. The butler service was exceptional; they even proactively offered two extra breakfasts since we had two children with us. They also helped with our luggage during pick-up and drop-off. Plus, there's a lovely golden British Shorthair cat you can pet freely, which was adorable. When we left in a hurry, the butler even messaged us later to say they'd mail us some souvenirs. All in all, I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit in the future and will recommend it to my friends.

This stay was so comfortable! The hotel is super conveniently located, a 7-minute walk from the snack street, and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the noise-free nights were quiet, allowing for a wonderful night's sleep. Junjun's service was friendly and efficient, and the check-in was quick. He also offered tips for visiting the scenic spots. Every attention to detail was meticulous, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and no odor. It's an excellent value, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!

It's quite close to Anhui South Railway Station and Lei Street. It's quite nice to walk to Lei Street. I quite like the layout of the B&B. I booked a room with a small courtyard, which is very comfortable. The breakfast variety is also good. The regular breakfast is good.

I wanted to hike Tiandu Peak, so after doing some research, I decisively booked Yupinglou Hotel. As an older, established hotel on Huangshan, I didn't have high expectations at first, given its age. But the series of experiences after checking in pleasantly surprised and delighted me. First, let's talk about the location. Yupinglou is about a 7-8 minute walk from the Yuping cable car station. The hotel entrance is right by the Greeting-Guest Pine, and it's also the closest hotel to Tiandu Peak. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to Laodaokou, so I can only say the location is absolutely superb. Next, the room. I chose the room type with the best window view. The decor is very new, and it has all the amenities you'd expect, like a smart toilet. Both breakfast and dinner are buffets. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and dinner is 160 RMB per person (the taste is decent, and the hot pot is delicious. Considering these ingredients are carried up by porters, just having food is great 😂). However, it gets very crowded during meal times, especially in peak season, so it's advisable to go early. If your budget allows, you can also try the coffee downstairs – it's very photogenic and tastes good! Though I wouldn't recommend the desserts. Finally, let's talk about the service, which was the most pleasant surprise for me: a butler adds you on WeChat after check-in, provides real-time weather updates, scenic condition reports, reminds you to go out and see the beautiful scenery, and offers a series of useful information and advice like Huangshan guides and maps. They are truly enthusiastic and thoughtful, extremely attentive. I call her 'Yuping Doubao' (steamed bun) miss. Such service is truly a wonderful experience and memory for both domestic and international tourists visiting Huangshan.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with memory foam pillows and nice bedding. The decor was modern. It's close to the road, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise at night. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great; I could hear the person next door talking on the phone. You can ask the front desk for earplugs. The breakfast selection was fairly extensive, but some of the bread was stale and dry, and there were small fruit flies. There's an underground parking garage, it's not huge but sufficient. It had a drain inside with a strange smell. The garage entrance is about 50m past the hotel's front entrance, then turn right.
