"Choosing this high-rise river view hotel for my trip to Chongqing was an exceptionally satisfying experience. Perched on a high floor, the hotel boasts a fantastic overall ambiance with expansive, clear views from above. The room features panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unobstructed, first-rate river view. By day, you can gaze at the river and the charmingly staggered buildings of the mountain city, and by night, the two rivers sparkle with lights. Lying in bed, you can admire the stunning nightscape – the viewing experience is truly amazing. The guest room facilities are complete and well-maintained; the mattress is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom, TV, and soft furnishings are all in excellent condition. The cleanliness is particularly noteworthy; the room is meticulously cleaned, the bedding is neat and dry, and the bathroom is odor-free, with corners and crevices spotless. The staff are warm and courteous; check-in was efficient, and requests were promptly addressed with a gentle and thoughtful attitude. The entire experience was pleasant, making it suitable for both sightseeing and a relaxing short stay. Moreover, it's very close to nearby attractions; Hongyadong and Jiefangbei are both within walking distance. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Chongqing."

GGuest UserVery spacious room with good views! I could see a bit of the river with this room type. Within my expectations for the view. I usually don’t require a lot of service so I barely need to contact reception or use the WeChat for any help. The only down side I face is the lack of floor towel and small hand towel, plus I do not like to use solid hand soap. I mean I didn’t go ask for extra towels as it didn’t bother me that much.

The room decor was cozy and elegant, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable – I felt all my fatigue melt away the moment I lay down. The service from the staff was top-tier, and the amenities were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Plus, waking up to the gorgeous river views was a huge bonus! Cleanliness was also good and totally solid throughout our stay.

MM54825****Every time I visit Chongqing, I choose to stay at Xingyou Hotel in Times Mansion, right next to Jiefangbei. I love its minimalist, clean, and smart design. What's even better is its location; from the hotel room, you can see the bustling and lively Jiefangbei and its surroundings below, and the view is especially stunning at night. The hotel owner is a clean-cut and kind young man, and the front desk lady is also very enthusiastic. I accidentally sprained my foot while out sightseeing, so I couldn't go anywhere and had to stay in the hotel. The owner and the front desk lady brought me lots of water and asked what I wanted to eat. I said I wanted sour and spicy noodles, and they brought those too. Eating sour and spicy noodles while gazing at the view outside the window, I couldn't help but think of that saying: Chongqing is a city you'll never want to leave once you've arrived...

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei, making getting around incredibly convenient. Our room had a floor-to-ceiling window directly facing the Qianximen Bridge. During the day, the river view was magnificent, and at night, when the bridge lights up, it was absolutely dazzling and created such a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserAs a loyal supporter of this brand, it's been our top choice for family trips in recent years. This time, revisiting Chongqing during a holiday rush, the hotel became our ultimate retreat. We spent a significant amount of time there with family, which naturally raised our expectations. The hotel's location was fantastic, with unbeatable river views and an excellent panorama.
I still hope the management can focus on basic detail management and improve the quality of in-room amenities. If disposables aren't provided, it should be clearly stated; if they are, their quality should be guaranteed. The disposable slippers tore within half a day, and the quality of the toothbrushes and toothpaste really needs improvement. I hope the management team addresses these details and continues to optimize their products and services. I have full confidence in Ascott and look forward to choosing them again in the future.
An unexpected bonus was the complimentary travel photography session that came with our room booking. Although we only took photos in the room due to time constraints, the photographer was patient and professional, capturing beautiful moments for my family in a short amount of time.

YYingggg90As I mentioned previously, the location is excellent. From the hotel lobby, turning right downstairs leads directly to Hongyadong within walking distance, which was super convenient for sightseeing at night. From the 22nd floor exit, you can also easily reach the Kuixinglou area, and Jiefangbei is only about a 15-minute walk away. Honestly, the location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel.
Due to flight schedule changes, we booked this room type separately and accidentally selected a different room category. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very helpful and kindly assisted us in changing it to the same room type, so we did not need to check out and move rooms during our stay. We really appreciated their flexibility and assistance.
Since we stayed for several days, one small suggestion would be regarding the breakfast selection. The food quality was fine, but for longer stays, the variety felt a little repetitive after a few days. It would be even better if there could be more rotation or additional choices for guests staying multiple nights.
One small suggestion is regarding the luggage delivery service. The hotel does provide this service, but unfortunately we couldn’t experience it because there are time restrictions. It would be great if the hotel could mention the service hours more clearly in advance, so guests can plan accordingly.
Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay, and we would still recommend it to travelers visiting Chongqing 😊

A 10-minute walk to Hongya Cave, Luzu Temple, Mountain City Trail, and other scenic spots. The breakfast on the Bayi Snack Street downstairs is authentic and convenient for skewers. cute girl (Xiaoyan) at the front desk was enthusiastic and professional, helping to plan the route, with great attention to detail. The room is spacious and equipped with new facilities, clean and odorless, with soft bedding that makes you sleep well. The shower water pressure is high to relieve fatigue, and the hot water flow is large in seconds. It has good sound insulation and is not noisy. The toiletries are the same as Hilton, and the shampoo and conditioner have a high-end fragrance. The bedding is skin-friendly, and the pillow can be selected in terms of softness or hardness. The earplugs and tea drinks are also available. The laundry room is open 24 hours a day, so you don't need to bring dirty clothes home. Great value for money, will stay here again!
