The room was clean with many thoughtful details, and there's a free laundry room. The location is excellent, surrounded by attractions. The hotel service is very responsible. The front office manager contacted me before check-in to guide me on arrival and provided a travel guide. After checking in, a dedicated person followed up on any issues I had. Many of the details here are things other hotels often lack, and the view from the room's floor-to-ceiling windows was also fantastic. There's coffee and drinks at the front desk, and a lounge area nearby for relaxing or working. I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I've attached some photos of the attractions instead. We had an absolutely unforgettable New Year’s celebration at LS Yangshuo Hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, the hotel made us feel truly special. We stayed in a room in the new building with a breathtaking view, which made our holiday even more magical. When we were leaving, the hotel surprised us with thoughtful farewell gifts - delicious local sweets, which was such a warm and touching gesture. In the evening, the hotel organized a complimentary barbecue that was perfectly arranged and very tasty. The highlight of the night was the magnificent fireworks - truly spectacular and full of festive spirit. A very special thank you goes to the professional photographer Xiao Wu, who gifted us a free 30-minute photoshoot. Thanks to his talent and warm approach, we now have beautiful memories of our New Year celebration captured forever. We would also like to sincerely thank the amazing staff members who made our stay so comfortable and heartfelt: Housekeeper Lynn Victoria, Mei Ling, and Li Xiaodian. Their care, kindness, and attention to every detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Fresh fruits and the minibar were complimentary, which was another wonderful surprise. After the celebration, the hotel also arranged a free transfer in a comfortable, high-quality car to our next hotel located in the city center - an exceptional level of service. We are truly impressed by the hotel, the atmosphere, and especially the incredibly warm and attentive team. LS Yangshuo Hotel is a place where guests are treated with real love and respect. We will remember this experience for a long time and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking something truly special !

The location is fantastic, very close to Rong Lake, which is perfect for an evening stroll. It's also conveniently located near all the main attractions. We stayed in a Japanese-style room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows. The bathroom was spacious and well-stocked with all sorts of amenities. The service was excellent. A special shout-out to their restaurant – the Guilin cuisine there was delicious. Overall, highly recommend!

Yangshuo Shiji Yunxi Resort is definitely the perfect choice for an immersive 'stay in a landscape painting' experience – it completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, nestled in the Yulong River National Resort Area. It's surrounded by mountains and water, away from the hustle and bustle. You can walk to the Yulong River trail, and it's only a few hundred meters from the 'Impression Liu Sanjie' scenic area. Xijie (West Street) and Ten-Mile Gallery are just a ten-minute drive away, making it convenient for travel yet allowing you to enjoy exclusive tranquility. The hotel environment is excellent, with complete facilities and a super large children's playground, making it very suitable for family holidays.

It takes about 10 minutes to get to the hotel from the highway, which is very convenient. There are many farms around where you can eat and buy local specialties. The hotel is very large, the lobby is magnificent, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The room is spacious and clean, very comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The most important thing is the hot spring area of ​​the hotel, which has dozens of pools with clear water. There is also a large infinity pool on the top of the mountain! 👍👍There are also bonfire parties every night, which bring everyone's excitement and enthusiasm to the extreme. 🔥🔥

If you are concerned about the security of your belongings, think carefully before staying at this hotel. I want to state first that the receptionists and front desk staff are excellent and professional. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with room security and unauthorized entry. I am a returning guest. First stay: 10–14 December, Room 3031 Second stay: 22–24 December, Room 3003 During my first stay, I informed the cleaning supervisor that I did not want housekeeping until 14 December. When my room ran out of bottled water, I spoke to a cleaning staff member who said she would place the water in my room later after I went out. During our conversation, my room door accidentally shut, and she used a master key card to open it. Looking back, she could have simply handed the water to me as her cart was in the hallway. On 12 or 13 December, the same cleaning staff mentioned that they “cannot earn if they do not clean my room.” Feeling pressured, I agreed to allow floor cleaning only. I stood outside the room while two cleaners mopped the toilet, changed towels, and vacuumed the carpet. On 14 December early checkout, I reached for a pair of black slack pants that had been hanging in the closet since 10 December but it was not there. At that time, I assumed the pants may have been accidentally packed into the two bags for the hotel’s luggage storage. I then traveled to other parts of China with light luggage and did no shopping. I returned to the hotel on the night of 22 December and collected my stored bags. The black slack pants were not in them. During second stay at the hotel I did no shopping. After 24th Dec flying home, I discovered something even more alarming. A bundle of newly purchased jeans for my sister and mother during my first stay—packed together in a plastic bag—was missing. At the airport on 24th Dec, my bags were shrink-wrapped and sealed, and is no wander the total weight was at least 1.3 kg lighter than expected. This suggests that someone entered my room when the room was vacant and removed items from my packed luggage. Hotel staff would have known my checkout date, and I had not opened my bags after packing. This experience has caused me great distress. While the front desk service is commendable, the lack of room security and the disappearance of personal belongings is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to investigate this matter seriously.

Our family came to Guilin for a trip, and the service was outstanding! I have to say, this hotel really makes you feel at home. Every staff member we passed, from the service personnel to the cleaning ladies, would warmly greet us. The hotel is right next to the Li River and Fubo Hill scenic area, offering stunning, unobstructed river views. It was a very comfortable stay in Guilin. The room was very clean, and the toiletries were all excellent. The breakfast on the 6th floor was plentiful, and the service was fantastic! It's also quite close to popular Guilin attractions; it's about a 10-minute drive to Elephant Trunk Hill, and Fubo Hill scenic area is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. We also tried the hotel's travel photography service. The photographer even guided us on our facial expressions and poses, and I was very happy with the photos. Each room gets 3 complimentary photos. A highly recommended hotel!

The Shangri-La was hands down the most unforgettable hotel of our New Year's trip to Guangxi in 2026. Neither the Hyatt in Liuzhou nor the Wyndham in Fangchenggang came close – the Shangri-La was ten times better! From the magnificent lobby and the elegant, tasteful public areas, to the breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views from the 68-meter-high sky lobby, and the meticulous room service – every staff member was warm, friendly, and efficient. Staying at the hotel itself felt like a vacation; there was no need to visit other attractions. It was an experience of art and culture. I highly recommend booking a package that includes afternoon tea. The themed afternoon tea setup was incredibly impressive, making us want to linger forever, as if we had stepped into a fairy tale. The breakfast was equally outstanding. The variety and exquisite quality of the Shangri-La's dining can't be matched by other hotels. I was particularly impressed by the local Guangxi lemon duck and the grilled pork (Mei Rou). The duck was served warm, and the moment it was opened, all the delicious oil flowed out. I couldn't stop at just two or three pieces each time! I even wanted to ask the hotel what brand they use so I could buy some to take home. The hotel offers direct access to MixC Mall, which had lively New Year's Eve festivities. It's also just a 10-minute drive to Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area, and there are several small parks directly opposite. If you take your time, you could easily stay for many days. Both the children and our elderly family members couldn't stop raving about it. We didn't want to leave at all! We'll definitely choose Shangri-La whenever we travel next. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the attractions. The staff are all enthusiastic and proactive, responding quickly to any requests. My room faced the street, so there was some noise at night when trying to sleep. The staff provided earplugs, but it might just be that I'm a light sleeper; younger guests probably wouldn't be bothered. Breakfast was decent, and the young staff members were all very service-oriented. This family-friendly hotel is a good option if you're traveling with kids, and the rooms are spacious.
