Strategically located along the food street and yet we didnt hear any noise from the street level. The hotel lobby is tastefully done up, the room is clean and hygienic, the staff always greet us, very polite and helpful. Theres always tea, cold drinks at the lobby. Really enjoy our stay here. We stay in a 2 single bed room, the toilet and bathing area are separated, however sharing 1 sliding door. This means that at any point in time, only 1 of it will be closed with the sliding door. Its alright for us as we are married couple.

Our stay at this hotel left us with only the most wonderful impressions. We were given a beautiful room with a private pool, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the stylish interior, impeccable cleanliness, and the harmonious combination of authenticity and modern design. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, and the panoramic windows offer a breathtaking view of the picturesque Yangshuo mountains. It creates a truly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was arranged at a high level: delicious breakfasts, attentive service, and lovely details such as the tea that was brought directly to our room. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality and a beautiful stay. We would be happy to come back again!

It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all . Facilities: Undoubtedly the best in Liuzhou! Opened in 2025, so everything is brand new. They even have family rooms with slides, which my kids absolutely loved! Plus, there's a public kids' ball pit on the 2nd floor, providing another great spot for children to spend time. Hygiene: The rooms have wooden floors instead of carpets, so there's no unpleasant smell when you enter, unlike other hotels. Thumbs up!👍 Ambiance: The lobby is on the 13th floor, and you get amazing river and bridge views while enjoying afternoon tea and breakfast. The experience was truly wonderful. Service: The front desk staff were warm and courteous. Our two rooms came with a complimentary 3-hour electric scooter rental, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the local nightlife! Location: The hotel is situated in Wuxing Street, the most vibrant area, and you can walk there in just 2 minutes. Super convenient! The only minor drawback is that the water quality in the infinity pool could use more filtration and disinfection.

I'm finally getting around to reviewing this hotel a week after my trip, and I can honestly say, without exaggeration, that it's been the best overall hotel experience I've had in years, haha. Before my trip, I compared many places online and even booked one initially before canceling it. I usually prioritize hotels that have opened within the last three years because their facilities tend to be newer. I had prepared myself for the possibility that the actual place might not live up to the online photos, but I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised upon arrival. From the thoughtful little amenities and drinks prepared by the front desk to the room's decor and the front desk staff and 24-hour butler's warm and patient assistance with all our questions, the entire experience was incredibly comfortable. Our room had a coffee machine that we didn't use, but we certainly made good use of the 75-inch big screen. We didn't watch any sports, but we binged two days' worth of shows, which was very relaxing. Also, the hotel's laundry service exceeded expectations; the clothes I sent for washing came back neatly folded in a bag and even had a faint, pleasant scent. The hotel's restaurant was also excellent; the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the dining time was generous. Our room came with a voucher for a dish called 'Li River Shrimp,' and we used it for lunch. The dish redeemed with the voucher was, in my opinion, the best, and the other dishes were also delicious. The overall experience was fantastic, with only one minor flaw: the shower drain in our room was a bit slow. However, I didn't report this to the front desk at the time because I was so incredibly satisfied with everything else that this small issue was easily overlooked, haha. The staff at LS operates like a finely tuned orchestra. Communication was seamless via WeChat and Lynn greeted me very warmly upon arrival. There was no language barrier whatsoever, as she and some of the staff speak English. The hotel offers fantastic complimentary perks, including afternoon tea, car transfers, and a photoshoot. I am so glad I didn't skip the shoot. It ended up being the highlight of my stay. Their onsite photographer is so talented. She knew exactly how to guide my poses and angles, she took the perfect shots and I will cherish my photos forever. Everyone talks about the views at LS, but I found their customer service to be remarkable. Even with a full house, their attentiveness made me feel like the only guest there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Heshe Hotel stands as one of the finest resorts for accommodation in Guilin. Their hospitality, culinary offerings, ambiance, and staff are all exceptionally delightful and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by amazing front desk attendant, Melody. She assisted us through out our stay and made sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of and our tour guide, Eric, who communicated fluently in English, significantly easing our experience as non-Chinese speakers. The owner was equally gracious, sharing their barbecue with us, creating a sense of homeliness. This hotel is located just 15 minutes from the main tourist attractions, with rooms that are very clean and offer breathtaking views. I am definitely coming back again.

Top-notch! I initially thought it was just the great ambiance, but the service turned out to be even better! The owner is very professional and can even converse in English, which explains why many Russian tourists stay here. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and while small, they have everything you need. Both the rooms and hotel facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast is delicious and hygienic. For less than 400 during the off-season, it's incredible value for money. For the laundry room, the front desk even helps collect your clothes and dries them for you. Every day, they'll ask if you want your room cleaned or disposable amenities replaced. The hotel's coffee, and the coffee from the cafe next door, are both excellent. The only minor downsides are that the parking lot is a bit far, and the swimming pool is small, but it's absolutely beautiful for photos! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I'm very particular about hotel cleanliness, and BoYing was absolutely spotless. The room's thoughtful design instantly lifted my mood. The hotel's food was also abundant and delicious; my kids and parents ate until they were stuffed! Most importantly, I have to commend the hotel's front desk and the shuttle bus security guard. Every time we left, the security guard treated us like family, showing meticulous care, never minding getting dirty or tired, and was always very polite. The front desk ladies were always reachable to solve any issues and enthusiastically helped the elderly and children whenever there were inconveniences. This hotel deserves high praise for its environment, gourmet food, and overall humanistic atmosphere. I'll definitely book here again if I have the chance.

Upgraded to a balcony room for one night, directly facing the beautiful Li River and Fubo Hill. The evening breeze was so pleasant. The double sinks, toilet, and shower room were all separate, which was very convenient. Later, we moved to a 180-degree river view room, where I could just relax on the tatami mat and gaze at the river – truly a stolen moment of leisure. The oversized bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak and stress relief. The mini-bar was free, and the complimentary fruit at night was delicious. The butler and front desk staff were all so kind, polite, and provided excellent service, always ready to help. They proactively asked daily if we needed anything, if the room temperature was comfortable, or if we wanted to choose different pillows. We slept wonderfully every night. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, including two types of rice noodles (dry and soup). There were also two kinds of herbal teas daily, like luo han guo and goji berry. We had dinner à la carte, and the food was delicious, the ambiance beautiful, making it perfect for photos. The hotel package included a photoshoot with a good selection of outfits. The photographer was patient and meticulous, and selecting the photos was a smooth process. My mom absolutely loved the hotel's cultural handicraft experience; she made three phone charms and really enjoyed it. I also tried the hotel spa. The masseuse was quiet throughout but worked hard, and her technique was very good. The most memorable part of our Guilin trip was our stay at Lijiang Courtyard. We felt completely at home. We'll definitely book here again next time!
