Romantic Hotels in Hebei, China

Decided last minute to come to Cangzhou for the National Day holiday and chose this hotel. The whole environment is amazing, and there's plenty of parking. The room environment is also excellent, no weird smells, very fresh, and super spacious. It happened to be Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel made its own mooncakes, leaving them in the room daily. Breakfast was also very rich. I was staying with a child, and the hotel even provided a bed rail, which was already set up when we came back to rest in the afternoon – very thoughtful. It's also convenient for getting around to nearby attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cangzhou.

The room is very open, although the number of floors is not high, but it is very close to the sea, you can watch the sea and be in a daze at close range, there are many indoor power plugs for easy charging, the minibar has bartending alternative ingredients (and green lemon 🍋) very nice, Health is OK, there is no dust on the balcony, The location is in the tenth phase of Anaya, the shuttle bus is convenient to go anywhere. The housekeeper carson calf asked about the time to arrive at the store at around 10 am, and helped contact the parking space. The service was very good. Wherever the hotel is located, the waiters take the initiative to say hello and feel warm. The overall stay experience is 5 points, will come again and recommend friends to go.

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

The hotel wasn't crowded this season, so it was very quiet. The guy at the front desk even upgraded our room to a balcony room with a beautiful front-facing sea view! It was my first time seeing the ocean at night and in winter, and it had a unique charm! The next day the weather was great, and we even saw the sunrise – it really brightened my mood! The hotel facilities are quite good; even though it's 10 years old, it's still very clean. Every staff member was lovely, warm, and thoughtful. The hotel's location is also excellent, right on the beach, and there are many great restaurants nearby. It's definitely a good hotel I'd return to!

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

Great location, right next to the gondola. The hotel itself is quite large, with a ski equipment hall and various restaurants. It's definitely one of the landmark hotels in Thaiwoo Ski Town. The service is also good; they offer free ski storage and even allowed us a late check-out. HRY at the front desk was particularly helpful and even arranged for my headphones to be mailed back after I left them behind. It was a really good experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Let me talk about the advantages first: 1: The front desk service of the hotel is very good! What is missing is what is missing, and a phone call is sent soon! 2: The hotel was newly built in 2023. Overall, the internal environment is beautiful and clean, and there is no smell! 3: There are few people and good water quality 4: The transportation here is convenient. The hotel has meals and can drive out to the city to find local food. The following is not enough: 1: The hotel is located near the train station, no matter whether it is day or night, there are non-stop trains passing by! 🙉🙉🙉🙉 Especially at night, this is not very good for those who have requirements for the sleeping environment! Too frequent! 2: We booked a comfortable twin room, the overall room is not very big, it can be said to be a bit cramped. In addition, the mattress here is very soft (different from person to person) and we are not sleeping very well. Good sleep quality can be ignored. . . . . Key special projects: Mid-levels Hot Springs are great! Breathing fresh air outside at night, while enjoying the moonlight! Very pleasant ～ What troubles and fatigue are all gone at this moment.

Aranya is really nothing special. I feel like it's just good marketing. If you're not skiing, there's absolutely no point in coming here. And even if you're an excellent skier, it's still pointless. Before I came, I saw photos and thought there was a small ice rink, but when I arrived, I realized it was fake, no ice at all, just for taking pictures. Aranya is really for people who live for their social media. As for the hotel, the bathroom in our room was leaking, and as soon as you opened the door, there was a terrible smell, with no ventilation. The bathroom was also tiny. On the first day, we didn't get into our room until almost 3 PM. We were rushing to go skiing at 3, so I asked my family to grab the breakfast vouchers. For a two-night stay, they only gave us one double breakfast voucher. My family didn't notice it at the time and only realized it on the second day. I couldn't be bothered to argue about it. And breakfast was at another merchant's place, which was just too inconvenient. Even though we had a child with us, they didn't prepare any children's toiletries or slippers. Maybe it's because they're overwhelmed during peak season. I regret not booking the Courtyard; it probably would have been a bit better.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. Every staff member was enthusiastic and attentive. Although there was a slight mix-up with our room initially, the staff quickly upgraded us to a room with a fantastic view. It's really close to the ski resort, and you can see it right from your room. I'd definitely love to stay here again if I get the chance!
