The Ocean Ritz Hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The European-style decor is elegant and grand, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with ample floor heating. The service is attentive and thoughtful; the front desk staff are warm and professional, paying great attention to detail. Our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here. The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island. A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road. For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of. Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious. Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food. Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left. There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered. Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night.

The hotel experience was fantastic! The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The facilities were complete, with efficient air conditioning, hot water, and reliable internet. The toiletries were also of good quality. The staff were warm and helpful, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and always ready to answer questions. The breakfast spread was extensive, with fresh and delicious ingredients. This place offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall, I recommend this guesthouse. The location is great, it's a lively area with plenty of options for dining, shopping, and general convenience. It seems to be a fairly large guesthouse. There's a snow tubing track, a viewing platform, and once you're inside, the entire guesthouse has heated floors, which is very comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious. The guesthouse has its own iron pot stew and stir-fried dishes, which are reasonably priced and tasty. Plus, there are free sugar-coated hawthorns at the entrance. We asked the owner to help us book tickets for Wusongling, and there was even someone from the guesthouse to accompany us for activities, which was an unexpected bonus! A few things that fell slightly short of my expectations: the hot water took a bit long to heat up, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas (though this might be common; I happened to see another guesthouse where the bathroom was about half the size of this one, and it was also not separated). We had to ask the front desk for towels and tissues. Breakfast was filling (white porridge, sliced bread, boiled eggs, pickled vegetables), but perhaps we just beat the rush. Otherwise, it would be nice to have a few more easy options like sweet potatoes or corn. Overall, I would recommend this place if friends are visiting Xuegu! The room facilities are quite basic, but better than nearby options.

The room was warm enough despite the temperature outside is freezing cold at lowest -27 during our stay. They said there is only 1 family suite each floor, so the view with St Sophia Cathedral is guaranteed. There is 1 bed right after the entrance (i call it the living room with bed), and another 1 bed inside the bedroom. There is only 1 toilet / shower room - which is at the living room. There is no table or coffee table to eat together with family. The room overall has plenty of space but lack of proper furnitures.

Yiyi Homestay is the best I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming; they even stored our luggage for free. The location is perfect – just a few steps from Daoli Market (a morning and evening food street), and St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street aren't far either. There's also the New 100 Mall, an underground shopping area, Yibinzhi Home downstairs, and the KFC next door is a must-try (coming from a Malaysian baby 👶)! If you're still cold, don't be shy to ask for a heater. They even offer to lend money if your WeChat Pay runs out – I'm so grateful for Ruoyi's incredible service! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, just as pictured, with city views from the window, including St. Sophia Cathedral, which is stunning at night. You'll never be short of places to eat. Diagonally opposite the Central Street subway 🚇, there are many fruit stalls with fresh selections. Across from the fruit stall, there's an underground eatery – I highly recommend the black rice porridge for only RMB 3, along with other authentic local delicacies at great prices.

This hotel was fantastic, far exceeding my expectations. Initially, I chose it simply because it was affordable and conveniently located near Central Street, so I didn't have high hopes. However, I was genuinely surprised upon arrival. Regarding the facilities, it's an old Russian-style building, so the overall structure isn't brand new. But the room itself showed no signs of age; the cleaning and hygiene were impeccable, and the bedding was visibly new, neat, and pure white. It seems the hotel put a lot of effort into renovations after taking over the building. The location speaks for itself; you can see it clearly on the map. Turn right out the door and you're on Central Street, and it's a short ten-minute walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral. It's incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I've included street views and attractions around the hotel in the photos. What truly stood out was the service. Our taxi pulled up to the hotel entrance, and a very enthusiastic security guard immediately came to help with our luggage and guided us to the front desk. His tone was incredibly warm and cheerful, giving me the impression that he genuinely enjoyed his job. Opposite the front desk was a self-service area with various snacks and refreshments. The front desk staff thoughtfully invited us to eat and drink while checking in, all free for guests. I've never seen such a generous spread in a lobby before. Afterwards, a front desk attendant even escorted us to our room, explained the facilities, and we were welcomed with complimentary fruit and a mini-bar. Usually, you'd expect this level of service from a hotel costing at least 2000 yuan a night. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. After experiencing incredibly poor service at the previous hotel, this one, which was even cheaper, offered a world of difference in service. The service here felt comparable to hotels in Beijing costing 6000 yuan a night. It truly made me feel right at home.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Loved the small things that they did to make it a pleasant experience, such as the complimentary local snacks and drinks, and night porridge. Best part is they had hot tea for you to unfreeze the moment you step out of the cold into their lobby. The location is great, just a short walk away from the main pedestrian street and shopping centres. The morning market is also just a short walk away. Highly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to staying again on my next trip to Harbin.

The hotel is located in Songbei District and shares an entrance with a coffee shop. My destinations for this trip were the Polarland, Sun Island, and the Siberian Tiger Park. A taxi ride from the hotel to these places cost around 17 yuan. While there's no dedicated parking, it's very easy to find parking nearby. The hotel environment is nice, and the cleanliness is excellent. It offers great value for money. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room, which is a very thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin.

I chose this hotel for my trip from Shanghai to Harbin. It's conveniently located right in the Zhonghua Baroque district, directly accessible by Metro Line 3. There are tons of snack shops and creative stores nearby. The room temperature was perfect, not too hot or cold. The soundproofing, however, was just okay. Room 306 had a leaky shower drain, but after moving to Room 309, it was much better. Overall, this is a good hotel, and I'd definitely pick Baroque Hotel again on my next visit to Harbin.
