"Our stay at the Polar Bear Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The lovely ladies at the front desk were incredibly accommodating, patient, and thorough. They gave us wristbands for a 10% discount on purchases within the Arctic Pavilion.
Both the first and second floors of the hotel offer great viewing spots for the polar bears, and even the restaurant has a glass-enclosed area where you can dine while watching the polar bears go about their lives. My child was thrilled from the moment we walked in.
On the first floor, there's complimentary orange juice, plum juice, and mini popsicles. Next to the elevator, there's a bookshelf stocked with children's books that are perfect for kids and can be taken back to the room. The room itself was incredibly well-equipped with thoughtful details – things you'd expect and things you wouldn't! They provided crayons and drawing paper for kids, a children's step stool, a child toilet seat, child toilet pads, makeup remover wipes, steam eye masks, separate children's toiletries (even the soap was snowflake-shaped!), and a mini instant hot water dispenser. It really felt like the hotel had anticipated every single guest need.
There were so many activities too: a polar bear welcome gift, mysterious animal guest interactions, a 'goodnight porridge' station, a magic craft workshop, and a 'little explorer' night tour of the Arctic Pavilion. Successful young explorers even received certificates and small gifts! The next morning, the 'big star' Tao Tao came to interact with the children at the hotel. As we left, they gave us souvenir cards and thank-you letters. It was truly a rich and wonderful experience, full of emotional value, and the children had such a great time they didn't want to leave.
It's truly deserving of its spot among the top 100 family-friendly hotels worldwide. We're already looking forward to our next stay!"
