"The room was spotless and very tidy. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. The hotel's location is super close to Zhengzhou's Corn Tower, so I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhengzhou. Plus, it's a pet-friendly hotel! Our dog was a bit unfamiliar with the new environment, and the front desk even helped us look after her. Huge thanks! 🙏"

GGuest UserAfter comparing several hotels for my Luoyang trip, I ultimately chose Christine Hotel, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. It's perfectly suited for anyone visiting Luoyang for tourism or a short getaway.
Let me start with the most impressive aspect: the service. Upon check-in, the front desk immediately offered chilled plum juice and thoughtfully put a protective sleeve on my ID card – small details that really made a difference. I had pre-booked the high-speed rail station pick-up service, and the driver provided wet wipes, mineral water, and a fruit box upon boarding, assisting with all luggage handling. Guests can order complimentary snacks, drinks, and seasonal fruits online at any time for room delivery, which was incredibly convenient when we wanted a late-night bite. They also offer free daily laundry service, so no worries about dirty clothes while traveling. Any requests to the service center were met with a swift response, and the housekeeping staff were always polite and considerate. The entire experience felt comfortable and effortless.
The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, which is incredibly convenient. It offers easy access to major attractions like Tian Tang Ming Tang, Ying Tian Men, and Wangcheng Park. There are also numerous restaurants and shops downstairs, making dining and stocking up on essentials a breeze. Our room was spacious and well-arranged, impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft. The 18th-floor Riguang Pavilion restaurant boasts fantastic views, and the breakfast selection was extensive, featuring both Western and Chinese options, along with local Luoyang specialties like beef soup and various pastries. There were plenty of choices, and the dining environment was open and airy.
Objectively, the hotel does have a minor drawback. As an older establishment, the carpets and some room furniture show signs of age. During my stay, I noticed anniversary decorations throughout the hotel and learned that it has been open for 17 years! So, these minor imperfections are understandable.
Overall, any minor hardware flaws were completely overshadowed by the meticulous service. The staff were gentle and professional, without being overly enthusiastic to the point of feeling intrusive. On my next visit to Luoyang, I will definitely prioritize Christine Hotel again. I highly recommend it to travelers who value convenient travel and excellent service details.

Only thing is the pool didn't work which for my was a surprise because this was one of my reasons booking this hotel.

JJingjunboerWe definitely picked the right guesthouse for our trip to Yuntai Mountain! The two young people at the front desk, though not very talkative, were incredibly genuine, warm, and attentive. They patiently answered all our questions. There's underground parking and an elevator, and they gave us lots of practical advice. The breakfast was also plentiful and satisfying, with freshly made, hot pancakes and fried dough sticks. The room was spotlessly clean, making our stay comfortable and reassuring. The location is right at the entrance of the Yuntai Mountain scenic area, which made getting around very convenient. I sincerely recommend it!

GGuest UserThe entrance of the hotel is a must-check-in spot, very suitable for taking photos and making great films. The makeup artist and photographer recommended by the hotel front desk lady were great. I was very satisfied with the restoration makeup and the photographer had great skills.

GGuest UserThe hotel isn't far from Longmen Station, and a ride-hailing service costs about ten yuan. While it's not in the bustling downtown area, it's relatively quiet, and getting a ride to major attractions from here is inexpensive. The staff are all very enthusiastic; the front desk even proactively upgraded me to a triple room because they saw I had an older child. Since the room didn't have a fridge, the front desk also helped store my yogurt and milk 😜. When checking out, they even helped carry my luggage to the car. The hotel facilities aren't brand new, but they are clean and tidy. The lobby lounge area is spacious, and there's a supermarket across from the hotel, with a few decent restaurants nearby as well.

Looking at the foyer, lobby and decoration, it must have been a place to receive big leaders and cadres in the past, so when you book a room, you will find that there are many single rooms, which are not called double rooms but single rooms. The double boutique standard room I booked was larger, and the bathroom was pretty good, with a bathtub and shower, the water was very hot, almost all disposable items were provided, and the toothbrush was also very useful. The bed is also very comfortable, but compared to the standard room single beds in newly renovated hotels that usually range from 1.35 meters to 1.5 meters, the 1.2-meter bed here is really small, so you should be careful when bringing children. The bed is relatively high and does not lean against the walls on either side. When I booked the hotel, Ctrip showed that it would upgrade my room. When I checked in, the lady was also very polite and said that if there were elderly families, I could get a room closer to the elevator, or I could walk a little further and get a room with a balcony. Listen. I was quite happy. My mother also praised the service here for respecting the elderly and caring for the young. In the end, I was given a room that was almost at the end of the corridor and next to the balcony room without a balcony... This polite service was a bit boring. Oh... the breakfast was pretty good. It cost 40 yuan for an extra person. The food was also very good. There were mutton soup, rice noodles, noodles and dumplings, all of which were delicious. The waiters in the restaurant were very nice and even took the initiative to help make coffee. It’s best to use cups with hot milk instead of cups with handles, it’s too hot... Before I left, the lady in the lobby gave me a small gift in the hope of helping me comment. The lady gave me a list. I only remembered that there was Xiaoting, but I couldn’t remember anything else. .

GGuest UserCan’t say enough good things about this place! Hotel is well located in a quiet alleyway, but close to all the main attractions and food street. Our room was spotless and well stocked with all the essentials; water pressure was great; and the bed felt like a big soft cloud especially after a day of hiking. The roof area has an excellent view of the mountains. However, the best thing about this place is the boss lady. She was so efficient, quick, helpful, and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had spent at least another night there. Thank you for the hospitality!

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite large and well-located. I traveled with two friends and we booked a family suite with one king bed and one single bed. The room wasn't very spacious, and the bathroom was a bit small. The faucet was too close to the edge of the sink, causing water to splash onto the counter. The front desk service was excellent. They were patient in answering our questions and helped us book tickets, which I really appreciate. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and the quality was just average. There was no coffee.

The hotel is equipped with a free circular shuttle bus, a few minutes to the Happy World, Dream Kingdom, and a relaxing return trip after watching the night fireworks. We booked a parent-child room, the front desk also made a free room upgrade, the room is spacious, the big bed is matched with the children's bunk beds, and there is no pressure for a family of three to live. Check-in package can enjoy two days of unlimited face brushing into the park, staff service is intimate, check-in is efficient, it is highly recommended for parents and children to stay.
