Very friendly and warm staff throughout our stay. We were served by Mr Yang, who was patient and extremely accommodating. He carefully checked our requests on the booking platform and made sure everything was arranged just as we wanted. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff there were attentive and kind, making the experience even more pleasant. Upon check-out, Ms Jessie thoughtfully offered me some local tea as a souvenir, which was a lovely gesture. She also provided useful information about the surrounding area and the national park, along with maps to help us plan. Mr Chen, a very courteous gentleman, assisted us during check-out smoothly. I’d also like to mention a kind lady at breakfast (Ms L—unfortunately I didn’t catch her full name) who was very helpful. Overall, the location is excellent, and they provide free luggage storage. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from all the staff.

Access to the metro is also incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to visit other landmarks. Exceptional Service & Comfort From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home, offering helpful local tips with a friendly smile. The rooms themselves are a highlight: • Immaculately Clean: The housekeeping standards are top-notch. • Modern Design: The decor is chic and functional. • Quality Sleep: The bed was exceptionally comfortable, paired with great soundproofing that guaranteed a restful night's sleep despite being in a busy area. I had booked another hotel previously, but switching to this one was a real game-changer in terms of value for money. The location is fantastic, right on Wuyi Square, so you step out directly into the bustling commercial area. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. Plus, it's very close to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, making sightseeing a breeze without needing to constantly take taxis. My absolute favorite feature was the rooftop garden pool. The design is super stylish, with beautiful greenery that feels sophisticated and comfortable, not like those tacky 'influencer-style' spots. During the day, I loved feeling the breeze on the terrace, and at night, the city views were stunning. Relaxing by the pool truly created an amazing ambiance. The room was clean and tidy, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. Everyone I encountered was very thoughtful. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the lively city, and the value for money is outstanding. I was extremely satisfied with my trip to Changsha; this stay was both chic and convenient.

This hotel was my choice for a concert trip to Changsha. The location is fantastic, making it super easy to get around – the subway entrance is right outside. It's only six stops to Helong Sports Center, which was perfect. The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offer free laundry service every day, which is a really thoughtful touch. Plus, there's a complimentary afternoon tea. This truly feels like a warm and welcoming hotel!

Our hotel room was in the Japanese tatami style, simple, bright, and refreshing, with an unbeatable panoramic view of the Xiang River. All disposable amenities were provided, and the front desk butler and other room service staff were very responsive and excellent. The cleaning auntie also had a great attitude. The location is very convenient, situated in a popular commercial district, close to all the famous Changsha check-in spots, and surrounded by numerous food options. Taiping Street is right behind the hotel, and it's very convenient to be near IFS. We stayed for several nights, and on our last day, they even upgraded our room for free, which made for a fantastic experience!

Later, I had an unexpected commitment and couldn't leave, so I asked if I could have a late check-out. Without any hesitation, they agreed to let me check out at 2 PM. So thoughtful and accommodating! The service here is incredibly flexible and customer-focused. I'll definitely be back!

I stayed in Changsha last week and tried a different hotel this time. My previous stay was near IFS, and when I got off the train this time, I thought I wasn't close to Wuyi Square. But I was wrong! It was just a short walk to the bustling pedestrian street, and all the shops had promotions going on – it was so lively. Even though it was a Monday yesterday, it felt like a weekend! The hotel's location is highly recommended, and the service was excellent. When we checked out, the front desk attendant even gave us a small gift. There's one thing I'd like to mention: could guests please not be allowed to smoke in the lobby at night? The ventilation system seems to be shared, as we could smell it in our room too. Since our room didn't have windows and we have sensitive noses, it was quite uncomfortable.

An absolutely delightful stay at InterContinental! Location: The hotel is perfectly situated at the confluence of the Liuyang and Xiang Rivers, right next to Beichenhui Joy City. There's a direct walkway from the hotel lobby into the mall, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also a comfortable 5-7 minute walk to Beichen Delta Metro Station, passing other malls like Fenghuanghai along the way. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with plenty of local eateries on the ground floor shops. Room: As a member celebrating a birthday, I was upgraded to a balcony room directly overlooking the Xiang River. The view was expansive and unobstructed. The 270° balcony essentially offered panoramic views. Unfortunately, it rained heavily in Changsha over the weekend, so visibility was poor due to heavy mist during the day, though it improved slightly in the afternoon and evening. From the lounge, you can enjoy views of the Changsha Library area, or step out onto the outdoor balcony for a different perspective. Ambiance: The facilities are still very new. The lobby bar is spacious, and the first-floor breakfast restaurant had far more seating than I anticipated. The overall decor is very stylish. It's also very comfortable to just sit and relax in the first-floor lobby. Food: I experienced the lounge's happy hour, breakfast, and the main lobby breakfast. They offered local specialties like liangfen (cold noodles) and rice noodles. There was a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. The Western selection had a good number of delicious baked goods. The bar was quite busy in the mornings with many people getting coffee and tea. Service: The service was incredibly warm, meticulous, and professional. During check-in, the front desk staff introduced us to all the hotel's functional areas and features. A special thank you to Cathy for her outstanding contribution to our stay. Since we were celebrating my partner's birthday, Cathy thoughtfully arranged decorations and a welcome dessert for us. Throughout our stay, she responded to our inquiries quickly and professionally and actively addressed my previous requests. My partner described the entire stay as comfortable, surprising, and heartwarming. Once again, thank you to Cathy for her professionalism and dedication. And thanks to all the staff for their service, which made us feel right at home. I'm very much looking forward to returning to InterContinental Beichen when the mountains are ablaze with autumn colors!

The environment is great, with plenty of dining options nearby, a convenience store downstairs, and a subway station – very convenient. Wuyi Square is just one or two stops away. The hotel is right around the corner from Peiyuan Bridge Station. Service: Every staff member provides excellent service! When checking in, a staff member brings tea, and the check-in process is very quick. Laundry is delivered directly to your room door. The butler even gives a heads-up, even if it's 4 AM! No need to run around yourself. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good; no hair or anything like that found in the toilet, sink, or on the floor. Facilities: The room has a separate wet and dry area, a bathtub, and a projector, giving it a very spacious feel. At night, it's central air conditioning, but you can ask the butler or front desk for a fan, and it's delivered very quickly by the staff. Check-in is on the third floor, and there are robots. There are three elevators available. The floors are quite high, so the wait time can be a bit long, but there are sofas to sit on while you wait.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff demonstrated professionalism and genuine hospitality throughout my visit. The hotel’s proximity to key landmarks, business districts, and transport connections was a significant advantage, saving both time and effort. Everything was within walking distance or easily accessible. Combined with the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, this made the experience highly satisfactory.
