"The hotel is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is simple yet delicious. It's very close to Genting Market, so we just strolled over in the evening. In the morning, it's a quick 5-minute taxi ride to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, which is super convenient. All the staff are very friendly. When we checked out, they even gave us local handmade soap and ginseng as gifts. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit."

"First time visiting Northeast China, and as a 'southern potato' (a playful term for someone from the south), I brought my little niece along. There's a dedicated shuttle service to and from the hotel, and as soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage. Our hotel butlers, Jackson and Eric, provided excellent service and were incredibly responsive. I estimated our descent time and, fearing we might be late, quickly contacted the butler. He not only helped with our luggage but also arranged a car for us, and even provided warm cookies to tide us over. When we checked in, a lovely lady with a fringe at the front desk was very nice. Luckily, there was an available room, and she upgraded us to one with a bathtub, which made my niece incredibly happy! The hotel layout is very clear, and the rooms are also very clean. The restaurant is conveniently located on the first floor, so after eating, you can just step out to board your car. The hot springs are visible right as you exit the elevator, with both indoor and outdoor options, keeping the kids thoroughly entertained. The concierge who booked our mountain ascent was also fantastic. Having VIP access significantly enhanced our experience, making the climb much faster. We managed to be among the first group, which was great for photos with fewer people around. While waiting for the shuttle to the station, adults can relax in the lobby while children enjoy the play area. Overall, a superb experience!"

AAnonymous UserHad a fantastic trip to Changbai Mountain during the May Day holiday! So lucky that Tianchi Lake was open. The hotel was incredibly comfortable – the room was spacious, bright, clean, and the bedding was super comfy. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The outdoor hot spring is definitely worth experiencing, and the facilities are great. It was an amazing trip!

GGuest UserMy stay at the Jinhua Suite Hotel was incredibly pleasant overall. The hotel is centrally located within the resort area, making travel very convenient. The room was meticulously cleaned and felt spotless and fresh. My concierge, Haha, was exceptionally kind and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. They were incredibly responsive and always addressed my needs promptly. Haha even proactively helped me plan nearby sightseeing routes, which was thoughtful and comprehensive. Thanks to the hotel's excellent environment and Haha's warm service, my entire trip felt extra perfect. I'll definitely choose to stay here again for my next vacation.

下下雨了布布The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

AAnonymous UserWe originally planned to stay for just 3 nights, but ended up extending our stay to 6 — and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing hospitality from the manager, Mr Zhang Meng Xu.
Zhang was incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What really made the difference was how he took the time to introduce us to many attractions, activities, foods, and interesting things to do around the area. His recommendations made the trip far more enjoyable and helped us discover places, foods we probably would have missed otherwise.
Because of his helpful guidance and the welcoming atmosphere, extending our stay felt like an easy decision. Truly appreciate the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended

The help from several of the butlers made our trip to Changbai Mountain much more convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Changbai Mountain. The butlers provided thoughtful and attentive service, ensuring my smooth visit to Changbai Mountain, saving me time and effort. The itinerary for the Erdaobaihe small town, arranged by the travel butler, was also very interesting. With pick-up and drop-off services for every part of the trip, neither the elderly nor the children felt too tired, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the fun of the journey. The hotel's hot spring was also fantastic! 👍🏻 The service was excellent and greatly helped alleviate travel fatigue. The little fish in the fish therapy pool were also great companions for de-stressing during the trip. Both breakfast and dinner were quite delicious, with a wide selection for breakfast. I genuinely recommend staying here to create even more wonderful memories for your Changbai Mountain trip! A big thank you to every butler and hotel staff member for taking care of my family and me during our four-day, three-night stay!

WWeifengWanda Jin Hua truly lives up to its reputation as a veteran resort. Their service was incredibly impressive. Two days before our arrival, our dedicated 1:1 travel assistant, Gjnnn from the executive lounge, reached out to us via WeChat. They sent us detailed information about our benefits and a map of the resort town, making our trip completely stress-free. We stayed at three different hotels during our Changbai Mountain trip, and Wanda's service was by far the most enthusiastic and responsive. After check-in, they checked in with us daily. Our child was over the age limit for complimentary breakfast, and we had an early train the next morning, so the assistant arranged for us to have breakfast at the executive lounge. It was not crowded, the food selection was excellent, and there was even a chef hand-pulling noodles on the spot – a delightful surprise! The hotel's overall cleanliness and dining options were excellent. Room service was also very prompt. The resort town itself isn't very large, so there's no issue with location no matter where you stay. Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose a hotel with great service, and Wanda Jin Hua is a no-brainer.

The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

The overall environment is serene and elegant, with a lush garden-style layout, fresh and peaceful air, completely removed from the city's hustle and bustle. It truly sets a wonderful mood. The various hot spring pools are clean and well-maintained, offering a rich variety, and the water is wonderfully warm and comfortable – soaking in them was incredibly relaxing and stress-relieving.
The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a great living experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly polite. Check-in was efficient and quick, and their attitude throughout was gentle and friendly. Any requests were promptly attended to, and they even thoughtfully brought drinks and towels – their attention to detail was excellent. The facilities are comprehensive, transportation is convenient, and eating, staying, and sightseeing were all very pleasant. It offers incredible value for money. We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday and will definitely choose this place again for our next getaway!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a grand exterior, but the location is a bit out of the way and the surrounding area is deserted. Many of the hot spring pools were closed, and the service was a mess. I stayed for two nights, and when I came back on the second day, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned, the trash hadn't been taken out, and the water hadn't been brought in... This is the first time I've encountered this situation in a high-end hotel! The hotel restaurant is quite good, and the set meals are quite affordable.

EErrenzuWe brought our child here last summer and loved it so much, we decided to come back for a second time this year! The Tianyu Hotel in Changbai Mountain is truly a gem for families with kids. What I appreciate most is the seamless transportation; the pick-up and drop-off service from the high-speed rail station is perfectly organized, making it stress-free even with luggage and a child. This summer, the kids' activities were even more diverse than our last visit, with new options from morning till night. My child was happily engaged with the teachers, doing crafts and playing games, which completely freed up my hands. The free-roaming bunnies in the garden are an absolute delight for children, so fluffy and adorable! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the value for money is still excellent. We'll definitely be back next summer!
