They even allowed an early check-in since a room was available, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel boasts modern facilities, including a projector. It was rainy during my stay, so watching movies on the big screen in the hotel was incredibly enjoyable. The front desk also provided umbrellas. There are many popular attractions around the hotel, and Zhongshan Square is just an 800-meter walk away. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and you could grab water freely from the front desk. They also offered coffee and honey water upon request. The laundry room on the first floor was very comfortable. Kudos to all the staff for their excellent service!

Every single front desk staff member was incredibly warm, proactive, and made you feel right at home. If service could be rated out of 10, I'd definitely give it a 10. As a hotelier, the three things I prioritize most are: cleanliness – excellent. Water and electricity – the hot water pressure is great, making for a comfortable shower. Safety – absolutely no worries there. Another surprise was that I could actually sleep with just the screen window open here, something I can't do in any other hotel, including my own, or even at home (though I have bird sounds there). I need absolute quiet to sleep, and I truly slept well here. This might be the most detailed review I've ever written, because I genuinely recommend it. I wish them prosperous business and hope to see those five lovely front desk staff members again next time I visit Dalian.

Nearby attractions and dining spots are concentrated, saving time and effort for sightseeing and business trips. The hotel breakfast is simple but delicious, featuring a refreshing Chinese set meal. The minced pork noodles, seaweed soup, and side dishes are just right, and there are also sweet steamed cakes, egg custard, and cherry tomatoes. Overall, this hotel combines beauty, comfort, and practicality. The design, environment, service, and location are all commendable, offering a fantastic experience and great value for money. It's an excellent choice for accommodation when visiting Dalian and highly recommended.

This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!

They helped upgrade me to a family suite, which was a bit extravagant for one person. It had three windows, offering both city and sea views. But honestly, for just me, I preferred room 4617, haha! It was compact, and listening to my favorite music while gazing out the window was incredibly relaxing. The night view was beautiful too.

It's also not far from the various attractions in Zhongshan District, and it's easy to get around by bus or taxi. Service: Very good.

All our requests were promptly attended to, and he handled everything with thorough planning. He was genuinely warm and friendly, making us feel comfortable and at ease.
