The location is unbeatable, right next to the Bell Tower. It's so convenient for dinner in the evening, with all the classic sights right at your doorstep. The Bell Tower subway exit is just downstairs. The place is clean and the front desk service was excellent. A very satisfying trip!

Excellent! My entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly comfortable. They even upgraded my room for free. I have to specifically mention the Novotel Bell Tower Xi'an for this trip. The staff, not just the servers, made me feel like family, taking the time to understand and help me. I believe the person at the front desk was a manager, though I'm embarrassed to say I've forgotten their name. They even gave me complimentary milk. That evening, a staff member called me and brought it back just as I was having trouble sleeping – perfect timing! I won't go into too much detail, but during the New Year period, I really appreciate the thoughtful and attentive service from both the hotel and its staff. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return.

From the moment you step into this hotel, you're enveloped in a sense of luxury. Nn at the front desk was incredibly professional and efficient, getting me checked in swiftly. The room itself was beautifully designed, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and a fantastic balcony offering great views. Breakfast was a delightful spread with plenty of variety, and the noodles (菲林小面) were particularly delicious. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, offering easy access to the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter, making getting around a breeze. This hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the Drum Tower, City Wall, and Muslim Quarter, making it a perfect choice for those who enjoy walking. Despite being in a bustling area, our high-floor room offered a great view of the Drum Tower from the top floor, which was a wonderful touch. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk service was incredibly friendly. The hotel also features a tea room and a laundry room, offering convenient amenities. While there aren't many rooms, this adds to a strong sense of privacy. The lobby and corridors exude a pleasant aroma, creating a fantastic ambiance. I'll definitely be returning! 👍

This hotel is excellent! It's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to everything. The cleanliness is top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. There are tons of great food options nearby, and it's also conveniently located close to the Drum Tower and a subway station. Unfortunately, I had some inconsiderate neighbors who smoked in the bathroom, but there's not much the hotel can do about that. The front desk service was fantastic though; they were very responsive and helpful with any issues. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel room was very spacious, the bed was wide, and the TV was large. It was very comfortable to watch the New Year's Gala on it at night. The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent. There was no hot water in the room, and they kindly helped me get two kettles from the kitchen. Also, due to special circumstances, I needed a late check-out, and they enthusiastically assisted me with that as well. A big thank you to the gentleman who helped me. There were a few areas in the hotel that could use better cleaning, so aside from the hygiene needing improvement, everything else was great. The breakfast was also plentiful. Overall, I would still recommend this place to stay; the location is also very convenient.

I traveled with two children and booked a family room in the apartment building with a king bed and a sofa bed. Since it's close by, I could easily get a taxi from the entrance of the High School Affiliated to Shaanxi Normal University on Ci'en West Road, avoiding the one-way traffic congestion in front of the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good, and the dinner buffet was amazing, with delicious food and very reasonable prices. I also ordered late-night snacks; the fried rice, fermented glutinous rice soup, and small dumplings were truly delicious. After having the hotel's 'safer' noodles and roujiamo, there was no need to go to any snack street. The hotel service was excellent, especially Lucy. We arrived before check-in time, and she escorted us to the executive lounge to rest and even provided complimentary breakfast vouchers, for which I'm especially grateful. The kids had a great time eating and playing at the hotel. The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City are right at the doorstep, which was incredibly convenient with children. After three days in Xi'an, I've grown to love The Westin hotel; it feels very reassuring. It was a pleasant trip.

The front desk service was excellent, very welcoming and enthusiastic. There was even a fun Spring Festival rubbing activity in the hotel lobby. The transportation is super convenient; the Metro Line 2 entrance is just about 200-300 meters away, making it very quick to get to all the attractions in Xi'an. There are also many shopping malls nearby, so dining is easy. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were very complete. We received complimentary welcome fruit, and the twin beds were pushed together, which was very convenient. It's easy to get around everywhere and convenient for shopping, plus the facilities are quite new. However, the photography studio downstairs wasn't good; the makeup and styling were poor, and the service wasn't up to par.

The service at Sakura Hawthorn was absolutely fantastic! This hotel came highly recommended by both my colleague and my brother for our Chinese New Year trip, and they both raved about its unique charm, saying it looked like a castle from a distance. We arrived after dark, and indeed, it resembled a palace, which was pretty cool, and I quickly discovered the service was excellent too. The hotel is quite expansive, with spacious single-floor layouts that make it feel very comfortable and uncrowded. Unfortunately, I had a bit of an accident on the third day of the New Year; I twisted my ankle while visiting the crowded Terracotta Warriors. The hotel kindly provided a wheelchair for two days, free of charge, and I even used it to explore the surrounding area. The staff also gave great recommendations for places to eat. Honestly, I didn't want to leave, but we headed back a day early to avoid potential traffic.
