The location is unbeatable, right next to the Bell Tower. It's so convenient for dinner in the evening, with all the classic sights right at your doorstep. The Bell Tower subway exit is just downstairs. The place is clean and the front desk service was excellent. A very satisfying trip!

Excellent! My entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly comfortable. They even upgraded my room for free. I have to specifically mention the Novotel Bell Tower Xi'an for this trip. The staff, not just the servers, made me feel like family, taking the time to understand and help me. I believe the person at the front desk was a manager, though I'm embarrassed to say I've forgotten their name. They even gave me complimentary milk. That evening, a staff member called me and brought it back just as I was having trouble sleeping – perfect timing! I won't go into too much detail, but during the New Year period, I really appreciate the thoughtful and attentive service from both the hotel and its staff. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return.

Location: Conveniently located near Longshouyuan subway station. Facilities: The room decor is a bit dated. My executive floor room was very hot, and I couldn't adjust the temperature, so I had to ask staff to open a window for me. Cleanliness: Clean. Service: The service attitude was good, but it was busy during the Chinese New Year holiday. Breakfast seating was quite chaotic; I'd just be assigned a seat, only for someone else to take it moments later. The breakfast spread was quite good, and the Roujiamo (Chinese burger) was delicious. I didn't get to use the hotel's swimming pool. It stated a 10 PM closing time, but they wouldn't let me in after 9:20 PM. The pool also looked quite small.

The room was absolutely beautiful and picture-perfect, which instantly put me in a good mood. The service was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. I absolutely loved this gorgeous hotel! Facilities: Very unique. Cleanliness: Spotless!

I traveled with two children and booked a family room in the apartment building with a king bed and a sofa bed. Since it's close by, I could easily get a taxi from the entrance of the High School Affiliated to Shaanxi Normal University on Ci'en West Road, avoiding the one-way traffic congestion in front of the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good, and the dinner buffet was amazing, with delicious food and very reasonable prices. I also ordered late-night snacks; the fried rice, fermented glutinous rice soup, and small dumplings were truly delicious. After having the hotel's 'safer' noodles and roujiamo, there was no need to go to any snack street. The hotel service was excellent, especially Lucy. We arrived before check-in time, and she escorted us to the executive lounge to rest and even provided complimentary breakfast vouchers, for which I'm especially grateful. The kids had a great time eating and playing at the hotel. The Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City are right at the doorstep, which was incredibly convenient with children. After three days in Xi'an, I've grown to love The Westin hotel; it feels very reassuring. It was a pleasant trip.

Exceptional Service & Memorable Stay We had an amazing stay at the JW Marriott. The hotel service was outstanding from start to finish, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection with something for everyone, and the Executive Lounge services were truly exceptional — a perfect space to relax with excellent food and attentive service. A special mention to Angel Jiao, who was absolutely fabulous. She was always warm, professional, and willing to help, which made our experience even more memorable. Overall, a wonderful stay — we will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is excellent! It's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to everything. The cleanliness is top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. There are tons of great food options nearby, and it's also conveniently located close to the Drum Tower and a subway station. Unfortunately, I had some inconsiderate neighbors who smoked in the bathroom, but there's not much the hotel can do about that. The front desk service was fantastic though; they were very responsive and helpful with any issues. I'd definitely stay here again.

This stay was fantastic, definitely a full five-star rating! The hotel's location is super convenient, and it even offers free underground parking. There's an elevator straight to the lobby for check-in, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. All the toiletries were provided, and the hot water supply was very stable. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, with fresh ingredients and good taste.

This time, I traveled to Xi'an with my whole family, including elderly relatives, and we stayed at the Wyndham Hotel for 5 nights. The hotel rooms are incredibly spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable! It offers excellent value for money! The hotel's location is also superb; it's right next to the Grand Tang Everbright City, and there's a Hema Fresh supermarket downstairs. Attractions like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Furong Garden are also very close by, making it incredibly convenient for dining, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment! What left a particularly deep impression on me was the hotel's warm and attentive service! On the first day of check-in, Zera and Wei Lina, who were at the front desk, gave us a lot of snacks and even proactively offered us a free breakfast for one room! On our departure day, Kiko and Zoe kindly gifted us two beautiful cultural and creative souvenirs! I especially want to thank Xie Kaichuang from the concierge team! We made a last-minute decision to visit Xi'an during the Chinese New Year, so things were a bit rushed. Fortunately, I contacted Xiao Xie in advance. He patiently helped us with a detailed travel itinerary, recommended local delicacies, booked attraction tickets, and arranged for vehicles and a tour guide. Due to traffic control around the hotel, getting a taxi was very inconvenient, and with an elderly person in our group, public transport wasn't ideal. So, on several occasions when we needed to walk to nearby attractions, Xiao Xie proactively arranged for the hotel car to pick us up and drop us off! It's fair to say that Xiao Xie's meticulous, enthusiastic, and thoughtful service throughout our stay made our Xi'an trip very relaxed and enjoyable! I will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends! 😊❤️
