Guest UserThe room amenities are fully equipped; the mini-fridge has a good selection of drinks and tea, and the fresh fruit tea in the lobby bar is also very refreshing. I particularly loved the pomegranate trees on the third-floor terrace; they perfectly complement the Xi'an atmosphere, instantly bringing to mind scenes from 'One and Only.' The hotel's back exit provides direct access to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, which is very convenient for evening strolls to the Grand Tang Mall. The breakfast spread is also quite extensive, and the coffee, in particular, is very rich and smooth. Throughout my stay, I truly felt at home.

LeyangyangyangThe location is fantastic, right next to the iconic Bell Tower. The hotel entrance is just 10 meters across from Subway Exit 6. We chose a room with a view, and it was excellent – we could see the Bell Tower right from our window. The self-service laundry room on the 5th floor was also very convenient. If the timing wasn't right, we could even call the front desk to have our laundry washed, dried, and delivered to our room. This service was a lifesaver for keeping our clothes fresh during our stay, so we didn't have to bring smelly clothes home!

Guest UserOver 700 for a room with executive lounge access? What more could you ask for!
I booked an Executive Twin Room, which included breakfast for two plus executive lounge access for afternoon tea and happy hour. For this price in the center of Xi'an, the value for money is unbeatable. The hotel facilities definitely show their age, but they are well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay.
The happy hour at the executive lounge was surprisingly substantial, with hot dishes, a noodle bar, and desserts. After a day of sightseeing, I didn't feel like going out to find food, so it was convenient and relaxing to just have dinner at the lounge. The breakfast spread was also rich, offering both local specialties and Western options. Our family of three was very satisfied with the meals.
The biggest plus was the service. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was warm and professional. The guest relations team even contacted me specifically to inquire about my stay experience, which shows this hotel truly puts effort into its service.
In short, at this price, this location, and with this service, what more could you possibly want? I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an! 😄😄😄

ChenyuThe transportation is super convenient; the owner personally picked us up and dropped us off at both the high-speed train station and scenic spots. The room was also very spacious with good facilities. The food ordered at the B&B was delicious, and ordering takeout was also very easy. The only downside was that the sunrise was a bit shy, peeking out only partially.

Guest UserLove love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!

Guest UserThe location is excellent, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. Downstairs, near Zhonglou Community, there are many popular online shops, including a multi-concept noodle shop and a mung bean cake store. On the roadside in front of Zhonglou Community, there's a place selling spicy soup and beef pancakes for breakfast, which tasted great. The hotel's coffee is quite good, but the breakfast selection was limited with not much fresh pastry or other options, only the egg fried rice was decent. The bathroom lighting is too bright; it needs a softer option. The two upward-facing spotlights by the bedside tables are a nice design, but they're not very practical as it's easy to hit your hand when turning them on or off at night. Overall, Jinjiang's brands pay attention to details, and the toiletries and disposable teacups all come individually packaged, which is good. Xi Dajie (West Street) is just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for a stroll after 11:00 PM to enjoy the cool air.

Guest UserI wholeheartedly recommend Yafu Hotel! The overall service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk lady was gentle and kind, and the owner was incredibly hospitable, patiently answering all my travel questions.
I happened to check in during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel thoughtfully gave us festive small gifts. The floral sachet charm was super cute and really enhanced the festive atmosphere. There's a huge guide board for Hanfu scenic spots by the elevator, covered with beautiful ancient-style photos. Routes to places like Mount Hua, the North Station, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Bell Tower are clearly marked, so sisters planning to take Hanfu photos won't need to look up routes everywhere – it's incredibly convenient for getting around.
The room itself was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the natural light was excellent, making for a perfectly comfortable stay. Whether you're traveling solo or visiting Xi'an with friends, this place is a great fit. Both the value for money and service are top-notch, and I strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Xi'an!

Guest UserI arrived around 9 AM and the hotel was kind enough to let me check in early, which was great service. They have shared laundry facilities with washers and dryers. The location is super convenient for getting around, whether it's for dining out or catching a taxi. It's a good value for the price, especially since I was mostly out exploring and just needed a place to sleep. Overall, I'd say it's pretty good value for money.

I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!

The best decision I made on this trip to Xi'an was choosing the W Hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away. The 17-meter high ceiling with a giant spiral chandelier changes colors with the music, and the floating staircase feels like it leads to the future. This blend of Tang Dynasty charm and cyberpunk design is incredibly 'trendy.'
The room was an even bigger surprise. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows paired with an oversized scenic balcony offered breathtaking views of Qujiang Lake, perfect for catching the sunset. The quality was evident everywhere, from the smart voice control for the entire room to the bathtub by the window, Dyson hairdryer, and Bliss toiletries. The bedding was so soft, I never wanted to get up once I lay down.
The location is also impeccable, right next to Qujiang Lake Heritage Park and within walking distance of Datang Everbright City. You can explore historical sites by day and return to the hotel to capture neon-lit photos by night – two atmospheres with one switch.
Breakfast at the ALL DAY DINING restaurant offered a fantastic spread, from authentic Roujiamo and Biangbiang noodles to Cantonese dim sum. In the evening, I headed to WOOBAR for a special 'Chang'an Twelve Hours' cocktail, enjoying the ancient city's night view with a slight buzz – simply perfect.
What truly topped it off was the service. From the efficient check-in at the front desk with a welcome drink to the concierge's enthusiastic recommendations for local eateries, every detail made me feel exceptionally well taken care of. In short, this wasn't just a hotel stay; it was an immersive, trendy experience that transcended time. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an.
