"This hotel was the highlight of my Xi'an trip! The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable – step right out to amazing food options, and it's a short walk to the Muslim Quarter, making getting around super convenient. The room felt really spacious and open, not at all cramped. The smart devices were responsive, and voice control was a breeze; no need to hunt for remotes. All the appliances and bathroom fixtures were well-maintained. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any street noise, which was perfect for a good rest after a long day of exploring. The hotel also has a gym, which was great for a quick workout, and the self-service laundry room was a lifesaver – being able to wash, dry, and iron clothes while traveling was such a convenience. The Wi-Fi was fast, perfect for streaming or working. Hygiene was impeccable – the room was meticulously cleaned, every nook and cranny was spotless, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh. The bathroom was dry and odor-free. Even the public areas were constantly maintained and looked very reassuring. The staff were all wonderful and very prompt in addressing any requests. For the price, this quality is truly rare. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Xi'an."

"The staff was very lovely and helpful, even without speaking English. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had access to an (old but functioning) washing machine, which was very helpful. The location is great, right inside the Muslim Quarter but in a quieter area. It’s still convenient, with about a 5-minute walk to reach a Didi or the metro. However, both rooms we saw faced a light well rather than having an actual view. The main difference was the floor level, the room on the 2nd floor was significantly darker than the one we moved to, despite looking similar in the photos online. We would have been quite disappointed if we hadn’t been able to change rooms. Thankfully, the staff accommodated our request, which made the stay much more comfortable. It might be worth clarifying this in the listing to better manage expectations."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"I was genuinely surprised to find such a quality hotel at this price point, definitely a five-star review! It was quite late when I arrived, but the front desk staff were still incredibly welcoming and attentive, not just going through the motions. The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors, and the towels were fresh, dry, and soft. All the amenities were brand new and sealed. The air conditioning unexpectedly stopped working in the middle of the night, but after I called maintenance, a technician arrived within five minutes and fixed it quickly, maintaining a polite and courteous demeanor throughout. I even ran into a cleaning lady in the hallway who greeted me warmly and offered to help when she saw me carrying heavy bags. Parking is free with plenty of spaces, which was very convenient for driving. The soundproofing exceeded my expectations; I couldn't hear any street noise even though my room faced the road, and I slept soundly until morning. Downstairs, there are plenty of snack shops and a supermarket, so you don't have to go far for food or essentials. While the facilities aren't luxurious, they are well-maintained and look brand new. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, with no hidden charges. Both cleanliness and service are top-notch, offering incredible value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay."

"I'd say it was a really cozy experience. You can see the Xi'an city wall directly from the terrace, and on the day we checked in, I happened to catch a breathtaking sunset over Xi'an. It was absolutely stunning! My favorite part was definitely the hotel's large terrace – it’s super beautiful and perfect for photos. My best friend took so many gorgeous pictures of me there! The overall environment and facilities felt very reassuring. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable to the touch. After a long day out, it was incredibly relaxing to lie down. The mattress was also very comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I called for two extra bottles of water, and they were delivered to my room almost immediately. The service attitude was excellent. The location is also very convenient, close to the subway station, and just a short walk to the city wall. It was a very comfortable stay overall. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. Happy days!"
