The hotel lobby is spacious and impressive, and the front desk offers unlimited plum juice and orange juice. The lady at the front desk, N, processed our check-in very quickly, so we didn't have to wait long. Check-out was also super fast with no room inspection needed, making the whole process hassle-free. Our stay here was perfect, and I'd prioritize this hotel when visiting Xi'an! There are also many historical sites nearby.

This trip was incredibly enjoyable, and a huge part of that pleasure came from the outstanding service provided by Xiao Qiao and the other staff members at the hotel. Xiao Qiao proactively upgraded our room. Later, a family member accidentally broke a glass in the room. We felt very apologetic and uneasy at the time. Xiao Qiao reported it to her superior, and not only did they not ask for any compensation, but they also offered us warm comfort and genuine care, which deeply touched us. Furthermore, during our stay, whenever we ordered takeout or needed anything related to our room, Xiao Qiao was always able to resolve our issues promptly and efficiently. As we were leaving, the staff even presented us with local specialties as a kind gesture. This series of thoughtful and meticulous arrangements filled our entire trip with warmth and wonderful memories. You truly put the customer first, making us feel completely at home, and that's what made this trip so unforgettable. My sincere thanks again to Xiao Qiao and every staff member who helped us.

A very warm, welcoming and comfortable stay for a family of three. The room was a unique experience. Laundry was self service and free which gives it a homely vibe. We have a baby so that had a stroller available which we kept for the duration of stay. Both the receptionist spoke very good English, which made things much easier. The room was very spacious with good amenities, they even had a bidet installed in the washroom which is a great convenience for foreign travelers. Overall a memorable stay and commendable effort by the staff to make it as comfortable as possible.

My stay in the 'Tea Ceremony King Room' was excellent. The minimalist wooden decor was incredibly soothing, and the room came with a tea table, which made brewing and enjoying tea in my free time exceptionally pleasant. The entire room was spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly tidied. The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic, and check-in was very efficient. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

This is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at. The subway station is right downstairs, which makes getting around super convenient. When I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and processed my check-in very quickly. The room was really clean. The bed was so soft and comfortable; I asked the front desk and they said it was a 'zero-pressure' mattress. It just goes to show that good hotels pay attention to every detail. It was a great experience.

The room was very clean and the room attendant was very enthusiastic and helpful, proactively offering extra bottles of water. The breakfast was also quite rich. The location is excellent, very close to the Muslim Quarter and other attractions. I forgot to rent an electric scooter this time, but next time you could consider renting a small covered three-wheeled vehicle – you can park it anywhere and it makes getting around super easy. The hotel's ground floor restaurant has a charming, antique feel. Our two double beds were pushed together, making for a very spacious sleeping area. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even accepted a package for me, as they have a dedicated storage room. There's a small night market downstairs, and I actually think their noodles are better than those in the Muslim Quarter – you can just pop downstairs and eat!

The best things about this hotel are how clean, organized, and comfortable it is. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is perfect — you can reach Bell Tower Square in just 2 minutes, and everything is nearby. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was included and had both Western and local food options, which we also liked. Strongly recommended.

Fantastic value for money, truly a top-notch experience at this price point. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and a well-thought-out layout. The bathroom was also large, with a great separate wet and dry area. The decor was warm and felt high-quality. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The surrounding area offers plenty of dining options, and parking was convenient. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free, and the front desk service was attentive and excellent. Definitely worth coming back again!

Excellent service! ▒ **Parking:** Dedicated parking spots are available, so there are no worries about parking. You just need to inform the security guard which hotel you're staying at when entering, and present the parking voucher provided by the owner when exiting. Both entry and exit were seamless. ▒ **Location:** It's practically right next to Datang Everbright City, just a three-minute walk from a small back entrance. It's actually even closer than what Ctrip indicates, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. You can even see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda from the window, though I didn't spend much time admiring it. ▒ **Facilities and Decor:** The decor is very tasteful. The lobby is beautifully arranged with a lovely ambiance, and the owner's little 'tea pets' are adorable. Unlike many guesthouses that feel like they've just thrown a few things together to rent out, the setup and atmosphere here truly represent what a proper B&B should be. ▒ **Air Conditioning and Temperature:** The AC's cooling function worked perfectly, which was a huge plus on hot days. ▒ **Bathroom:** The hot water supply was excellent and consistent; I didn't encounter the issue of it running out quickly, which some other reviews mentioned. The showerhead's spray settings were just like what I have at home, very comfortable – definitely a bonus point. ▒ **Laundry:** I borrowed the fully automatic washing machine from the owner, who also provided detailed instructions. The ample number of hangers in the room was another thoughtful touch. ❤️ Other positive aspects: ▒ **Room Size:** The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. Given the prime location, I completely understand and it wasn't an issue. ▒ **Environment:** Perhaps due to quiet neighbors, I didn't hear any unusual noises, which I'd attribute to decent soundproofing. However, the sounds of performances (or general entertainment) from Datang Everbright City did carry over – which is to be expected and accepted when choosing to stay so close to it. Closing the window helped, and it didn't disrupt my sleep. ▒ **Linens:** The bed sheets and pillowcases visibly appeared freshly laundered, which was very reassuring. ♠ Minor areas for improvement: ▒ **Room Amenities:** Perhaps for aesthetic consistency with the room's style, both the shower and toilet areas use fabric curtains. While it wasn't an issue for privacy since we were family, I did wonder if odors might be a concern when using the toilet. My suggestion would be to install a solid door for the toilet cubicle or at least use a longer curtain. ▒ **Towels and Slippers:** These were placed in a basket under the sink, a bit out of sight – I almost missed them.
