We were very pleased by the stay in this hotel, the location couldn’t be any more perfect than it is, you can see a central wall entrance right in front of your window, but yet it’s very quite inside the room. All services you need are included, free laundry also. Hotel also provides unique cultural experiences : Chinese costumes with photo and art classes. Breakfasts are amazing and very tasty, suit both the European and Asian style. We were very lucky and our room got an upgrade so we are happier than ever. Thank you Elegant Hotel for being our best friend this trip!

On this trip to Xi'an, I didn't hesitate to choose the Jingxin Hotel, and after checking in, I truly felt I made the right choice. I absolutely have to write a good review to recommend it to friends visiting Xi'an! The hotel's location is a huge advantage; just a few steps out the door is the Bell Tower subway station, with both Lines 2 and 6. It's incredibly convenient to get to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Datang Everbright City, and the City Wall by subway. You can walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower in two or three minutes, and to the Muslim Quarter in five or six minutes. It's super easy to visit attractions during the day and head out for snacks at night without taking any detours. Downstairs, there are malls and convenience stores, making travel and finding food incredibly hassle-free. The check-in process was super fast, and the front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic, patiently answering any questions and providing excellent, attentive service. The first impression upon entering the room was how clean and bright it was. The whole-house fresh air system constantly circulates air, so there's no stuffiness at all. Every corner, the bathroom, and under the bed were spotlessly clean – even germaphobes can rest assured. The smart home experience was the most delightful surprise for me. The room is equipped with a XiaoDu smart speaker, so you can control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and projector just by speaking from bed, without having to get up and operate things manually. After a day of walking with tired legs, having full voice control was incredibly comfortable.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable. The communal areas on the ground floor and the tea space on the fourth floor are perfect for unwinding. Each day, guests are offered a complimentary coffee as well as drinks at the bar across the street, which is a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are also exceptionally professional — noticeably above the standard we’ve experienced at many other hotels.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Bell Tower Xi’an. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service from the staff, who were always warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to the concierge (we didn’t get his name)who went above and beyond by waiting with us until our Didi arrived to make sure we got into the correct car. That thoughtful gesture made us feel safe and well taken care of. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room for our family. We also appreciated the complimentary self-service washer and dryer, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. Another lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful amenities in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi’an.

This is my go-to hotel, and I always enjoy my stay. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast menu is updated regularly, and I especially love the freshly made noodles with their rich broth – so delicious! Honestly, I can't really fault anything. Their service is also top-notch; little N (Xiao N) was particularly enthusiastic. The only minor thing is that the decor is starting to show its age a bit.

Choosing this hotel for our Xi'an trip was definitely the right decision! Yunhe Yebo Bell and Drum Tower South Store is in an absolutely prime downtown location. We were just a few minutes' walk from enjoying the stunning night view of the Bell and Drum Tower, and there are tons of authentic Xi'an snacks right around the corner, making breakfast super convenient. The metro station is also very close, so getting to the North Station, airport, or Terracotta Warriors was a breeze. The room itself was clean and odorless, with plenty of space. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – we had a wonderfully quiet night's sleep despite being in the heart of the city. The bathroom was spotless with a great wet/dry separation, and we had stable hot water and fast Wi-Fi. Strawberry and Taiyang (Sun) at the front desk were incredibly warm and patient. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and they proactively shared local travel routes and tips to avoid tourist traps, which was a really thoughtful touch. All the facilities were well-maintained, and the price was fantastic, offering excellent value for money. Our family had a comfortable and worry-free stay. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Xi'an!

My trip to Xi'an this time, I stayed at this guesthouse for three days and felt incredibly relaxed. Simple breakfast, comfortable environment. In the evening, after returning, I could even sit by the roadside outside, at the foot of the city wall, and enjoy a cold brew tea. The room had a natural wood style, and all the amenities were well-designed, making me not want to leave. I'll definitely come back next time! [blush emoji] The guesthouse offers free sachet making, and the faint herbal scent lingering on my fingertips was a delightful way to treat myself. If you get tired of all the noodles and 'mó' (steamed buns) outside, you can easily try their private kitchen. The dishes are clean and meticulously prepared.

Honestly, I'm very disappointed. I booked this hotel based on the pictures, which showed a very tranquil courtyard style. However, the hotel is tiny; what you see in the photos is pretty much the entire lobby. It's miles apart from the designer hotels I've stayed at in Shanghai. Room: My overall impression was that it was unclean, very dirty. Even though it's a rustic Chinese-style decor, being dirty makes it feel awful. The entire room had no proper mirror! This means women can't do their makeup in the morning (there's a small mirror above the sink, but the overhead light is too bright). The so-called 'garden' isn't really a small courtyard at all; it's just the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Park behind the hotel. That's hardly a hotel amenity. I have a habit of working out, but the gym was about the size of a bathroom and incredibly hot with no AC. It only had an outdated treadmill and a rack of vertical dumbbells. I did a quick lift and left. The upside, of course, is its proximity to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Joy City. But other than that, I'm extremely dissatisfied. I had initially booked four nights, but I cancelled and moved to another hotel. If you're only looking for proximity to attractions, you *could* consider it. But if you're used to staying in chain hotels, proceed with caution – you'll be very disappointed.

The room was very clean, with a clear separation between the wet and dry areas, and a full-length mirror. The guesthouse's location is excellent, right near the entrance of Huimin Street, with many popular local snacks downstairs. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Bell Tower, and a subway station and a direct bus stop to the Terracotta Army are right outside. The owner's service attitude was also superb, very enthusiastically recommending local delicacies. 😍😍

I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!
