Romantic Hotels in Shaanxi, China

The hotel's location is excellent. After getting off the intercity bus from the airport at Bell Tower Station, I found the hotel right across the street. The Bell Tower is visible as soon as you step out, and there's a subway station nearby, making transportation very convenient. The environment is nice, clean, and tidy. The hotel thoughtfully provides both buckwheat and soft pillows, and there's a laundry room available, which is very handy! 👍👍

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right outside Bell Tower subway station and across from Kaiyuan Shopping Mall, making getting around a breeze. The room was spotless, and the gentleman on the ground floor was very welcoming, even helping us with our luggage all the way to the subway entrance when we checked out. Breakfast offered a great variety, and they even had afternoon tea. Our child got tired from exploring in the morning, so we could relax at the hotel with afternoon tea before heading out again in the evening. We forgot to bring a pencil sharpener for our child, and the front desk thoughtfully sent a robot to deliver one to our room. When we checked out, the front desk ladies were all very friendly and even gave us a thoughtful little gift. Next time we visit Xi'an, we'll definitely choose Novotel again.

A very satisfying stay on my Xi'an trip! The room was clean and quiet, which was super convenient since I was traveling with kids. The breakfast included a high chair, which was a big plus. The bedding was comfortable, and the hotel was close to attractions and the subway, offering great value for money. The service was attentive, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an.

Traveling with a child, I immediately chose this guesthouse. The location is excellent, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are very new. Customer service is available 24/7, which shows great attention to detail. They upgraded our room for free, and the check-out gift was unique and thoughtful. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were all delivered to the room and were exquisite. On the last day, we even encountered heavy snow during check-out, which was beautiful. I took some great photos, very nice! 😊😊

This hostel has an amazing location! There are several highly-rated restaurants from Dazhong Dianping's must-eat list within 1km. If you're coming to Xi'an for noodles, like me, you absolutely have to choose this place, haha! It's also very clean, and they ask you to change into slippers when you enter. This is the first time I've encountered a hostel that's both affordable and has strict rules (like no smoking, they have a dedicated smoking room). There's an elevator inside the hostel, but you still have to climb a small flight of stairs. The four-person room has eight people sharing two bathrooms. The only minor drawback is that both are Western-style toilets; it would be perfect if one was a squat toilet to accommodate different preferences. It's located in Dapi Lane, basically inside the Muslim Quarter, surrounded by delicious food. The downside to this is that shared bikes aren't allowed to park inside the alley; you have to find a parking spot at the alley entrance. So, no matter if you're taking a taxi or a shared bike, you'll have to walk a bit, but it's only a few hundred meters, so not too far. I truly recommend this hostel. I'm currently staying at a hostel in another city and constantly missing the facilities and strict rules of this one 😢

The room was spotless, and the service was absolutely top-notch. They were so thoughtful even before check-in, and every front desk staff member was incredibly kind. The location is also quite good. If I had to pick a minor point, our large double room on the second floor faced a small street, so it was a little noisy, but still acceptable. It's a bit of a walk to the metro station, about 8-10 minutes. So, we usually opted for a taxi, which made getting around super convenient. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel itself was surprisingly quiet. They also offer exclusive shuttle services to/from Xianyang Airport and the Terracotta Warriors. Plenty of dining options nearby too.

First off, I have to say the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, two major attractions, are right on your doorstep. You can pop back to the hotel for a rest anytime you get tired from exploring, without having to jostle with other tourists. Plus, the Joy City mall across the street is super convenient for dining and shopping. It's also easy to get to the Bell and Drum Towers. **Service:** The hotel service is excellent. The front desk staff even upgraded my room, which was very spacious and comfortable. **Facilities:** Although a bit older, the facilities have a charming, antique feel that perfectly matches Xi'an's ancient capital vibe. **Environment:** The overall environment is also very good, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast area isn't huge, but it offers a unique spread.

Overall the stay was satisfactory for the price. The front desk staff were helpful, but they lacked the warmth and hospitality you would normally expect from hilton brand. The room was too warm during winter. When we asked about adjusting the temperature or turning on the air conditioning, we were told it could not be adjusted, which made sleeping uncomfortable as we were sweating during the night. We also had to change from a room with a good view because the road noise was loud from midnight until morning. Breakfast had a decent variety, but there were not many Western options available. Overall, it is acceptable for the price, but there are areas that could be improved.

It was a beautiful moment to be there. I’m a female and I was traveling alone. And it totally felt safe to be there. Most of the team that I’ve seen were female too and they were always very helping if I needed something. Location is not so far from the Center and very quiet. I had the family room and the room is very spacious, isolated(in a good way) and cozy. Many windows but warm, the bathtub and the water was very hot. Very high ceiling and it’s always the best! Sometimes it’s important to have a great hotel by yourself if you are traveling alone, it totally gives you better feeling of the city and welcoming energy. For that it was a very good price. I’ll definitely come here again if I come back to X’ian one day and I already recommended my friends to stay here. Thank you so much Yixi hotel. Happy new year!
