My actual stay far exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The room was exceptionally spacious with a unique layout that you rarely see. It had excellent natural light, multiple floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views, and even a bathtub, making for a truly pleasant living experience. The bed was extra soft and provided a stable, restful sleep. Ordering takeout was made easy and hassle-free with robot delivery. The entire room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's definitely worth experiencing.

The location is a bit out of the way, but the scenery in this secluded spot is beautiful, and the service is excellent. When the skylight was dirty, they cleaned it the same day, and when it broke, someone came to fix it right away. Although we didn't see anything after the rain and on a cloudy night, the service was certainly up to par. A downside is that when driving to the campsite at night, there are hardly any streetlights. It's quite dangerous because there are many construction sites around, and workers occasionally pop out of the darkness. I hope this can be improved. Also, the breakfast is *really* not good! The selection is small, and it doesn't look or taste appealing. I hope they can offer more variety, include some non-spicy options, and slightly extend breakfast hours, as the accommodation is quite remote, and it takes a while to get there. Additionally, I suggest adding a non-slip mat in the bathroom or providing disinfected slippers, as it gets too cold at Sailimu Lake at night to walk barefoot. On a positive note, I want to commend the campsite on their humidifier maintenance; it's the cleanest I've ever seen, with very little grime, so it felt safe to use.😌

Ruby Elegant Hotel truly lives up to its reputation; my stay far exceeded expectations, delivering a solid five-star experience. The hotel's decor is exquisitely elegant and stylish, and I felt instantly uplifted upon entering the lobby. The guest rooms are simply yet grandly designed, offering spacious layouts with all facilities well-maintained and smart devices easy to use. The entire hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, was spotlessly clean, showing meticulous attention to detail. The service was a major highlight; all staff members were polite, enthusiastic, and highly responsive. They patiently answered any questions and handled issues perfectly, making me feel incredibly welcomed. The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation and an abundance of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The bedding and toiletries were of high quality, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. I felt secure and relaxed here; the overall service, environment, and hardware are all top-notch, and the price is very reasonable. I genuinely feel it offers excellent value for money and will actively recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I look forward to staying here again.

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

This was my second stay at the Karakol Lake Buzhoushan Camp, and I'm once again captivated by its breathtaking beauty and thoughtful service. The camp boasts the best lakeside viewing spot, with all rooms directly facing Karakol Lake and the snow-capped mountains. In the morning, the golden sun illuminates the mountain peaks, and at night, the Milky Way arches across the lake – truly spectacular. I especially want to commend the high-altitude friendly facilities: oxygen generators, floor heating, and humidifiers are all provided, so there's no need to worry about altitude sickness. The staff are incredibly welcoming, check-in includes free entry, and you can borrow ethnic costumes for photos free of charge. The restaurant serves generous portions of delicious food. My second visit was just as satisfying. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to the Pamirs!

Hilton consistently delivers! From the lobby to the front desk, rooms, and even the restaurant, the service quality was always satisfactory. My only complaint: the Wi-Fi signal was terrible. A small suggestion: there are a few bald patches on the outdoor lawn that are a bit unsightly; hopefully, they can replant those. Also, there was noticeable litter on the lawn in the early morning.

The owner was very kind; since we had a baby with us, they upgraded our room for free. We were immediately impressed when we entered – it was French-style, very clean and comfortable. The courtyard was filled with flowers, perfect for girls taking photos. The second floor also offers great views of the sunset, stars, and lavender fields. They also sell lavender products; you can check it out if you're interested. We bought some essential oils, and they were quite nice.

The room is very cozy and well-equipped. The power supply is small, but the store can give you a power strip, because we brought a lot of shooting equipment, including drones, cameras and computers, just to shoot the Milky Way in a place with level 1 light pollution. Unexpectedly, we were forced to squat there, and many accidents happened. I was so excited about shooting that I lost my room key card in the middle of the night. I woke up the boss to open the door in the middle of the night. I was really a little sorry! We thought we would pay the price, but the boss was very nice and told us there was no need to return. In order to express my apology to my boss, I decided to take a super wide-angle photo of his starry sky camp. Unexpectedly, I found the room key card hidden in the camera cover. This adventure was no one else! Here we have achieved our wish and photographed the Milky Way. If you have friends who like it, don’t hesitate!

Mercure Hotel is a very satisfactory hotel for our stay in Xinjiang. The hotel staff is very professional, warm and thoughtful. Check-in is very smooth. There is also free mineral water and coffee in the lobby. Our needs are always met at the first time. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows that provide great lighting. It was cleaned very well and the beds were super comfortable! The toilets in the rooms are all smart and fully automatic. The mini bar is also equipped with soft drinks, coffee, tea and biscuits. The mineral water provided is also very high-quality. I heard that it is natural spring mineral water produced in Changshou Township, Guangxi. Most importantly, these things are free! The Mercure Hotel also has comprehensive gym and laundry facilities, making it ideal for people traveling on business. The hotel’s Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is very rich, especially the boiled eggs, which taste very fresh and have been well received by my father and grandmother! When we checked out, the lobby staff very considerately provided us with airport drop-off service, and the handsome general manager personally saw us off. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended.

Reasonable priced, clean and comfortable. Easily to move around within the city. Convenient shops are available within walking distance.
