Romantic Hotels in Xinjiang, China

This time it was like a lucky dip, and I picked this hotel blindly. The result was nothing but pleasant surprises. The location is halfway between Urumqi Station and the airport, with travel times generally within 20 minutes. The hotel has a sky lobby. The staff ladies were very friendly. The room was also very spacious, clean, with plenty of hot water, and comfortable bedding. My only suggestion is that I hope they keep the breakfast food warm, as some dishes were a bit cold.

Highly recommend this hotel! The spherical glass rooms are really unique, and when you open the curtains, you're greeted with a beautiful view. You can enjoy the stunning scenery right from your room while sipping tea. The hotel's underfloor heating is fantastic; it was so warm during the day that I could comfortably wear just a shirt when the weather was nice. The facilities are also very complete. Although the hot water is heated by an electric water heater, it heats up reasonably quickly, and the water temperature is excellent. Highly, highly recommend!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Since I was traveling with friends, there were 8 of us and we booked 5 rooms. I was so surprised and delighted to find that the larger rooms actually consist of three smaller rooms, meaning everyone could have their own private space. Even the single rooms were quite spacious. The overall environment of the hotel is great, and the breakfast was excellent. Definitely worth visiting again.

Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)

The hotel is bustling and very close to the Grand Bazaar, making it super convenient for getting around. Food options are also great, with plenty of delicious places nearby. There was a slight hiccup though – my mom might have gotten a bit sick from the change in environment and developed a fever. The hotel staff were incredibly caring and helped us arrange a late check-out so she could rest properly for the day, allowing us to comfortably catch our train in the evening. If I ever come back to Xinjiang, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The best hotel i’ve stayed in for my whole trip in Xin Jiang. The rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed, had an air humidifier too although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good. Most importantly the service here is excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. He guided us around and he also helped us book a ski instructor too as beginners and they provide free rides to the ski resort. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to book their next ski trip. Location is great not too far from anywhere, easy to get around, convenience stores are available nearby too. I will book this place again if I ever have the chance to come back.

The lobby has a strong exotic vibe. The rooms are bright and spotless, and the wet/dry separation design is a thoughtful touch. Wuyuan Wanda Mandarin Hotel Urumqi gets a five-star rating from me! The hotel's common areas are also very stylish, and Xiao Sa was incredibly helpful. The room was bright and tidy, with excellent natural light, and the wet/dry separation design was practical. All the facilities were complete and easy to use, making for a clean and comfortable stay. The room was quiet and neat, and the bedding was cozy, ensuring a good night's rest. The location is also superb, with malls, pharmacies, and restaurants all around, making life and travel very convenient. It's also very close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station, which is great for efficient travel. Overall, a perfect experience – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi.

I checked in on December 31st. That day I had a high fever and couldn't eat anything. Around 10 or 11 am, I called the front desk to ask for a bedtime sweet soup to be delivered to my room. The front desk said it wasn't available yet and they would deliver it when it was available. Around midnight, it still hadn't arrived, so I called the front desk again. They said the kitchen was closed that day and they didn't have any sweet soup… Quite speechless. If they hadn't said they didn't offer it, I would have just ordered takeout. Making someone with a high fever wait for over an hour on an empty stomach is ridiculous! The next day, the cantaloupe breakfast took almost half an hour to arrive, and then it was gone in seconds. It felt like this hotel hadn't had this many guests in a long time. The hotel is built on a hillside, and the front desk and rooms are not in the same place. The parking area is far from the rooms, which is quite inconvenient in winter. Regarding facilities, I booked a lake-view twin room, but there was no coffee table between the two beds. The only place to eat in the room was a dining table, but there were no chairs. I wanted to make hot tea, but there were no tea bags provided in the room.

The location is great and the B&B was easy to find. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, offering a one-stop concierge service. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even had evening tea and snacks. I also felt the price was very reasonable. All the interior decorations were thoughtfully chosen. I highly recommend this B&B if you're looking to stay a night at Sayram Lake. It's a standalone villa, so it's quiet at night, and you don't need to prepare anything – just show up and check in. They also have 24-hour hot water, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. Staying here means you don't have to worry about a thing; the concierge will take care of everything for you.

The location is really great here. Cleanliness is top-notch. Rooms are clean and beautiful. I decided to change hotels because I was disappointed. I cannot find the swimming pool despite the listing shows that it has a swimming pool. And the staff for not particularly helpful to help me find the swimming pool. It shouldn't be that hard to find a swimming pool at a hotel that's what I regularly do when I book hotel. The breakfast provided was free which was okay. But they do not serve coffee and the coffee machine was deliberately turned off they're not and the staff are not willing to turn it on for their guests. I don't understand why
