"Amazing hotel with professional staff. The hotel room is very modern design which fits 2 adults, so clean and quite well organised. The hotel has a functional space in 3rd floor with free flow of water, drinks, desserts and coffee 24 hours offering. All are exceptional yummy. Has 3 sets of washing and dryer machines on 9th floor. The front office staff is so helpful recommend us to try Kobe beef with nicely presented a name card so the Kobe beef restaurant take good care of us with discount too. Will definitely stay again in this hotel. Food, transportation, 24 hours convenience store, Kobe Tower is just around our walking distance. Actual place is the same as the photos show. The shower tap add credit with small bubbles good for face washing and hot water comes immediately. Everything is fine, no complaint."

"The room was quite spacious and comfortable for Japan standards, with enough room to open two large suitcases without feeling cramped. It's super convenient to get to: just take exit 12 from the JR station, turn left when you see the hotel sign, and take the elevator up. The only downside was the air conditioning only had three settings, and it was too cold. I ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed because the draft from the head of the bed was too strong."

Thus is a love hotel For privacy, this hotel was built on top of a hill. You must drive! There is no public transport It takes at least 30 minutes from Shintetsu Rokko Station to walk up the hill. They only provide breakfast. Luckily they served me an all day breakfast upon my arrival cause I arrived in the evening !
The room is very good! Clean , comfortable, fridge ,big tv screen , lightings !Free tea bags and coffee ! There are plenty of amenities! You can watch tv while you have a bath in the tub

It's a little far from the station, but the route is all local and walkable, so it's OK. It's right in the middle of the cherry blossom street, which is beautiful in this season. The breakfast and dinner look very rich, but the actual quantity is a bit small. The shabu-shabu beef doesn't come with eggs, probably because the quota is occupied by the hot spring egg experience. The room is large, but it's a bit cold at night with only the air conditioner on. Guests are provided with a 40-minute private soup, which is not bad

Location was great, right in middle of the beautiful strip. Nice view from window. Very clean and modern, while still maintained a Japanese flair. Showers, toilet, and all appliances new and efficient. The The owners made us feel very welcomed and gave good suggestions to which Onsens and restaurants visit. The breakfast was authentic, healthy, and felt like good home made quality.

For a couple of nights, it's a perfect option! Comfortable beds, larger than single beds. The room was cool, but there was air conditioning. The cafe that gave out instructions for check-in gave coffee to go and all the bath accessories. The room has a small room in traditional Japanese style - with a low table, ottomans, and in the drawers there are two kimonos and baskets to take with all this to the onsen. The location of the hotel is great - a few steps from the golden onsen.
