"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't wait to share my experience. I highly recommend it! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the thoughtfulness and care put into every detail. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even took the time to introduce the hotel facilities and recommend great local restaurants, which made me feel right at home. The room was clean, tidy, and elegantly decorated. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I enjoyed a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of excellent quality, every detail showed genuine care. The view from the window was lovely, and opening the curtains in the morning to let the sunlight in was truly refreshing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, all fresh and delicious. The public areas were quiet and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. "Traveling as a family of four, we booked this inn primarily for its private onsen, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The inn boasts 8 private baths, so there's no need to rush or share – you can soak whenever you like, which is especially convenient for families traveling with seniors. We took turns trying out several different styles, both open-air and indoor. After soaking, our skin felt incredibly smooth. The sound of the stream in the valley and the birdsong was incredibly therapeutic. The stay included two meals, dinner and breakfast. The Bungo beef BBQ for dinner was substantial, and the elders thoroughly enjoyed it. The onsen egg and local miso soup for breakfast were also very authentic. It's about a 3-hour bus ride from Fukuoka; the mountain roads are winding but offer beautiful scenery. Our whole family unanimously rated it highly. This night at Kurokawa Onsen was the most relaxing part of our trip. It's perfect for families who want a quiet hot spring experience without being disturbed."

"I think all the rooms should have a view of Kumamoto Castle. Most of all, the location is incredibly convenient. Kumamoto Castle, the main shopping arcades, and the airport limousine bus stop are all within walking distance. Being so close to the airport bus was especially a lifesaver for those of us traveling with heavy luggage. Kumamoto itself has a wonderful vibe—much more relaxed than Fukuoka, with a great sense of design."

"Having lived in Japan for over ten years, I have to commend this hotel. It far exceeded my expectations. 1. Right outside the door is the largest local bus terminal, making it incredibly convenient to get to the airport, Aso, Amakusa, and Fukuoka. 2. The price is half or even less than half of surrounding hotels. I originally had no expectations, thinking it would just be a cheap place to crash. 3. While the hallway decor looks a bit dated, it perfectly aligns with the MUJI団地 (housing complex) design philosophy. You even use a traditional key to open the door. 4. Although the room has an old-style Japanese business hotel decor, it's exceptionally clean and very spacious. The room design is well-thought-out, making it comfortable and secure to use. 5. Both check-in and check-out at the front desk were handled with meticulous care and polite, professional service. This is something even much more expensive hotels I've stayed at elsewhere often fail to deliver. 6. I stayed here for five consecutive nights and had a great experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future family trips."
