"It was a trip with my wife who also served as a job, but the downtown area in front of the station was close, and in addition to that, the customer service of everyone at the hotel was polite.
We are doing well, such as offering a delicious place to eat in Nagaoka city as a guide map.
There was also a rare public bath in the hotel, which was slow."

"Extremely satisfied! The room was very clean, and the hotel itself is quite large, featuring two hot springs – one on the 2nd floor of the main building and another on the 7th floor of the annex. We booked a package with breakfast and dinner, both buffet-style, which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel also has its own snow play area, and you can rent snow boots for 700 yen a pair. It's a fantastic resort hotel! We'll definitely be back if we get the chance."

"The hotel itself is quite nice, and the service at the reception desk was excellent. The staff in person were polite and genuinely tried to help with anything I needed during my stay.
However, I was very disappointed with the phone service. When I called the hotel and spoke in English, the call was hung up on me. I tried several times and the same thing happened. It did not seem like the staff member on the phone was willing to assist or find a solution. This left a very negative impression.
As this is an “International Hotel,” I expected at least basic English communication or an attempt to assist rather than disconnecting the call. I already informed the hotel about this issue and I sincerely hope they improve their phone service permanently.
Additionally, the hotel is located 10 mins by walk from the city center so you will likely need to take a taxi to travel around.
Overall, the in person service was good but the phone communication experience needs serious improvement."

This boutique hotel is an absolute delight. With only five rooms in total, it offers an intimate, ryokan‑style experience where every guest receives thoughtful, attentive service. The staff embody the spirit of Japanese omotenashi—quiet, sincere, and always one step ahead of your needs.
Because the property hosts so few guests, the atmosphere is calm and unhurried. You never feel like just another booking; instead, it feels as though the entire team is dedicated to making your stay exceptional.
The dinner course is a highlight you simply cannot miss. It’s beautifully crafted, seasonal, and clearly prepared with great care. Just be sure to reserve at least two days in advance, as the kitchen prepares ingredients specifically for each guest.
To my surprise, the overall experience here surpasses even some well‑known Japanese luxury brands like Hoshinoya. It’s more personal, more serene, and ultimately more memorable.
A perfect stay for anyone seeking genuine hospitality and a peaceful retreat.

In the past, it was a facility called Yaroa, which was crowded with many tourists. 😱
Employees 々 are working hard, but I can't wipe the lonely feeling because I turn off the lights in the corridor or the air conditioner is not in order to save money.
I got amenities for three days, but I thought it was useless.
