We had a good time at this hotel for 1 week. The room we had was too small for any longer a stay. But it was inexpensive. To stay for longer, you would want to book one of the junior suites for sure. The beach is lovely, and the location can't be beat. Food in the restaurant was okay, but many more food opportunities in the area.

Ese Hotel precioso con un potencial muy muy alto, pero con algunos defectos valorables. Como parte positiva, muy cómoda, habitación amplia con altos techos y decoración muy singular. La zonas comunes son de revista.
 Como parte negativa el agua caliente tardaba más de cinco minutos en salir y el cuarto de baño en general era pequeño. El desayuno algo limitado pero es cierto que ofrecían café y zumo naranja con huevos al gusto, sin servicio de Lunch box.
Cabe destacar una terraza en la azotea con vistas para poder tomarte algo también preciosa.

The hotel stands out for the location and very family run hotel. Keep in mind for a 3 star hotel the rooms are small and outdated but for the price your getting a very good deal for PV compared to many places. The Taxi/Uber are available, the beach is walking distance, lots of amazing places to eat and shop, lots of night life and entertainment, and the buses are available for public transport anywhere in PV which i fou8nd to be the most convenient. Simply the location is the best ever and that is what your paying for the most in the price.
The hotel staff cleans the room really well the the courtyard is pretty beautiful especially at night. The AC is so cold and well maintained that you wont be able to sleep on low setting. The staffs are very friendly and check-in and out was a breeze. Overall I am very happy with my stay here, next time ill be staying here again.

Hotel in a perfect location, a few minutes walk from the Romantic area of Puerto Vallarta. The hotel has a clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is really available and friendly, ready to recommend restaurants and activities.
The strong point is the rooftop: a spectacular swimming pool with a wonderful view of the city.
Property suggestions:
Sonic: windows are little isolated from external noises. If you sleep lightly, you will take the ears.
Room allocation: I noticed that the allocated room does not always correspond to that shown in the photos on trip.com. The only way to be sure of the type is to book from the official website of the hotel, which is not always easy for those who do not know the area. I would advise the property to monitor more about what third parties' websites publish, to ensure more truth and avoid disadvantages to customers.
In the overall positive experience and good quality-price relationship, I would advise those who are looking for a comfortable and friendly staff base.

While this hotel doesn't have the glitter and glitz of some others,it does have ambiance of what old Mexico was like. Donna Susana is quiet and serene, has an excellent sunning terrace with pool on the roof. The rooms are well maintained by a superb staff. My maid,Sonia, was quite charming and gracious. There are 2 sister hotels with access to the beach so you have all their amenaties. The location is great, walking distance to everthing .

The hotel is located centrally to all attractions of Puerto Vallarta’s Zona Romantica. Staff were professional. Despite this the hotel is not advertised properly. The hotel is not 4 star or even 3 stars. I would generous and give it 2.5 stars. It is very very very dated. The pictures in the hotel’s webpage are old. The regular rooms are battered and old. The hotel does not have wifi in the rooms, only in common areas on lobby level. If I would have known this information about the hotel, before my renting, I would have looked and reserved elsewhere. Very disappointed.
