The hotel is great. The grounds are very beautiful and quiet, it's surprising that even though there were many guests (and cars), we hardly ever ran into them, except at breakfast. The rooms are clean and were tidied daily. There's a balcony and a fantastic, large shower room! Breakfast was just good (average); for example, breakfasts in Istanbul hotels were more varied. I missed having sweet breakfast options. But overall, there was enough of everything. The biggest plus is the PRIVATE BEACH. It's magnificent. It's a bit further from the hotel, about a 10-15 minute walk. There aren't as many stairs as everyone writes in reviews, it's very comfortable! We went by car, but there's a shuttle from the hotel to the beach every hour. Tip: Go to the beach on foot earlier than everyone else to grab the best sun loungers! A MINUS. Well, not really a minus... it's just that it seemed like everywhere on Instagram it said that private pools were included with every room, but unfortunately, that's not the case. Pay attention to this! But there is a communal pool, also in some distant location. We never made it there because all our attention was taken by THE BEACH :) The staff were fine. The hotel's location isn't in the city center, which I see as a plus. But it would be a bit difficult without a car.

This small, cozy hotel is nestled in a true paradise! The breathtaking views, the scent of flowers, the peace and quiet, and the birdsong—everything is simply captivating. The hotel is immaculately clean, and our room was spacious with modern fixtures and pristine white linens – everything was top-notch. A special thank you to the staff for their smiles and willingness to help; they're an excellent, professional team. We'd gladly recommend this hotel and would love to return if we get the chance!

This is THE best place to stay - it's only a few minutes' walk to Kaleiçi Old Town, but you can avoid all the touristy noise and crowds. It's lovely - quiet, comfortable, and easily accessible. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, and a 1-minute walk to this INCREDIBLE view of the mountains and ocean. Very safe, and lovely staff at the front desk. Breakfast is hearty. The only downside was finding out that while you can use the facilities at the main Perge hotel (just down the street), you have to pay for them (e.g. private beach, terrace breakfast, etc). This was a disappointment as we had thought we might get free access due to all the other reviews stating so, which felt quite misleading. Regardless, you couldn't pick a better location than this!

Hotel location is very good, on the edge of the OTOGAR of KAS town, about 100 to 200 meters away, the town is not big, it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. around is very prosperous. The hotel is a small white building, on the slope, its first floor is underground, so when booking, it is necessary to emphasize the room above the second floor. The breakfast is good, on the top floor, the scenery is excellent, you can enjoy the view while eating. The room size is small and the facilities are a bit poor.

My wife and I are staying for 3 nights in early May. Communication with the hotel was excellent; we exchanged our estimated arrival time twice, and check-in went smoothly. They helped us with our luggage and even parked the car for us. The room isn't large, and the beds and furniture aren't luxurious, but everything is neat and clean. My suitcase is quite big, so instead of laying it flat, I took out my clothes and put them all in the wardrobe. There's still space left over. I really feel that all the tables, decorations, and other items reflect efficient design and a thoughtful consideration for guest convenience. It's not luxury, but it's a highly satisfying hotel with great value for money. There's a private beach about 100 meters down the road. It has parasols, a ladder, and even a shower. We're on a 3-night trip, and I'm already thinking of extending it by another night. Now it's time to go for breakfast starting at 8 AM. I'm looking forward to it. It would probably be even better to enjoy this place a month or even two weeks later. We avoided the peak season, but I noticed all the rooms were full yesterday. As a side note, while the ground floor rooms lack privacy if you open the window, it's super convenient for coming and going, much like a garden apartment on the first floor. I think the good aspects outweigh the bad. I quickly wrote down my thoughts after one night. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kas. It's about 5km from the city center, less than a 10-minute drive.

Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely loved this place! The front desk lady was amazing! The room was clean and quite large! Their restaurant offers a view of the ocean and sunset, perfect for taking photos! We arrived late and had dinner there, and it was delicious! Highly recommended!

The hotel is very clean, the boss is very enthusiastic and helps with the luggage. The breakfast at the hotel is also very rich and delicious. The view of breakfast is invincible. It is a hotel worth recommending and I will come again.

The only thing that could be improved was the lack of a TV in the room. Other than that, we were very happy with the service. The pool was extremely nice, clean, and a good size.

Facilities: Comparable to domestic hotels like Ji Hotel or Atour, it has all the essentials and none of the unnecessary frills. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Environment: Located on a very quiet street, you can enjoy sea views at breakfast, and it's also very close to the bus station. Service: Every front desk staff member I encountered was very enthusiastic. On our first day, we arrived at 7 AM, and we were completely surprised when they upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early.

The decoration is too old, the bathroom door can't be closed, the water in the bathroom is blocked and can't go down, the room area is seriously reduced, I don't understand why there are so many good reviews? The boss and his wife are very kind, but the whole family can't speak English, and they rely on AI translation. The price is not cheap, and the cost performance is too poor.
