"Cappadocia Cave Lodge was a great base for this friends trip! The rooms were comfortable and artfully decorated- I felt like I was living in a modern cave. The Lodge’s breakfast has been fresh and tasty. The staff have been very polite and accommodating- they brought me coffee when I sat in the hotel’s outdoor roof area to watch the hot air balloons rise over the horizon- such a nice gesture! The location itself is a short (if hilly!) walk down to the city center with lots of inviting shops (carpets, antiques- just to name a few) and cafes along the way! Would stay here again!"

The room was warm as if it had floor heating; it was very cozy as soon as I walked in. My room was on the first floor, the closest to the front desk, and it was quite comfortable. The breakfast, however, was very ordinary, with limited options and almost everything was cold. But that's normal. Foreign tastes won't match ours, which is understandable. I just stuck to eating fries; those were to my taste. As for the service, it was normally good. They extended my check-out by an hour and allowed luggage storage. I booked the airport shuttle through the hotel for 500 Lira. I didn't find any issues with the cleanliness. All in all, it's still worth staying here! You won't feel like you've made a bad choice or had a terrible experience. The bus station to the town is super close, and you can take the bus to explore the surrounding areas. But to be honest, besides hot air ballooning, there's really nothing much to do in this town. The nearby attractions are all quite boring, the kind where I'd take a quick look and want to leave. One night here is enough. The most important thing is the hot air balloon.

Guest UserI was able to stay in an authentic cave hotel at a reasonable price.
The room was clean, there were amenities provided, and the free water was appreciated.
The hair dryer also had a strong airflow.
There were plenty of photo spots in the garden, so you could take pictures with the rocks in the background.
The breakfast was also delicious, and I was glad to be able to eat vegetables and fruit.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience.

RahmahwatiBest experience to stay in a cave hotel ! Location was ok. Need to walk up a bit from the “city place”. Hotel staff was amazing ! So warm and friendly. Assist me and family in so many ways. Chit chat with us while we having breakfast. Gives us recommendations to explore places to go , that we didn’t first plan. Feels like family!
