PROMOTION PLATFORM: Trip.com mobile website and app (version 7.47.2 or higher).
PROMOTION PERIOD: This Promotion starts on [Apr 12, 2025 at 01:00 (GMT+8)] and ends on [Oct 13, 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+5:30)] (both dates inclusive).
TRAVEL PERIOD: For Guangzhou the travel period is 12 Apr 2025 to 5 May 2025 and Osaka is 12 Apr 2025 to 13 Oct 2025.
ELIGIBLE USERS: Trip.com registered users.
PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: This Promotion includes limited-time offers (on a first-come, first-served, while stocks last basis and subject to further limitations, terms and conditions stated herein) on a range of flights products.
VALIDITY OF PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: The Promotional Products are valid only on or for the date(s) specified for use on the products (if any). The validity of the Promotional Products cannot be extended beyond the specified date(s).

a. All Promotional Product prices and quantities shown are subject to changes from time to time. Please refresh the page before booking to confirm the products, the remaining quantity and see the latest prices and read the terms of use.

For flight products, Airlines reserve the right to adjust prices and control seat availability according to the sales situation, and special air fares may be subject to strict change, refund and endorsement conditions. Please refer to the conditions of the booking and the airline’s policies, terms and conditions for details.
c. To the extent permitted by law Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
d. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
e. Trip.com reserves all rights to the final interpretation of this Promotion.
f. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of users who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

h. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
