1. PROMOTION: These terms apply to Fly with Air India” (the "Promotion")
2. THESE TERMS: This Promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 (”Trip.com”). By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, our general Terms & Conditions [https://in.trip.com/contents/service-guideline/terms.html] and the decisions of Trip.com, which apply to the Promotion.
3. PROMOTION PLATFORMS: Trip.com app, Trip.com website and Trip.com mobile website.
4. The Promotion is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
5. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to individuals who are: (a) at least 18 years old; (b) registered Trip.com users; and (c) residents of India (“Eligible User”). Users must have, or sign up for, a Trip.com account to participate in the Promotion.
a. Users having the same account, device, and mobile number will be considered the same user. In the event that different accounts are tagged to be one user, only the first account will be considered eligible to participate in this Promotion.
b. Employees, agents, or affiliates of Trip.com and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
c. Trip.com reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify ineligible participants.
6. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion starts on 1 August 2026 at 00:00 (GMT+5:30) and ends on 31 August 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+5:30), or while stocks last.
a. Campaign Weekly Schedule: Every Monday to Thursday during the promotional period (subject to temporary adjustments during holidays or mega promotions). The "एK Price Sale" and "Promo codes" Promotional Products are released for sale every Thursday at 12:00 (GMT+5:30). Please refer to actual promotion week displayed on the page.

The offer is first-come, first-served and subject to availability, due to the overwhelming response and the high number of booking, please ensure that you confirm the availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions before making your payment. The amount displayed on the checkout page is the final and accurate amount.
b. Fares may be subject to strict change, cancellation, refund and endorsement conditions. Conditions and policies may vary. Please refer to the relevant policy for details prior to booking.
c. If any changes are made to the booking after the purchase is confirmed or after the Promotion Period, the applicable discount may not be available for use.
d. Users must comply with the terms and conditions of the operating airline(s), including baggage policies, cancellation rules, and travel documentation requirements. The Promotion is subject to applicable aviation regulations, including those of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and local authorities in the jurisdiction of travel.

f. The Promotion price includes taxes, fees, and other surcharges, which must be paid for by the participating user.
g. Successful transactions are only confirmed upon full payment. Trip.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the unavailability of products, incomplete transactions, or any failure to secure the Promotion. Users are strongly advised to act promptly to secure their purchase. By participating in this Promotion, Users acknowledge and accept that availability is limited and not guaranteed.
h. While the promotional discount applied is non-refundable, flight tickets purchased using the promo code are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective operating airline.
i. Booking information is final upon confirmation and may not be modified. Users are advised to verify all details prior to finalising the transaction.
j. This Promotion is for the personal use of the Eligible User only and may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or used for any commercial purposes. Any violation may result in cancellation of the booking and disqualification from future promotions.

If any misuse of this Promotion is detected, or if Trip.com determines that a user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, disruptive, or otherwise unlawful conduct, or has violated these terms and conditions in any way, Trip.com reserves the right to revoke the invitation and cancel any associated bookings without prior notice. Trip.com further reserves the right to take any additional action it deems necessary, including but not limited to disqualifying the user from future promotions or offers. Trip.com's decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
l. Trip.com reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Promotion at its sole discretion where necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving actual or suspected fraud, technical failures, or to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Trip.com may also modify these terms at any time to meet legal obligations or operational needs. Any updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication, and continued participation in the offer constitutes acceptance of such revisions, however, such changes will not affect bookings already fully paid prior to the effective date of the change.
m. We may amend these terms from time to time, and any amendments will take effect upon posting.
n. FORCE MAJEURE: Trip.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, or any other event or circumstance that makes it impossible, impractical, or illegal to carry out the event in whole or in part.
o. Users will be required to provide consent to the processing of their personal data at the time of registration, logging in, etc.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABLITY:
a. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
b. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
c. Trip.com is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to website downtime, network failures, or lost entries, that may affect participation.
10. PROHIBITIONS: You may not use multiple e-mail addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of users who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behavior or who violate these terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
12. SEVERABILITY: In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid, such terms shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and such determination shall not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
