Location wise is good and there’s a free upgrade of the room. However most of the staff is quite robotic and not friendly, no human touch. Order the room service and one of the egg Benedict went missing. I’m puzzled thinking is it only one with egg Benedict and the other one is without and called the service desk to check. They were quick to action and deliver another one to me but to my surprise I found the egg Benedict inside the dining cart and I ask the staff that deliver to me if he’s aware of it and he admit. This is quite bad cos if u drop the food, u should be honest about it and inform me and not trying to get it thru like that

Superior location, convenient transportation, very good location, convenient travel, parking space at the door is very convenient, the hall is simple and atmospheric, reasonable layout, there is light music, very nice, the reception tea is very good, the reception desk is high efficiency, thoughtful, professional is very good, the room lighting is good, bright, quiet, sanitary and clean, the mattress is very comfortable, fast water, good water temperature, fast Internet speed, convenient office, Room cleaning, highly recommended

My elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location. When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness. From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish. The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street. A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel. There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel. We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50. I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

I stopped here with my partner for a few days after working in Fujian - my return flight was from Xiamen. Good place for taxis to drop off and pick up. Tonnes of restaurants within walking distance. Chinese is the language spoken by staff. Checked in with a little help from a translator app. There's a washing machine and dryer that's free to use on the top floor. Chinese breakfast was fine. Great shower pressure and comfortable beds. I opted for a sea view and enjoyed it. It's 30 min taxi from Xiamen Airport. I'd go back if I'm stopping Xiamen.

Super stay as per usual. One of our favourite place in Xiamen because of the views outside the window! Sadly although the chef wrote to say he would make a vegetarian meal the staff in the restaurant were not aware so we missed out (that may have been because of translations and our poor Chinese though)! Lovely cocktails and super comfortable bed. We will be back and next time will make sure we can get that delicious sounding vegetarian menu! Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome.

The hotel is located a little far from the downtown. I took a taxi all the time to go to the downtown and paid around 50 yuan from the hotel to the downtown. All staffs only speak English which was a bit uncomfortable to communicate. Although, they were very kind an helpful to help me. Room condition was very clean and the view from the room was incredible. Also the outdoor swimming pool is good to relax all day! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in a nice 5 star hotel with reasonable price!

The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood and it’s easy to get around the city. The hotel stuff are very nice and welcoming. They gave us a free upgrade. I would definitely recommend it if you’re planning to stay in Xiamen.

I bought a three-day and two-night package for 2,599, which seems to be cheaper than booking directly. Moreover, this package only needs to be reserved one hour in advance, which is very convenient. But Ctrip said there were all kinds of bells and whistles about giving this and that, but when we arrived at the hotel, we discovered that we had booked a suite with breakfast, and other children's programs, such as the gym and swimming pool, were all standard in the hotel. The lobby is very beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable, but the design is not very reasonable. There is an unparalleled sea view outside the window, but most of the view is blocked by the large stone exterior wall and the thick and high-quality door. The children's paradise is not big, but it is enough for preschoolers to play, and the children also have fun in the daily handicraft classes. There are some paid items in the children's park. We took the go-kart family car. We forgot whether it was 78 or 88. It was really fun, but the time was too short and only allowed you three laps. Of course, you can play as many laps as you want if you continue to pay. , so this is a problem with our wallets, not the kart itself. The claw machine is only 3 to 5 yuan a time, the carousel is 10 yuan a time, and there are two small rocking cars outside the door for only 2 yuan a time. It's really a good price. The water play area has been closed since November. There is a small outdoor playground next to it. The maintenance is average. Two swings were broken and no one repaired it. The hotel has two buildings. We stayed in Xihai. The lobby is very tall. The brochure said that the glass roof was hand-made in Italy. The stone for the exterior wall was sourced from the same mine as the Palace of Versailles. It felt a bit strange. Feel. The swimming pool, gym and children's craft room are also in this building. The children's playground is in the Ruihai building, and the lobby is a bit crude. The European-style town next to it also has hotels according to the Internet, but it is too deserted and has nothing, and it is estimated that no one lives there. Next to it is the seaside promenade and beach. It gets a bit sunny during the day, but it is really pleasant to take a walk and enjoy the sea breeze at night.
