I was really really impressed by the service of the hotel receptionists and the help extended to me by them (both at check in (陈小屏）and during the night of my stay（小甘）), the cleanliness and welcoming warmth of the room given and it was a very pleasant stay overall! I would definitely come back to this hotel to stay the next time I’m in Zhuhai and also recommend this hotel to others!

This time, for our Chimelong trip, we chose to stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel, and I'm really glad we did! First off, the hotel is beautiful. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which we truly appreciated and were very happy with. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with a subtle, relaxing fragrance. The room had full Wi-Fi signal, complimentary welcome fruit, and overall, the facilities were new and the service was excellent. The hotel's 'flash card' activity was quite innovative and my child loved it. The breakfast buffet service was good, and the variety of food was decent. I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant – the food was very authentic. However, everywhere in the hotel mentioned a dolphin pool activity at 18:30, but it wasn't there and we didn't see any cancellation notice, which was disappointing. Also, the dinner buffet was truly just okay, very average, with limited options and not much flavor; there's definitely room for improvement there. Another minor inconvenience is that food deliveries have to be picked up at the shuttle bus stop, which isn't very convenient, especially when you're alone with a child. Many family-friendly hotels now use robots for food delivery, which this hotel could consider implementing. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd recommend it!

Highly recommended! I booked two rooms at the Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel (Gongbei Port High-Speed Railway Station Branch), and it was such a warm and thoughtful experience. They even decorated the room for a birthday and delivered a cake! A huge thank you to their staff for all their hard work. The location is fantastic – it's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel entrance to Gongbei Port. I'll definitely make time to stay here again. The breakfast was also quite substantial and worth sharing with everyone! ✌🏻

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. It's very close to the Zhuhai Grand Theater (Sun & Moon Bay) and Xianglu Bay Beach. There are plenty of dining options right downstairs, offering a diverse selection of food. The hotel is very clean, the environment is great, and the service is spot on. It's definitely the top choice for travelers!

I had a wonderful stay and the hotel service far exceeded my expectations. They proactively contacted me before arrival to confirm my check-in time, which was incredibly thoughtful. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff member handling our check-in was very professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They even proactively upgraded our room, which was a delightful surprise. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent overall hygiene. My favorite part was definitely the room's sea view – I could watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning and also enjoy the view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. It was a truly unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Doris and Froya, the managers at the Executive Lounge on the 35th floor. They were incredibly polite, attentive, proactive, and thoughtful. Throughout my entire stay, I felt their professional yet warm service, which made this trip even more perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at the Sheraton Shantou Longguang was incredibly comfortable. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a family room, and my child was overjoyed the moment we walked in. The room was decorated so warmly, and the attention to detail was impressive. What was even more delightful was the thoughtful complimentary platter of preserved fruits and a welcome cake. The fruits were a perfect balance of sweet and sour, really appetizing, and the cake was sweet but not cloying – my child couldn't stop eating it. From the room upgrade to these lovely little gifts, you can truly feel the hotel's dedication. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shantou.

Choosing the right hotel in Zhuhai is crucial, and the Delong M Seaview Hotel absolutely nailed it! Its location is superb – right downstairs is the Lovers' Road beachfront swimming area, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the Love Post Office and the lighthouse. You get a stunning view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge in the distance, truly maximizing the sea view. The room was spacious and clean, with an elegant new Chinese style. It’s fully smart-enabled, so you can control curtains and lights with a single click. The 65-inch large-screen TV and soft bedding made for a great night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk staff were professional and thoughtful. They even upgraded our room, which was incredibly considerate! The value for money is outstanding. It's perfect for couples on vacation or families traveling with kids. Next time I'm in Zhuhai, I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it to everyone! - ̗̀(๑ᵔ⌔ᵔ๑)

I found a new hotel for a business trip, and I just booked the cheapest room. I didn’t expect the front desk to upgrade the sea view room for free. It’s so beautiful. The view in the morning is absolutely amazing. My colleagues said that the hotel I booked this time is not bad. I plan to bring my family next time. This room is on the 27th floor. You can see the coastline. Although there is a building in front of it, it does not affect the sea view. The stay is relatively late, and there is a takeaway to go upstairs. It is convenient. The room is clean and the facilities are complete. If you don’t have mineral water, you can ask again, because you have to go to work. So I came back late and checked out, and the front desk directly helped me delay it to 2 o'clock, which was great.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb, right next to attractions like Sun & Moon Bay, Lovers' Road, and the Fisher Girl statue, plus there are beautiful parks to stroll through. With kids, you can rent bicycles with child seats, and cycling around is very pleasant! The hotel features an infinity pool. It used to be heated, but I heard that from May onwards, it will be unheated, so if kids want to swim, it depends on the weather as it can still be quite cold sometimes. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offers a good variety, ranking well among high-end hotels. The staff were very friendly. My child lost their Kakahu fridge magnet, and the staff enthusiastically helped us look for it. Although they didn't find it, they gave us two new fridge magnets and a fruit platter to cheer up the child. I have to commend them! Their follow-up service was also excellent! Next time we visit Zhuhai, we will definitely choose Wanghailou again!

A truly satisfying beachfront hotel experience! The location is superb, right by the sea, allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunsets anytime. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; check-in was efficient and smooth, and they patiently resolved any issues with a very friendly attitude. It offers excellent value for money, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended and definitely worth revisiting!
