Version 1 (Standard): My stay here exceeded expectations. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. The room was spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding. It was quiet at night thanks to good soundproofing. Hot water was readily available, and the facilities were comprehensive. The location is excellent, making dining and getting around very convenient. Great value for money – I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Five-star recommendation! Version 2 (Short): The room was clean and tidy, service was attentive, and the bed was comfortable. It's conveniently located, and overall, I had a great stay. Highly recommended, I'll stay here again. Version 3 (Long with breakfast): The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spacious with good natural light. The front desk was responsive, and housekeeping was meticulous and thoughtful. The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh, tasty options. With plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, and convenient transportation, it's perfect for both leisure and business travel. Five-star rating across the board, I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll prioritize booking this hotel again for my return trip.

The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a really creative design in our specific room, and the bed was so comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything pristine, and they even provided kids' toiletries, which was a nice touch. The WiFi was also consistently fast. What really made this hotel a stress-free choice was its incredible convenience – shuttle buses to Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship World were right downstairs, and the ride was quick and efficient. The hotel lobby was well-equipped and full of marine-themed decor. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and responsive to any needs. The overall ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant and cozy. The concierge was great for sending and receiving packages, and luggage storage was super convenient for dropping off or picking up bags at any time. They even have a first aid room stocked with common emergency medicines, which really added to our sense of security. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with a great balance of meat, vegetables, and drinks, and the kids absolutely loved it. The activities at Hengqin Bay were plentiful and fun. Both the service quality and dining experience were impeccable. Check-in was a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel room was spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Facilities: The hotel pool was great fun, especially since the weather was good. The kids absolutely loved it. Hygiene: Good. Ambiance: This time, I tried the buffet dinner. The selection was rich, and the desserts were quite good. However, the seafood replenishment wasn't sufficient; the crayfish, though not expensive, ran out very quickly. The lobster at the carving station tasted quite good, but it would have been even better to get a whole one. I bought a 3-day, 2-night package from Trip.com this time, which can be split up. I'll definitely come back to stay again during the summer holiday!

Great weather (22-30℃) with clear skies and white clouds. Arrived at Hailing Island Poly Crowne Plaza by car at 5:10 PM. The room was spacious (East Wing) and offered excellent sea views from the balcony, as well as a nice night view of the Poly Ocean Heart Resort in Yangjiang Hailing Island. The outdoor ground-level swimming pool and children's playground had a pleasant environment. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent! Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel faces the ocean directly, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which was super convenient for our little one to play in the sand. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. We accidentally left a small item behind, and when we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging to mail it back to us. We're so grateful! The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and made check-in a breeze. The room was clean and bright, and the smart room control system was super convenient. The biggest surprise was the sea view – the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable view directly facing the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. At night, you could even see the bridge lit up, which was absolutely spectacular. The stand-alone bathtub in the bathroom is a must-try; soaking in the tub while enjoying the sea view was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast was also plentiful, with stir-fried noodles, cold dishes, and steamed dim sum, all tasting great. After breakfast, it was easy to explore the surrounding area, with convenient access to dining and transportation. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Next door is Zhuro Po, 200 meters to the right at City Balcony is our favorite Haimen Yuzi, and 300 meters to the left is the popular Moshi Chicken Pot. Behind us is Jingshan Park, and in front is Xianglang Bay Beach. It's also convenient to pop over to Sam's Club for some shopping. For food, accommodation, and entertainment, this place is top-notch!

The hotel room was very clean and cozy, and after checking in, they even offered a complimentary serving of licorice fruit. It's just over a 10-minute walk to Longyan South Road, perfect for a relaxing stroll after dinner. The hotel is conveniently located opposite MixC, right in the bustling city center. The front desk service was excellent; upon arrival, they provided a list of popular local Shantou snacks, and anything I needed was delivered promptly. It's a well-established five-star hotel, and I'll continue to support them as always. (It's also very convenient to get to Xiaogongyuan and the ferry). When in Shantou, you absolutely have to try Xinghua Wuji Beef Hotpot.
