The room size was pretty good, and it's super close to Gongbei Port – you can even see it from the room! The cleaning lady was lovely; she folded our clothes and left them on the bed every day. 😂👍 We also loved the smart robot, Xiaobai 🤖. The only downside is that despite how heavy the door is, it's not very soundproof. You can hear everything quite clearly if people in the next room are talking a bit loudly 🤦‍♀️. Luckily, the front desk provided earplugs 🤷‍♀️.

What a fantastic experience! This hotel is perfect for families, offering both a kids' paradise and a stunning sea view. Choosing Hengqin Bay for our family trip was absolutely the right decision! The lobby is grand and impressive, but the real showstopper is the vibrant red glass coral sculpture 🪸. It's so ocean-themed that my child was instantly captivated and immersed in the vacation spirit. We booked a sea-view room, which was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The balcony directly overlooks the ocean 🌊, perfect for watching the sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. The bathroom was well-equipped for a relaxing soak, and the complimentary bath salts were a thoughtful touch after a day of fun 🛁. The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive: the Waterpark's slides and wave pool were a huge hit, and the Flamingo Garden and Dolphin Pool were also very entertaining. Plus, there's a beach and a kids' club. You could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel, even without visiting the main theme park 🐬. There's even a daily boat shuttle to the park's pier, which adds a special touch. For dining, the hotel offers various options. We tried the buffet, and it was incredibly diverse, with the dessert and fruit sections being particularly popular 🍰. What's more, there were interactive mascots in the restaurant, making for not just a satisfying meal but also lots of lovely photo opportunities 📷. Overall, I give this a five-star recommendation! The service, environment, transportation, dining, and child-friendliness are all outstanding! If you're planning a trip to Zhuhai's Chimelong, this hotel is definitely worth staying at for two nights or more!

Highly recommended! I booked two rooms at the Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel (Gongbei Port High-Speed Railway Station Branch), and it was such a warm and thoughtful experience. They even decorated the room for a birthday and delivered a cake! A huge thank you to their staff for all their hard work. The location is fantastic – it's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel entrance to Gongbei Port. I'll definitely make time to stay here again. The breakfast was also quite substantial and worth sharing with everyone! ✌🏻

The overall decor is minimalist yet luxurious, the lobby is elegant and clean, and the public areas are fresh and quiet, creating a fantastic ambiance. The service was an absolute 10/10! SOFiA handled my check-in and check-out quickly and efficiently, always warm and attentive. They were responsive to any request, and their gentle and thoughtful demeanor, along with their attention to detail, truly showed how much they care! I'll definitely be back next time.

A Disappointing Zhuhai Staycation The cleanliness in the room left much to be desired. There were fine threads clinging to the air vent in the bathroom, and after filling the bathtub, I noticed flaky impurities floating on the water, with faint stains still visible. Parts of the floor in the room also had stains, which significantly lowered the overall quality of the stay. There were obvious malfunctions with the in-room amenities, greatly impacting the relaxation experience. After pressing the 'close' button for the electric curtains, they wouldn't fully close. I had to manually draw the curtains, completely disrupting the peace and quiet I expected, and lacking any sense of comfort or privacy that should come with a hotel stay. The self-service breakfast offered a very limited and uninspired selection, falling far short of what one would expect from a star-rated hotel in terms of quality and variety. At the outdoor pool area, the massage pool was completely unattended and non-operational throughout my visit, rendering this anticipated relaxation facility utterly useless. Overall, this stay was a truly disappointing experience.

Our stay at the Sheraton Shantou Longguang was incredibly comfortable. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a family room, and my child was overjoyed the moment we walked in. The room was decorated so warmly, and the attention to detail was impressive. What was even more delightful was the thoughtful complimentary platter of preserved fruits and a welcome cake. The fruits were a perfect balance of sweet and sour, really appetizing, and the cake was sweet but not cloying – my child couldn't stop eating it. From the room upgrade to these lovely little gifts, you can truly feel the hotel's dedication. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shantou.

Choosing the right hotel in Zhuhai is crucial, and the Delong M Seaview Hotel absolutely nailed it! Its location is superb – right downstairs is the Lovers' Road beachfront swimming area, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the Love Post Office and the lighthouse. You get a stunning view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge in the distance, truly maximizing the sea view. The room was spacious and clean, with an elegant new Chinese style. It’s fully smart-enabled, so you can control curtains and lights with a single click. The 65-inch large-screen TV and soft bedding made for a great night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, and the front desk staff were professional and thoughtful. They even upgraded our room, which was incredibly considerate! The value for money is outstanding. The sea was lovely, but the weather was really unpredictable. We drove to the hotel in a huge downpour late at night and didn't check in until after midnight. The front desk still gave us a room with a fantastic sea view and even let us check out at 2 PM. Waking up to the ocean right outside, I could watch the sea from bed through the wide floor-to-ceiling windows. Listening to the ebb and flow of the waves really calmed me. The parking lot has both surface and underground spots, and the underground parking connects directly to the rooms, which is super convenient for getting around. The value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb, right next to attractions like Sun & Moon Bay, Lovers' Road, and the Fisher Girl statue, plus there are beautiful parks to stroll through. With kids, you can rent bicycles with child seats, and cycling around is very pleasant! The hotel features an infinity pool. It used to be heated, but I heard that from May onwards, it will be unheated, so if kids want to swim, it depends on the weather as it can still be quite cold sometimes. The hotel's breakfast buffet also offers a good variety, ranking well among high-end hotels. The staff were very friendly. My child lost their Kakahu fridge magnet, and the staff enthusiastically helped us look for it. Although they didn't find it, they gave us two new fridge magnets and a fruit platter to cheer up the child. I have to commend them! Their follow-up service was also excellent! Next time we visit Zhuhai, we will definitely choose Wanghailou again!
