QQuqiyuThis stay experience really exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is particularly convenient, 1 minute from the beach, and there are many places to eat and go shopping around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and I didn't want to get up as soon as I lay down. The most pleasant surprise was the front desk lady. When I checked in, I patiently answered many questions. I also took the initiative to recommend nearby niche attractions. I will choose this one next time I come here. It is highly recommended!

MManyouyoudezouMy stay at the Hampton by Hilton Qinhuangdao Jinmenghaiwan was really good. First off, the front desk staff were warm, polite, and spoke courteously. They were very efficient with the check-in process. Even though it was freezing cold, the warm jujube tea offered by the staff instantly made me feel cozy. The room was clean, tidy, bright, and comfortable. The service from the 10th-floor staff was attentive, making me feel right at home!

But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.

GGuest UserThe room was quite large, a suite. I originally booked the Little Yellow Duck, but it leaked and I couldn't stay there. They switched me to the YOYO. The room change was quite a hassle (the front desk service was terrible, nothing special). Let me start with the hotel. The family room was relatively new, but the sofa smelled so bad it was impossible to sit. There was a dining table and two bathrooms in the room, but the shower pressure was too low. The sea view from the room I stayed in was average, not as good as the one in the East Tower. The washbasin was not clean. It was covered in white, like salt water stains. There were also two eyelash extensions stuck to the mirror frame. Overall, it was okay. The low shower pressure and the sofa smell were really unacceptable. The overall hygiene didn't live up to the name of a five-star hotel.

Breakfast is 175 per adult and 88 per child, but there isn't much variety, and even fewer options that kids would like. The coffee is good, but the quality doesn't match the price point. The pool is excellent, clean, and the water temperature is comfortable. The sea view from the balcony room is beautiful. It would be even better if they offered free upgrades for families with children during the off-season.

The beach is picturesque and not so many people around….we did really enjoy our weekend here….considering our previous stay was 3 months ago by Copacabana beach , we have not been disappointed for the service in our beloved China ♥️

CCandiceyuequqiIt was a good decision to stay at Senzeyuan. I read a lot of guides and they all said that hot spring hotels are too crowded, too humid, and too noisy. In fact, it is true. My child's eyes were inflamed, so I ordered eye drops to be delivered. The shuttle bus brought them to the front desk of the hotel. The service was very considerate, and they also gave me souvenirs before I left. To be honest, the beach experience was crowded and dirty. The water quality was not very good, and there were jellyfish everywhere. I was stung several times. But overall, it was a very happy family trip.

Ssteven06510This has to be one of the best hotels in Nandaihe Golden Coast for sea views and watching the sunrise. What's truly remarkable is that every single room offers a sea view and a balcony. Even better, each room comes with an open-plan kitchen, range hood, refrigerator, and a bar counter, making it incredibly convenient if you want to prepare your own meals. Although the decor is a bit dated, all the furniture is solid wood, which is eco-friendly and high-quality. Watching the sunrise here is a fantastic experience, whether it's winter or summer. Even though I visited during the off-season, the service was still excellent. Big kudos to the young lady at reception [strong][strong][strong]! They even provided a complimentary warm breakfast. The hotel has its own private courtyard, making parking very easy. The surrounding environment is also beautiful.
