The hotel is conveniently located right next to Dayoujing and is easy to find. There's also a small shopping mall downstairs. The hotel occupies floors 42 to 49; the entire building houses various hotels on different floors, which means there's a constant flow of diverse guests. The rooms with a view are decent; being on a high floor, you can get a glimpse of the city lights at night, though there isn't really a 'scenic' view to speak of. Hotel service was average. When I called the front desk for extra water, they informed me there's a hotel policy of only providing four bottles per day, which was not stated on the booking page. However, the room itself was clean and quiet, which was a definite plus.
The boss is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. The room is clean, nicely decorated, and the smart toilet is nice. A few comments: There are no racks for bottles and cans in the bathroom. You can only place them on the floor. Let’s install one.
The environment of this hotel is very good and very clean. The owner of the hotel will also provide free parking coupons. The hotel is also very close to the scenic spot and is convenient for going out. There will be a sightseeing car to take me there. I highly recommend everyone to come and play. I will come again this month anyway.

The room was impeccably clean and fully equipped. A nice bonus was the TV, which came with a cable subscription – perfect for catching the Scottish Premiership! The location is superb; Fuzimiao Temple is just a few hundred meters away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring, and Laomendong is also within easy walking distance. The room was a tad compact, but that's entirely understandable given its prime city center location. Enjoying the panoramic night view of Nanjing from the terrace was incredibly pleasant and relaxing. After a day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back, listen to some music, and simply take in the view. After all, isn't escaping the daily grind and truly unwinding what travel is all about? Overall, this hotel perfectly met my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a fantastic experience.

The hotel was in a good area, easy access to different bus stops. The rooms were clean and decently sized.
The only issue was the bathroom. They didn't have solid doors so it would be quite awkward if you were to stay in that room with a friend or even other family members.
Facilities: The hotel was newly established in 2025, so the facilities are relatively new and there's no strong sea smell. The rooms, a converted ship, are quite interesting. While small, they're fully equipped, with a small living room.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness appeared good. While dining in the restaurant, I noticed everything was clean and tidy, including the bathrooms. The sea breeze from the deck in the evening was quite pleasant.
Environment: The hotel is located within the Liandao Scenic Area and is a short drive from the tourist center. I didn't prioritize B&Bs, primarily because of their positive reviews. Upon entering, a friendly staff member offered directions and complimentary drinks. The restaurant is on the fourth floor, and while dining, you can overlook the beach across the street. The view is stunning. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all-inclusive, and the preparation is impeccable. The fresh meat wontons for breakfast are freshly made, and the ham is high-quality, making for a generous spread. Lunch is a semi-buffet, with Cantonese dishes cooked to order, ensuring minimal waste and fresh food. Lunch is open until 4 PM. The dinner was also very rich, with small blue dragon and king crab, and the fruit section had plenty of ice cream. While the variety wasn't the largest, it was certainly the most substantial.
Service: The service was excellent. Several staff members in the lobby were dedicated to service, always asking if anyone needed any help. Each room also received welcome fruit, and drinks were free at the mini bar. We visited Liandao Island in the afternoon, and upon returning, they gave us desserts and cookies. They also gave us handmade soap and hand-painted greeting cards before we left. They were truly thoughtful.
The Liandao scenic area is quite nice. The scenic drive around the island was stunning, and the speedboat ride out to sea was quite exciting. The sand was fine and didn't cut our feet. We went to Suma Bay, which was less crowded and closer to the sea, making it a great summer destination. Overall, the area around Liandao Island is worth exploring.
The room is clean and hygienic, the sea view is wide, the decoration is also very atmospheric, children and adults like it, the store not only warmly guides the way, but also intimately gave local travel guides, and even more surprising is that the children were provided with small buckets and sand shovels!

The room was clean and tidy and the facilities were new. The bedside reading light is great. There is no door in the bathroom, and the cloth curtain is also unique. There is a smart toilet, it would be better if you can put a remote control instructions. This is a bit different from the toto smart toilet lid operation used by my family for more than 20 years. The button response is slow, the induction is too sensitive, and the flushing sound is so loud at night. Probably I don't know how to use it
The environment of the homestay is very good, it is a villa on the island. The room was very clean and the boss was very enthusiastic. I carefully introduced us to the play guide here.
I was very satisfied with the room. I could see the fishing village of Lianyungang from the window. The proprietress and the cleaning lady were very welcoming. The accommodation was very comfortable and it was relatively close to the entrance of Liandao Scenic Area.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Liandao Scenic Area and Yuntaishan on the sea. I arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock in the evening. I was shocked as soon as I entered the lobby. It was magnificent. I was arranged a sea view room on the fifth floor. I couldn't see the sea view at night. I saw the sunrise the next morning. The view outside the window was very good. I also went out for a walk. The backyard is very large and close to the sea. The hotel room is spacious and well-planned. I like the design of the bathroom the most. The sliding door is open when it is opened and closed when it is closed. It is worth recommending.

Excellent
XXiaomalilianI took my parents to Lianyungang for a trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel is in a good location. You can walk across the road and you will be at the sea. It is very convenient to drive by yourself. It is very close to Lian Island, more than 10 minutes by car, and Huaguoshan is a little further away for 40 minutes. The observation deck of the hotel is great for watching the sunrise, with a good view and few people.
The hotel service is very good. The staff will greet you when they see you, and will take the initiative to make things convenient when they are carrying things in their hands.
I stayed for two nights, and the breakfast varieties have been updated, which is very good.
A little opinion, one of the two rooms I booked has a full-length mirror, while the other one does not, which is very inconvenient for girls, and the tea bags are also about to expire, which makes me feel a little uncomfortable. Overall, it is very good and I will book it again if I have the opportunity to go there.
