"Located right in front of ErHai and its view is simply amazing. It’s located near the main road which means Didi car can pick up with no issue. Coffee and tea are offered at the lobby. Basic amenities are provided in the room. Check in/out is fast and any query can be addressed via WeChat. The toilet glass wall is translucent and though having blinds can kind of see the others’ shadow clearly when in use.
The only cons is having to go up down the stairs 4 level every day which is inconvenient for elderly. But overall it’s a recommended stay."

"This is a fantastic hotel! The lobby is perfect for social media photos, and the rooms in the back are quiet and unique, built to resemble the original chieftain's manor, beautifully restored. In the evenings, they have bonfire banquets with sweet rice wine, and you can join in the Guozhuang dance. Plus, the ******* breakfast and afternoon tea are delicious! They offer Mercedes-Benz airport transfers and help with luggage. The staff, both the handsome young men and beautiful young women, were all super friendly. "Ambiance: If you're staying in a waterside room, Shuanglang is the place to be. You're literally living in the scenery; what you see is what you get.
Amenities: Dyson hairdryer, bathtub with a cover and milk bubble bath. The floor-to-ceiling windows really highlight the view. The bedding is also excellent, very comfortable to sleep in.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean.
Service: Although there's no elevator, our butler, Liu Jin, was incredibly strong and helpful. He carried our luggage to and from the parking lot during both check-in and check-out. Very thoughtful.
Travel Photography Experience: The travel photography here is amazing, mainly because the scenery is so beautiful – perfect for photos. Guests get a few complimentary shots, but the photos are so good that it's hard not to pay for more.
Goodnight Dessert: We stayed for two days, and the sweet soups were different each night and both delicious.
Souvenirs: Rose brown sugar, a favorite with the kids.
Breakfast: The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious, highly recommend them."

They patiently explained the map to us and reminded us of important things to note. The daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and complimentary evening sweet soup were all delicious, and the waffles were especially soft and tasty.
Hygiene: The room was spacious and bright, making for a very comfortable stay. It was also very clean.
Facilities: The overall feel was very new. The owner mentioned it was renovated last year. The room featured smart toilets and smart home devices, which were very convenient to use. The TV even had VIP access.
Location: It's located right around the ancient city, at the foot of Cangshan Mountain. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the ancient city, and you can enjoy beautiful mountain views from the room.

Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

Very satisfied with a trip, stayed at the favorite hotel, took beautiful photos. Just arrived at the entrance of the hotel, the front desk lady enthusiastically came to help with the luggage and sent it to the room. The environment was also very good. When I saw the garden, I knew that this trip would be over the screen circle of friends. I took a good photo and saw the sunset on the roof terrace in the middle of the night. In the evening, Miss Sister also sent us fruit and milk, recommended local characteristics, and the taste was good. The breakfast on the second day was very rich and the taste was super good, especially the rice noodles. I like it very much. I will come to their house next time.

In January, my feet still feel very cold in this house, and it is uncomfortable to walk! I don't know which era the mattress is from, the quality is poor, and it squeaks when I turn over. The bed is of poor quality, too old, and the pillow is not good. After 2 nights, my neck actually got a rash and it hurts. The sofa cover and the cushions on it are dirty, and they need to be washed and replaced! The kitchen cabinets need to be disinfected, and the leftover food in the house will attract groups of small ants. The towels are too old and need to be replaced. There is no 24-hour hot water, so you need to wait 40 minutes before washing. The sunset view of the lake is good! At 11:25 noon on the 13th, looking in the direction of the Hilton Hotel, I saw a small white passenger plane with my own eyes. The sky was clear and the sun was shining on it. The fuselage of the plane looked very white and bright. After I saw it, I wanted to take a picture with my mobile phone, but it disappeared all of a sudden! It was like a ghost plane, so magical! If it was a passenger plane, there would be many passengers in it! Could it be that the airspace could travel through time and space?

The hotel environment is very good, it is in the community, the scenery is beautiful. The front desk service is also very thoughtful. The balcony view of the room is very good, the front desk lady is beautiful and very nice, because the room can see the scenery, we don't want to go out, so the lady helped us to send afternoon tea to the room. The hotel's environmental decoration can be seen very carefully, it should be the most beautiful hotel nearby. So although the curtains in the room are a little flawed, but the flaws are not concealed.
