Excellent service impressed me. I missed the breakfast , Katherine brought me , with her sweetest smile , muffins , bagels with cheese, fruits , croissants. That made my day! All staff is warm. Cleaners have the best bright smile ! There is also nice transportation to the American Dream mall as well as to the stadium. The suit is spacious and with lots of cutleries and micro oven. .
There was no remote to the Tv I called room service
I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later
And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer
Location was excellent right between the ocean and the river. We stayed in the old section of the hotel and had a bit of an ant problem. The floors didn't seem like they were cleaned. The pool was nice, the tiki bar was very good we ate there one evening and the views were wonderful. We checked out the newer section and that seemed a lot better (but a lot more expensive). All in all we had a great time and the beach was phenomenal!
We had a great time. Everything you need is on the property. Getting to the boardwalk was easy. Many options like the shuttle but we took uber for the same price as the AC bus. Room was nice and check in smooth
It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.
Our first time here and we loved it. Dont need to leave the resort with all the restaurants, shops & bars lol. We loved the stay and definitely will be back 😊

Even though it's an older hotel, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. They came fully equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, coffee maker, and a safe. The room was spacious and offered a pleasant view. The hotel breakfast was a fantastic surprise – excellent quality and great value for money, truly exceeding my expectations. My only minor complaint is that the Chinese restaurant's operating hours were a bit limited.
Service was excellent: the hotel staff went way beyond their way to to help us. We really like how friendly the staff was, especially Yash, he let our’s and our friends car stay parked hours after we checked out and even let us use their spare bathroom to help us change after our beach trip, even though were not their guests anymore. I would highly recommend this motel.
