Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!

achei um pouco dificil a reserva pois nao tinha operado ainda com este site, quando chegamos estava td certo e fomos acomodados num quarto com carpete e um incrivel mau cheiro, reclamamos na portaria e a atendente prontamente nos realocou num quarto piso laminado, ficou perfeito. acho que a questao do carpete ja passou em hoteleria.

The hotel is very clean, well located, the personnel helped with all our matters, breakfast was normal and ok. The room was excellent!!!

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel. The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch. The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread. We had an enjoyable experience.

We arrived at night according to the navigation guidelines. All the way to the black light, I thought I went to the wilderness. The hotel is very wonderful. The room can only accommodate 2 people. The children over 3 years old will have to pay 60 yuan for the room. The half-day price is almost noisy and the final price is 40 dollars. The room decoration design is very simple, almost no decoration. The toilet door is facing the bed, the room on the first floor is simpler, two small beds of one meter wide, no carpet. In China, it is completely incompatible with the five-star standard.

We stayed in room 202 of the independent cabin for three consecutive nights. The location of the hotel and the overall natural environment are good. It is more natural and you can see wild thorn guinea pigs in the garden. Not far from the airport and the waterfall, 25 knives a one-way taxi. Breakfast is more basic. There is a pool. The room is old, the facilities are old, the hair dryer is very small, and the table is cracked. The service attitude is very good, and there will be feedback if there is a problem. On the first night, I found that the lights around the house were broken. After the feedback, some of them were repaired on the second night. But from the next day, I began to communicate with the hotel to replace it with another empty room of 201. The front desk brother said that it was booked. But the next night, I found that there was no, and the 201 room was empty. The room was not cleaned, the garbage was not dumped, but the lights and air conditioning in the room were turned off, indicating that someone had entered, why not clean? Don't change the trash can and bathroom bath towels? Did not change the sheets. The front desk said that because we didn't put the sign that needed to be cleaned outside the door. Not at all. I want to change to the clean and unmanned room 201 next door, and the front desk will not change it. No one cleaned it. On the third day, the room made the bed, but did not change the sheets, and cleaned the trash can. In short, there is a problem, the hotel will respond, but it is not very rectified, and it is not given to the vacant room. Very strange and difficult to understand! I should not live next time. Although the natural environment is good.

We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.
