Celine SiiAfter driving all the way from Uluru and Kings Canyon to Alice Springs, we found this town to be relatively well-equipped with diverse amenities. There's a wide selection of supermarkets and restaurants, making it an excellent spot for resupplying during a long road trip and a crucial rest stop. This hotel was clean and hygienic, with large windows offering sky views. Our triple room had plenty of space to move around, making for a comfortable stay. Plus, it's super convenient with supermarkets and eateries just a 5-minute walk away.

Anonymous UserI really have to commend the service at this hotel. It's not just the 24-hour front desk that's always ready to help. When you check in, they meticulously explain all the hotel facilities, shuttle bus information, and even double-check your flight details to ensure you get to the airport smoothly. Here's the best part: when I missed the free shuttle to the airport and only had an hour left before my flight, the hotel front desk offered to drive us to the airport in their own car, free of charge! As a result, we arrived at the airport and boarded our flight without any issues.

J¡mmyWe were only using the cabi to come back from long days out and sleep and it worked out quite well for us. We visited the small water park which looks like it could be a bit of fun for kids. There’s two pools that we visited and one is big for families and the second is the adults pool.
There’s a few barbecues around the park too which was nice to cook some buffalo sausages on.
The boom gates can be a little tricky sometimes. They have a games room but you have to pay for each use of the game and it’s not open at night. I believe the park is setup in a thoughtful way and I have attached some photos of the locals that show up on your doorstep for breakfast.
Overall it was a nice place to visit.

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.

Good pool and spa. Excellent location. Good lobby/reception, waiting area. Phone call to inform us that our room was ready early was greatly appreciated. Generally the staff were all helpful.
On the negative side the room itself - the layout is poorly designed, very angular - narrow gap between the end of the bed and the open door into the living area. The TV in the bedroom is set at a strange angle because of the room design. It didnt bother us to watch it as we didnt, but the TV extended past the wall , narrowing the walkway at the end of the bed.) Living area and kitchen were fine, good supply of tea/coffee.

Guest UserIf you're looking for a hotel in Uluru, this is probably one of the more affordable options, excluding hostels, and it even has a swimming pool. If you need to check out outside of business hours, you can go to the Sail in the Desert next door.

Guest UserOverall it was a nice stay. However we had a misfortune due to hotel staff giving wrong information about public carpark. As the hotel carpark was full on the first day, we had to park on the public carpark. However the staff told us we can pay thru the machine the next day when we collect the car. Unfortunately the Australian carpark rule is that we have to pay and display the ticket the moment we parked the car hence there was a penalty payment of AUD 40.

Mantra on the Esplanade worked well for us for the three nights we stayed. Close to the main shops and eateries so plenty of choice there, with a free bus to the large out of town shopping centre too. The room was clean and tidy though a little dated. We were at the back of the hotel which meant the music and noise from the pubs and clubs nearby could be heard til quite late though it didn’t keep us awake.
