The bed was terrible. You could see that the mattress had hollows in it where it was worn out by just looking at it. The pilliows were worse. They were no more than 4 inches high but flattened down to no more than 1 inch high, so you felt like you were sleeping with your head below you body. You couldn't fall out of the bed because the hollows kept you safely in the bed. Found supermarket receipts on the floor near the bed, so cleaning of the room was a bit suspect as well. Yes there are positives - the shower pressure was great. The other positive was that we had to leave early the next morning. I could not recommend this motel. Yes it was cheap to stay in, but you get what you pay for.
Stayed in cabin, shower was clean. Everything else needed a good scrub, especially the sinks, walls windows sills and skirting boards..
kitchen needed more utensils, pans ect.
For the price and recent renovations i expected the cleanliness to be alot better.
Housekeeping is only done every 3 days in cabins so more bins around the park would be handy to get rid of your own rubbish.
Games room and park are great for the kids.
We had dinner at the restraunt, the service wasn't great.
The menu is small but the meals were ok.

The location of the hotel is absolutely good. Each villa has its own name. The car is parked directly at the door. It is very convenient. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room are facing the nut stone. You can enjoy it on the sofa or balcony. The kitchen equipment is all available. You can make your own dinner. There is a big bathtub in the room. It is very pleasant to go to bed and rest after soaking. The only downside is that the hotel's so-called breakfast is actually breakfast-included materials, all in the refrigerator, egg bacon, etc., but it is a bit unexpected to make it yourself.
Facilities: The restaurant offers a great breakfast, but you need to book your dining slot in advance. There's outdoor parking available and indoor lounge areas.
Cleanliness: Clean.
Ambiance: The surroundings are excellent; you can even catch the sunrise in the morning.
Service: The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
Comfortable stay for the night. Design was old fashion but it was clean. Within 5 mins short drive down to Devils@cradle and Cradle Mountain Climb. Boardwalk available in the hotel which is about a 10mins loop, didnt manage to catch any wildlife. Do not have a heater in the room so it gets quite chilly at night.
Over three thousand a night for a hotel where the water pressure is terrible – constantly fluctuating between hot and cold, and the flow is all over the place. For that price, it's just not acceptable, is it? Also, avoid the Highland restaurant; it's overpriced and the food is mediocre. You're better off just eating at the regular restaurant next door (though they're severely understaffed, with one person running around trying to do everything). The front desk phone is perpetually unreachable, and there's no Wi-Fi in the room (though Telstra mobile data works). That said, there aren't many other good hotel options around Cradle Mountain, so I guess this is as good as it gets.

PPratiWe love the location and my kid loves swimming pool as well as their pizza and foods were great. The only thing that hotel rooms needs is microwave.
RRosie ZLovely stay, we enjoyed very much, Ting the manager is really helpful and welcoming. My fur baby Bobbie had a really good time, just like home:)
