Jatiuca Hotel & Resort

Right off the beach, with great views of the Atlantic Ocean, exclusive beach access, two swimming pools are also available. Breakfast and Dinner were included. The food was excellent, and the amenities were comprehensive with a children's center, gym, and spa all on site. Many of the friendly staff speak good English with a fascination for American guests. It's right near some excellent shopping in the city. Airport transfers are easy and the city itself is picturesque with a mix of styles ranging from colonial to modern. Our room was a little tired but was clean and well kept, and they are renewing the accommodations room by room so they can keep the revenue stream going. Highly recommended!

Staff was plain rude and aggressive. Same staff members deliberately made me feel uncomfortable every single day of my stay. Twin beds (two single beds) were ridiculously small (narrow) despite the huge size of the room which could easily accommodate four double beds. Staff never seems to clean the roof top swimming pool, as the water is just disgusting. I have found it particularly hypocrite taking so many Covid precautions at the breakfast room and then eveybody is coughing and spitting and cleaning their noses in the same tiny pool and nobody seems to care. They have built in a gigantic closet in the room but did not leave any cloth hangers. Housekeeping starts cleaning activities very early, and they make a lot of noise, don’t expect to sleep until late. There is no noise isolation. Literally constantly you will hear door-banging and furniture-dragging noises. Breakfast is OK but too many guests and way too much noise. Resuming: this hotel is NOT a good choice if you are looking to relax. Actually you may happen leave more nervous and tense than when you arrived.

We had to leave the hotel due to mold in my room... My son is extremely allergic to any type of mold or dust and as soon as he entered the room he just started sneezing non stop... The hotel is very old and run down. Room was clean and had strong mold smell... Everything just need a strong upkeep and maintenance... The water park seemed ok... We didn't enter as we got a refund and left the hotel..iam thankful that the hotel reimbursed us as we couldn't stay there...

The hotel is very good, well in the centre of Pajuçara and it is very comfortable to do everything walking away. Clean the room ok, but they could use products that make it more smell. The staff who take care of this part are very careful and charismatic. Some reception staff are not even a little sympathetic and receptive, they need to learn to pay more attention and be more carismatic with the guests/tourists hosting the hotel. At the reception they could have at least one coffee for customers, but the only available coffee is paid and cost of +-R$3,50. They have a legal space and a jacuzzi on the terrace, but it costs us R$50 per hour for our surprise.

My stay in the Slaviero was just wonderful! Since the time of arrival, I was welcomed with great care and attention by the team, especially by Marcelo, who did everything to make my experience perfect. The hotel is charming, and the location is a real dream. Sleep with the sea noise was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had. Although my passage was quick, it has already given to feel the taste of wanting more!

The room view was beautiful. Clean room, comfortable bed and great air conditioner. Good location in front of the beach and lots of artesanal stores. Breakfast was good as well. I didn’t like that on the 9th floor you can hear from very early all the noise of moving chairs and tables on the restaurant which is on the 10th floor. As well, for breakfast 9am we had to be in a line for 20 minutes to have breakfast, the restaurant space is small.
