New hotel, all right with the stay. Good room size, air conditioning and good bathroom. Good TV and with many options. Internet was not used. Good coffee is easy parking. The hotel's location is a negative point, which is not a place to do in the surroundings.

Hotel rooms are very general, which is very basic facilities. All rooms have a nice view facing the sea. It is a good hotel in the local area. The price is basically expensive. Just a few minutes walk to the beach.

The hotel itself is not bad, but I asked for another Dover, the hotel did not put it, but the most ridiculous thing came. I went and took the cup in FRIGOB. It was amazing. There was a comb in it. And it didn't stop. When it arrived at the hotel around 11 am, it was also informed that there was no available garage space, and on the travel website and the hotel's website, this written garage space was polite. My car is parked on the street. I will take value reimbursement action, and it will be accompanied by pain damage.

Hotel is good, has good location, next to has supermarket, pharmacy, banks, restaurant, taxi square. It is well next to the port of victory, so with a beautiful view. The beach is very close (curve Jurema/camburi ...10 / 15min car). Breakfast is good and varied.Breakfast is great, comfortable bed, bathroom with strong, large and clean water.Breakfast is very good and air conditioned. The hotel has a pool in the cover and a beautiful view of the city, the mountains and the port. It has a restaurant for lunch in the hotel with excellent food and carpay varied well daily ( buffet kg $84.90) only the 3 lifts that are very old, but it's worth the experience. The city road is 2 km from this hotel, and for whom you like old weddings, it is very close to the historic part of the city with museums and churches to visit.

First of all we want (my wife and I) to thank you for the hospitality – since our arrival, the exit - with which we were received by the Team (Reception, Restaurant, Bars, ...) of Hotel Nobile Suites Diamond Hotel Victoria. Thank you! However, our disappointment with regard to the facilities is also recorded, and the feeling is that they have made a “small” pull in the upper floor (which has no lift access) with low-cost/quality materials. The doors that gave access to the room balcony were still dirty of gips, with difficulty opening in the funeral of the dirt. These points deprive the image of the hotel and the service of the staff. The maximum point of “deception” was to receive literally scrapped towels, shoved ... Very sad ... Please note that all these points were reported to the Co-operators directly (presently) of the Saturday night round (04/06/2022) and Sunday morning round (05/06/2022). I hope that this will help the new guests not pass the same unpleasant experience we have.

Below average stay at this property. While the hotel had a kind staff and a good location across from the beach, this property leaves a lot to be desired for. This was my third time (and last) at this property and here are the reasons for the below average rating. We checked in to a room that the A/C was defective and the TV would not turn on with the remote control. After calling downstairs for assistance, no one came. On my way out to dinner, I reminded the front desk of the issues. Upon return from dinner around 11pm, we were told that we would need to change rooms. No help whatsoever from the hotel staff in transferring our belongings from one floor to another. I find it absurd that the front desk would not know about the room issues before checking us in. Once in the new room, the TV had the same issue and the door handle to the bathroom was lose until it finally fell. Housekeeping was incapable of notifying staff of the problem the next day and upon return to the room from lunch, the handle was laying on top of the TV. I tried notifying the front desk before leaving for lunch but it had one person attending guests and I had to leave for my commitment. I finally was able to get assistance at 7pm on my third night. Again, I find it absurd that the door handle issue wasn’t fixed beforehand. The restaurant seems to be handled to an outside vendor. Service for dinner was slow and not up to par. Food was average and replaced slowly during breakfast. Overall, not a great experience at this property and will not be staying there anymore. I have communicated all the issues to the manger on duty and hope they will be able to serve their future guests in a better manner than the service I received.

Quanto ao quarto que ficamos foi o 206, quarto com camas em ambientes separados por parede e porta, na parte de solteiro cama com guarda-roupa de madeira, o cheiro de fechado muito forte, o ar condicionado ( fazia muito barulho) fica no ambiente da cama de casal, a janela dava em uma caixa de água enorme e toda suja de poeira na tampa. Se abrisse a janela o vento batia e jogava a poeira dentro do quarto, a alternativa era fechar e ligar o ar condicionado, mas o quarto de solteiro ficava sem ventilação, a opção foi colocar o colchão de solteiro no chão do quarto de casal. Foi triste porque minha filha tem problemas alérgicos e começou a passar muito mal. Começaremos a ficar no quarto só para dormir. No primeiro dia ouvia-se uma conversa muito alta de 2 mulheres e homem embaixo do quarto, conversei na portaria e nos dias seguintes não aconteceu mais. Pedi ao gerente para trocar a gente de quarto e ele disse que não tinha quarto disponível. O atendente disse que o 50 por cento restante tinha que ser pago na hora da entrada no hotel, então fizemos o pagamento. Fiz a reserva direto no hotel após tomar conhecimento do mesmo pelo site, lá não aparece fotos do quarto que ficamos, por isso entendi que o que eu estava reservando era o da foto, o atendente disse para eu pagar metade das diarias no dia da reserva para garantir, passei pix. A Jacuzzi estava incluida para uso nas diárias, mas entrei no hotel na terça e sai no domingo, o gerente informou que a mesma estava quebrada e aguardando o técnico para consertar, o mesmo não apareceu. Como as diárias estavam todas pagas e não tinha quarto disponível tivemos que nos sujeitar a tudo isso e permanecer no hotel e o que era para ser uma viagem perfeita se tornou péssima, infelizmente. O quanto foi limpo/arrumado e trocada roupa de cama e banho uma vez, apesar de deixarmos a chave na portaria todos os dias . O café da café da manhã é muito gostoso e diversificado, todos os dias desciamos a mesa estava arrumada, faltando alguma vasilha, um dia a taça que estava na mesa estava suja e eu pedi para trocar, outro dia minha filha pediu para tomar café na varanda/area externa e a moca disse que podia e que ficassemos a vontade e virou as costas e saiu, não ajudou a passar os utensílios para a mesa externa. Muito triste a experiência que tivemos com hotel. Cuidado!!!!!! Quando forem reservar um quarto lá, pecam foto do mesmo para terem certeza do que estão reservando e comprarem gato por lebre. Pagamos 1700.00 para 5 diárias. Só tive contato com funcionários, espero que o proprietário tome conhecimento do ocorrido e faça alguma coisa por nós. Márcia 33999106042
