Fiquei no quarto Twin com duas camas de solteiro grandes. Quarto com boa iluminação natural, bom isolamento acústico, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade, travesseiro gostoso, bom colchão. Banheiro pequeno, mas com uma pia grande, chuveiro excelente. Frigobar bem recheado, apesar dos itens serem caros (6 reais por 500ml de água mineral). Café da manhã muito bom, simples mas com itens muito saborosos. Não usei piscina e sauna. Estacionamento gratuito

Gostei do hotel. Meu quarto era enorme, tinha uma salinha com sofa e uma mini cozinha, alem de uma varanda, embora as instalacoes sejam um pouco antigas. O cafe da manha é bom, bem variado, tem pamonha doce e salgada. A xicara de cafe é grande. O hotel é bem localizado, perto da feira do sol. Da pra fazer muita coisa a pe e o uber nao é caro. Tem uma piscina, nao muito grande, mas nao cheguei a ir. Pedi um prato de frango grelhado no room service, veio bem servido. Vale a estadia, voltaria!

The temperature of the room was warm the entire stay and could not be controlled from the room. The lobby was also very hot at all times. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean although in dire need of remodeling. All my friends suggested us stay somewhere else next time because Goiania is now provided with many other options.

A great location Our room was very spacious, the only thing not very nice, was that the fridge was empty, because of the pandemic, everything is in the reception. breakfast well diversified and polite employee

We checked in around noon, went up to the room extremely tired and took a long nap before leaving again. We noticed there were no blankets in the room even though it is 9 degrees celsius in the city. We arrived again at night and requested blankets and extra pillows. First: The cleaning of the room is questionable as well as its condition. We waited forever for the blankets and we called again for it. We were told they were coming. That was around 11:15PM. WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS THAT LEAVES GUESTS WITHOUT BLANKETS? We waited too long and went downstairs to ask and we were told to wait. Went downstairs a second time at approximately 12:40AM and asked where  we could go to personally grab the items. I find that this hotel leaves their staff without enough support, I believe. Employees seem very unhappy working here and unwilling to please guests with simple things like service with a smile or a blanket. The room also did not have a TV remote. Horrible first impression of this hotel. Breakfast was ok. Coffee not good, but that could be a matter of taste. Even though towels were requested, they did not leave us with towels. We had to hunt them down and when we got them they were like kitchen rags. One employee was friendly and spoke english. He worked on Saturday night. The majority were not too friendly. The pillow and sheets were stained. I think mine had blood. It was so late when I noticed that I didnt even feel like letting them know cause I knew they would not care. Parking is advertised on *********** as free but we paid at checkout. Who knows? Never staying there again.

Minha segunda vez no hotel e a experiência é sempre maravilhosa. Funcionários atenciosos e agradáveis. A comida sempre maravilhosa e com muita fartura. O bar também conta com ótimos drinks e porções. O piscineiro sempre muito atencioso e cuidadoso. Um agradecimento a Glayce que animou nossas manhãs e o carinho com as crianças. Espero voltar mais vezes. Sucesso a vocês !
