Love Honey holiday & Happy Holidays
I love this hotel. The highlight is the staff, always friendly and welcoming. In addition to being delicious, the breakfast was accompanied by a sensational pianist (Léo Ramos). The size and comfort of the room is another difference. Additionally, hotels use olfactory marketing, taking advantage of aromas that can be smelled before entering the hotel lounge.

MangoLoverThe hotel is located in a business district, surrounded by office buildings and shopping malls, which is very convenient. The hotel rooms are quite large, and there are even Chinese-made food delivery robots at the front desk.

Anonymous UserDisappointing stay—lack of basic amenities and very poor service.
While the room itself was clean, the overall experience was far from satisfactory for the price. First of all, there were absolutely no basic amenities provided—not even a single bottle of complimentary water or indoor slippers. Is this standard Brazilian hotel culture? Even so, it's hard to justify.
To make matters worse, the service was frustrating. Despite checkout time being officially set at 12:00 PM, the front desk started calling our room at 10:00 AM to wake us up. Shortly after, at 10:30 AM, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door and woke us up again.
Clean rooms are great, but the terrible service and lack of basic hospitality made this a very disappointing stay. Definitely not worth the price.

I read reviews before choosing hotels
Liked:
• wonderful front desk personel , restaurant staff, waiters/waitresses, baggage handlers, super helpful!
• excellent bed, shower, sheets, towels.
• great breakfast buffet.
Dislike:
• the bathroom sink needs a better aerator on the faucet to control the flow so that it doesn’t spray outside of the sink.
• the water in the pool didn’t seem to be constantly filtered. There were small debris and bugs on top.

The room was a decent size, not too big, not too small, and fairly clean, though it had a slight odor. The restaurant was quite large, and the breakfast offered a good variety, including some local specialties. While it doesn't quite meet a 4-star standard back home, overall, it's decent value for money.

I absolutely LOVED both the stay and the party at Onze.
I confess that I was a little apprehensive due to some not-so-nice comments about the accommodations, but everything was perfect.
The hotel decor is beautiful, we were very well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionists are very nice and attentive.
The room is magnificent, very cozy, spacious beds, a large bathroom and a hot shower with strong water to relax.
We spent New Year's Eve on the eleventh floor of the hotel itself: wonderful!!
My congratulations to all the staff, I will definitely be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

The hotel is about 15 min away from the airport( by shuttle )and offers free shuttle to pick up and drop off. It is an hourly service so may not be convenient for some people depending on the flight time. The bus waiting area is at T2 and many international flights are at T1. Need to walk about 10 min inside the two connected terminals- and need to go up and down the elevator due to the design of the airport. It wasn’t too troublesome for us- just get a pushcart.
From T1- follow the sign for bus, go out of the terminal and cross the street. Many people from different hotels would be waiting there. There is no signage that indicates the hotel name( except for Pullman). Nonetheless the bus arrived on time.
Hotel breakfast- staff are very strict and a bit rude and closes the door 5-10 min before official closing time. They will not allow you to enter. We also had buffet dinner the night before around 9:30pm. Food wasn’t great, but price was cheap. No choice nearby .
Hotel is in decent condition and value for money.

Guest UserI made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room.
During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well.
The room was very spacious with a city view and we could enjoy the club lounge having some finger food and drinks there.
In the morning, we enjoyed various breakfast and the place was really beautiful. It feels like we were in the garden!
The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax.
I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!
