"The hotel is conveniently located on the same floor as the departure terminal. The room was quite comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a separate shower. There are fast food options in the airport like Tim Hortons, Japanese food, burgers, and sandwiches, so you can grab breakfast there if it's not included with your stay. A quick complaint about WestJet's check-in speed: we waited in line for 40 minutes and the line barely moved. I had to shamelessly ask some foreigners if I could cut in front of them, otherwise, we would have missed our flight."

"The hotel was very clean. Our room had a king size bed and a mini fridge and a very clean bathroom. There was a number of events with lots of teenagers and they put us in the far end and we never heard anything from anyone. We slept great . Breakfast had a ride ran of cereals, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and fruit, fruits, as well as yogurt, etc. it was as good as a busy place could Have. If need be, we would stay there again"

TTraveller WinThe hotel feels a bit dated, but the room was spacious, neat, and tidy. The towels weren't sparkling white but were acceptable. My favorite part was the bathroom amenities—the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion were amazing! The only downside was the pool hours (9 AM - 9 PM); we got back past 10 PM and couldn't use it. It would be perfect if they could extend the pool hours.

GGuest UserThe Hotel is beautiful. From the main entrance, to the rooms and the Little Chief restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Love the design elements of the room! Each staff encounter was excellent, they always exhibited a high level of customer service. Really appreciated the dining experience! Again the staff were very accommodating and approachable. We chose Indigenous courses that were excellent, although the portions were quite large. We attended the Colin James concert, which was epic! The venue was great! Perfect Birthday celebration!

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and having a microwave and refrigerator was incredibly convenient for long-term travelers, making it easy to heat up food in the evenings. My favorite part was being able to open the window and see the snow-capped mountains and forest, which really captured the resort vibe of a Canadian national park.
The location was also very convenient; it was a short drive to restaurants and supermarkets in Jasper town. The surroundings were quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. This stay in a town surrounded by snow-capped mountains during my Canadian Rockies trip truly left me with wonderful memories.

GGTANKSMy fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

XXiaoyoujingxinThe location is great! They offer private airport transfers and it's a popular base for tour groups, which is super convenient as you don't have to constantly move around. There are also supermarkets nearby for easy shopping. For those planning a self-drive trip, it's not far from Highway 1, so everything is just perfect. My only slight disappointment was the lack of a hot water kettle in the room, which isn't ideal for us Asians who prefer hot drinks. Also, even though I only stayed one night, I was bothered by two Western girls. First, they were laughing loudly outside my door, then they knocked and ran away, only for me to open the door and see them laughing elsewhere with a phone propped up on the floor filming my doorway. Maybe it was some kind of YouTube prank! Anyway, I felt disturbed by them! I didn't feel comfortable filming them, but I hope the hotel takes this seriously.

GGuest UserIt was just a 1 night stay rooms were clean and spacious with 2 queen beds. Elevator take little longer, Air-conditioner was noisy, nice pool with slide and hot tub we enjoyed a lot with kids. And there’s a sauna too. The best I liked was breakfast it’s very spread out and delicious. Overall it’s nice place to stay with kids we liked it. It’s close to amenities

The hotel restaurant is bustling and lively, though the room facilities are quite dated, reminding me of a small motel from a movie. Good thing I only stayed one night.

TTuziBanff's beauty really overshadows any flaws this hotel might have. Its advantages are clear: it's super close to the main street, has a balcony where you can get some fresh air, and I even saw a squirrel! There's a cafe right outside with delicious croissants. The microwave in the room was a pleasant surprise; it was great to be able to heat up some food. All in all, besides being a bit pricey during the summer holidays, everything else was perfect.
