Hotel is greatly located in the Mont Tremblant area. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store, and other shops. Breakfast buffet was decent. Staff were nice as she introduced us to the area and activities that we could do when we checked in. Will come to this hotel again when we visit Mont Tremblant in the future.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tremblant by IHG and genuinely couldn’t have picked a better spot. It sits right in the middle of the village pedestrian area, so everything is walkable — restaurants, activities, the gondola, all of it. No shuttle buses, no planning required. Just walk out the door and you’re in it. The hotel itself was great. Rooms are a good size, comfortable, nothing to complain about. There’s underground parking which you pay for daily, so just keep that in mind. But the real highlights? The outdoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi — perfect after a full day on your feet. And the breakfast. I’m not being dramatic when I say it was exceptional. Unlimited hot food, coffee, tea, juice — the kind of spread that makes you linger way longer than you planned. The gondola up the mountain had no queues whatsoever — we just walked on. Interesting quirk: you can only buy a return ticket or a one-way going down. You can’t buy a one-way going up. Still not sure why, but it didn’t matter. The views from the top were stunning — lake and forest in every direction. And at the summit, there’s a restaurant called Le Grand Manitou. In ski season I imagine it’s packed. We had it almost entirely to ourselves. We sat by the window, had a meal, and just looked out at the mountains. One of those simple moments that sticks with you. The village has plenty of restaurants too — Italian, Japanese, noodles — and lots of activities for adults and kids alike. Everything is incredibly clean and easy to get around.

A beautiful place with a warm welcome. The room was very clean with lots of amenities and a great shower. Superb place, I loved it!

This hotel has a nice aquatic area featuring both a slides in a hot tub which unfortunately arrived a little bit too late to use but looked a lot of fun and there were quite a few families making use of. The breakfast was a little bit lacking but it was still a reasonable breakfast. Generally cereals yogurt, egg and some breads. The room was Spartan and clean and did not seem powerfully scented but was lightly scented even though I had asked for no scents. It seemed a little bit soft but I still slept well. To its credit, the rooms did seem comparatively spacious and we're well appointed with both a fridge and a microwave within. I thought it was relatively easy to navigate to and from and the area despite being close to the airport was actually not very noisy. Very calm and you can get a very good rest here.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are warm and friendly. This time, I brought my child to experience a train ride, and the hotel is only 200 meters from the station, a mere 3-minute walk at a slow pace. The hotel is well-connected and located on the 10th floor. The pool is heated, and they even provide armbands and life jackets for the little ones. There's ice water by the pool and a spin dryer, which was a real lifesaver! The front desk has a free coffee machine, but no milk. My kids didn't want to leave after several days, it's a truly great value for money hotel. However, Ctrip was quite a bit more expensive than other websites, so it's always worth comparing prices.

Excellent location right in the heart of Old Town. The service was okay, but the price is incredibly high, making the overall experience feel a bit lacking. I really don't think staying at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is a must when visiting Quebec City. As soon as you walk in, you're hit with an outdated feeling; it doesn't have that sense of grandeur and luxury you'd find at, say, the Peace Hotel, nor the meticulous and thoughtful service of the Seattle Fairmont. If I were to come again, I'd probably opt for a quality B&B in the Old Town for a more comfortable stay.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

This hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well. This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate. I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

We had a great experience at the Manoir Richelieu Hotel. A historical site where old meets new! The site is well kept while maintaining a historical vibe to it. Clean hotel, staff very friendly and wants to help to allow you to live a memorable experience. They go out of their way! Food at the hotel was very good , the restaurant was a 5* experience! Pool, spa, sauna , gym, game room, cinema, sports equipment offered, forest trails, skating rings outdoor, singer on weekend nights were all great experiences and we would go back anytime! :) it was definitely a beautiful discovery! The only problem was a miscommunication between trip.com and the hotel as trip.com states the breakfast is 15$ on site . It is not the case but they ended up honouring it when I showed them my detailed reservation information.

The service is very good. The location is perfect. Its a nice hotel. But honestly… overpricing. The whatever « renovated » rooms, they suggested us to take for an upgrade cost are just a joke. It looks like a regular Holiday Inn, not a Fairmont 5 stars room. Its very basic!  Regarding the changes they made at the hotel for the outside pool… let’s say its disappointing. The charm of the previous configuration is gone. Its a plain flat 2 pools. And by the way… they have TWO pools, but people overcrowd only one, the other staying empty because not as hot. Why not heating both and ease the overcrowed one?  And one more thing: I understand its a family resort. But people dont educate their kids and kids can go in whatever hot tub section. Result: they run everywhere and nobody policy the area. There shall be a quiet adult section and keep the kids in the primary outside pool or the indoor one. Next time, I will prefer pay less and have a more quiet environment for the similar quality of building.
