It was a very pleasant and wonderful experience. Just outside the window was the Andes Mountains, with beautiful snow-capped mountains blooming in the morning light. You can always trust the Mandarin Oriental brand and tonality. The hotel has two restaurants, and the desserts are absolutely not to be missed. There are many varieties to choose from, and the tiramisu is especially delicious! Because my return flight was late at night, the hotel even extended my room until 4 pm for free. It was very warm service. If I go again next time,

The hotel facilities are all quite good. The room was spacious, clean, tidy, and quiet. Although the hotel gym is small, it's relatively clean. The swimming pool is large, but it was too cold to try it out. Overall, the experience was quite good. The only drawback is the location; it's a bit out of the way with no supermarkets or malls nearby, and it's about a 10-minute drive from the airport.

Close to the airport, I always stay here for my layovers, and I've been here many times. The rooms are good. The front desk service is inconsistent. Sometimes it's great, but other times they're very strict about check-in times, refusing to let me check in before 3 PM even if there are available rooms, and even though I'm a Wyndham Diamond member. The restaurant food is decent, but a bit pricey by local standards.

The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesn’t work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, it’s a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

The location is very good. There are subway stations and many cafes and restaurants nearby. The interior of the house is clean and bright, with complete facilities. It is very comfortable to live! Highly recommend to others to stay! The picture shows food from nearby restaurants🥰

i had just arrived Santiago , for my first time, - i am familiar with the chain name so booked it -- from the moment i arrived, every staff member from the front desk, bellmen, housekeeping,... was so so friendly, helpful, caring. I stayed a week, --- there is a spa, pool, bar, restaurant, outside space i adore the nespresso machine in the room as i drink coffee free breakfast, across from a mall and grocer... just take an uber to town nearby to parks and hillside viewpoints clean, comfortable, quiet, just made sense --- fantastic customer service all around ...the bed was huge, and very comfortable

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Arrivals at Terminal 1. To get to Departures at Terminal 2, you just need to cross a sky bridge and take an elevator up and down—it only takes a few minutes, super convenient! It's the best choice for layovers in Santiago.

The environment is great, and the rooms are large and comfortable. It's right next to a shopping district. The hotel breakfast is also good with a wide variety of choices. It's very close to many attractions, so you can easily go out and explore.

It was so peaceful and beautiful, just what we needed. The room was really nice, contemporary and warm. The grounds were spectacular, amazing trees. The staff were really nice and friendly. Specially Christof who gave us a tour of the Palace. Only down side was we pre booked a car to bring us into the city for our next leg. The driver was a complete ****** and near killed us all several times. Not sure this is just the way the locals drive at all.

Amazing hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to the restaurants, parks and city center. The rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a problem at all. We’ve enjoyed the view from the pool, their wine bar and restaurant and cozy lounge with free coffee and delicious desserts. Everyone in our party staying in Santiago longer have extended their stay. Definitely staying here again when back to Santiago.
