The hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

Guest UserThis was my first stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel, and honestly, it was a mixed bag – some good, some not so good. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were excellent, very friendly and helpful. However, the staff at the entrance and the bellhops were quite disappointing. They weren't proactive in assisting guests, and for a hotel, the first impression often comes from the entrance staff. This really detracted from my overall experience. The front desk staff were polite and said everything was fine, but the baggage handlers were truly awful. On the positive side, the dim sum at the restaurant was exceptional. So, if I ever consider staying here again, I'll definitely have to think long and hard about it. I honestly don't understand how a five-star hotel can have such a stark difference in service quality. For a first-time guest at the Marriott Shenzhen, it was certainly a memorable experience, but not entirely for the right reasons.

Guest UserOur stay at the Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it for families with children. The entire hotel feels like a fairy tale castle, with adorable dolphin elements everywhere, creating a fantastic atmosphere. My child was thrilled the moment we walked in. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making the check-in process very smooth and thoughtful. The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. They even provided children's toiletries, and all the corners were child-proofed – excellent attention to detail! All appliances ran smoothly and quietly. The room's soundproofing was exceptional, allowing for a peaceful and undisturbed rest, which was very reassuring when staying with a child. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable throughout our stay. The in-room fridge, kettle, and hairdryer all worked perfectly. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from various parks, making getting around incredibly convenient and saving us the hassle of traveling back and forth. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients and excellent flavors. The complimentary shuttle bus service was very convenient, with frequent and punctual departures to both Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and check-in was quick. The 'little butler' service was outstanding, always available when needed. Overall, it offers great value for money. I highly recommend staying here.

AHMAD FARHAN F M AL-MASLAMANIOur stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience.
The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter.
The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained.
Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day.
We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay.
Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

Guest UserI recently took my child on a family trip to Guangzhou, and staying at the Guangzhou Yazhi Hotel made the entire journey wonderfully surprising. From the room with stunning views and thoughtful meal benefits to the meticulous and attentive butler service, our whole family had a perfect experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Guangzhou.
The hotel's front desk is on the 28th floor, offering what I can only describe as the hotel's 'ace' highlight – an unobstructed panoramic view of the city. Right in front is the iconic Canton Tower, affectionately known as the 'Little Waist,' with its intricate and unique lines, and the city lights stretching as far as the eye can see. My child was always glued to the floor-to-ceiling window, exclaiming and pointing at the Canton Tower's lights, and excitedly asking questions about the boats on the river and the tall buildings. The room has excellent natural light, filling the entire space during the day. Sitting by the window, sipping tea and enjoying the view, was incredibly relaxing.
During our stay, the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks, showcasing their sincerity in culinary details. The afternoon tea set in the afternoon was exquisitely presented and incredibly diverse, featuring soft Western-style cakes, refreshing small pastries, crispy savory snacks, paired with freshly cut seasonal fruits that were sweet, juicy, and fresh, along with drinks. The portions were generous, enough for both adults and children. Our family of three sat by the window, admiring the distant view of the Canton Tower while leisurely enjoying afternoon tea. It was both relaxing and therapeutic, perfectly setting the vacation mood. The atmosphere was simply fantastic, and my child absolutely loved it, insisting on coming back next time. In the evening, warm late-night snacks were also served, with comforting porridge and specialty dishes that were warm and palatable. After exploring nearby attractions, returning to the room and enjoying a hot late-night meal was both warming and comforting. The complimentary meals were not at all perfunctory and the portions were substantial, far exceeding the service standards of hotels in the same category.
Halfway through our stay, a minor issue arose in the room. We immediately contacted Butler Season (number 3), who was the most commendable staff member during our stay. Season responded promptly and came to check the problem within moments. She was gentle and humble, patiently listened to our concerns, and then clearly and efficiently resolved the issue. Her professional ability to resolve problems quickly and satisfactorily was truly impressive. After handling the matter, upon learning that we were traveling with a child, she proactively recommended child-friendly places to visit around the hotel, authentic Cantonese restaurants, and nearby leisure shopping areas. She even meticulously provided walking routes, tips to avoid pitfalls, and activities suitable for children, saving us the trouble of planning everything ourselves.
Following the butler's recommendations, we easily visited Huacheng Square and Haixinsha. We could also walk to Tiande Plaza for food, covering dining, entertainment, and shopping all in one go. Downstairs, at IGC Tianhui Plaza, there's Qingchun Pumen, which offers light and healthy options, perfect for dining with kids. A short walk led us to Dian Dou De at Utopa for dim sum, where the shrimp dumplings, red rice rolls, and children's meals were soft and not spicy, much loved by our child. For authentic home-style Cantonese cuisine, Chang Lai Xiao Ju at Gaode Land offers braised goose and claypot rice that are comforting and good value. For a classic teahouse experience, Tao Tao Ju's roasted goose and milk pineapple buns were a family favorite. In the evening, after strolling through Huacheng Square and Haixinsha to see the Canton Tower's night view, Xing Sheng Road and Tiande Plaza offered a variety of congee, noodles, and sweet soup for late-night snacks, available anytime.
Throughout the trip, my child fell in love with the Canton Tower's night view from the 28th floor and raved about the hotel's afternoon tea and late-night snacks. As we left, he kept looking back at the 'Little Waist' outside the window. The excellent viewing location, thoughtful complimentary meals, and Butler 3's meticulous and high-quality service created an impeccable stay. The Yazhi Hotel will definitely be our first choice for future trips to Guangzhou, ensuring a worry-free and delightful experience.

Guest UserFive stars, highly recommend Zhuhai Chimelong Penguin Hotel – it's absolutely the top choice for family trips! This time, taking my kid to Ocean Kingdom, staying here made everything so much easier. There's an exclusive pathway just a few minutes' walk directly to the park, and you can even enter an hour early, avoiding the huge crowds. My child easily got to enjoy all their favorite rides without feeling rushed. When they got tired, we could just pop back to the room for a nap and recharge. The whole trip felt completely relaxed.
The hotel is adorable, with a penguin theme from top to bottom. You can even see real penguins waddling and swimming in the lobby – my child was cheering the moment we walked in. The room came with a full set of children's toiletries, small slippers, soft bedding, and excellent soundproofing. At the Emperor Penguin restaurant, you can watch penguins while you eat. The food selection is extensive, and the flavors are mild, perfect for little ones. The staff were attentive and thoughtful; check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests.
Choosing this hotel doubled our happiness for the entire trip. My child keeps talking about the fun times with the penguins and at Ocean Kingdom. Next time we visit Chimelong, Penguin Hotel will definitely be our first choice again!

XiaoyuThe Xianglan Guan Zhou Hotel is beautiful, and rooms on both sides offer river views. The tall, bespectacled male receptionist was incredibly helpful; he knew I was checking in late, around 10 PM, so he upgraded me to a room with a view of the Canton Tower – I'm really grateful to him! The room itself was clean and spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds, and everything was fully automated. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

Mr. MoThe hotel is beautiful. The location on the cliff is wonderful. There is a picture to be taken at every corner.
You don’t notice the service people at all, but you notice their work. For this I give them the highest of praise.
Room service is quite fast. The food selection they have is super high quality, whether at dinner or breakfast.
The reception are helpful and are quite reasonable people, when there is a disagreement. I have informed them earlier that it was our wedding anniversary, and they prepared the room accordingly and even prepared a cake for us.
2 areas of improvement. 1- English speaking staff. -2- The hotel needs to put night owls in their consideration. The restaurant closes at 12, which is fair enough. But no snacks or vending machine way before that time. What if I get hungry late at night?
Besides that, I would definitely visit this place again. Is perfect for couples who want a get away, or people who just want a place to find serenity or inspiration.
