The environment was flawless, with sea views and lush greenery, making for a very relaxing stay. The service was also top-notch, and overall, it was a great experience. Five-star rating for Pullman Sanya Bay! Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I especially want to highlight the amazing in-house photography service. The room had an incredible view with a 180° ocean-view balcony; we could literally gaze at the turquoise sea from bed. In the evening, watching the orange sunset was incredibly atmospheric. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft, ensuring a very restful sleep. The hotel also has a private pathway directly to the beach, which is super convenient as you don't have to cross any roads. The garden, coconut groves, infinity pool, and patio swing chairs are all perfect spots for stunning photos. We pre-booked the photo shoot, and the photographer was an expert on all the best shooting locations within the hotel. They patiently guided our poses, adjusted the lighting, and were incredibly gentle throughout, never rushing us. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase extra photos, and the original shots were already excellent quality. The retouched photos are definitely going to be the highlight of my vacation on social media. The staff were attentive and detailed in their service, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The pool and children's facilities were all excellent. This hotel truly offers a one-stop solution for relaxation, vacation, and photo opportunities. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Sanya next time. Highly recommended!

Not great value for money, and the overall experience was pretty mediocre. The fact that the island was reclaimed from the sea, and the various buildings on it, are quite astonishing, but it's a real shame how many areas are neglected and falling into disuse. With over 5,000 rooms, the hotel had a high occupancy rate during the holiday, making the lobby feel like a chaotic market, packed with people and incredibly noisy. There were significant delays for check-in, and breakfast was practically a free-for-all, with extremely poor food quality. Room cleanliness was terrible; there were scratches all over the walls, and the bed runner was damaged and still had dried food crumbs from the previous guest on it – makes you wonder how long it hadn't been washed. The room itself was tiny, and when I asked for an extra pillow, I was told they didn't have any. We were a family of one adult and two children, both around six years old, but were told we had to purchase an additional child's breakfast, as two small children couldn't count as one adult. For nearly 600 RMB a night, with nothing included, it really wasn't worth it.

Overall, a perfect score and highly recommended! From check-in to check-out, the staff were professional, enthusiastic, and reliable. This stay was in a private hot spring pool room, a club room, and a high-floor sea-view room. I especially loved the private hot spring pool with its outdoor showering area – it felt so much like a Maldivian overwater villa, truly unique! The hotel was very busy, and I was pleasantly surprised when the butler and front desk helped upgrade my room type. I booked a room with executive lounge access, and I didn't leave the hotel for two days; the executive lounge was more than sufficient. The afternoon tea had a rich variety and quality ingredients, and the evening happy hour offered plenty of food, with different cocktails served each day – the experience was fantastic. Many thanks to Butler Annie, who contacted me in advance to confirm my needs before check-in, responded promptly to all my questions during my stay, and even arranged a thoughtful check-out. She was attentive and responsible throughout. The hotel is located next to Xiaodonghai Reef Beach, where you can snorkel. The waves were quite strong on the day, so it's important to be careful if you go into the water and not go too deep. Although the water quality wasn't exceptional, I still saw many small fish. The private and serene resort atmosphere of this bay is very similar to the Phuket Merlin Marriott where I stayed before. About 80% of the guests in the resort seemed to be Russian tourists, which made it feel like an international vacation. Overall, everything was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sanya.

This was by far the best stay I’ve ever had in Haikou. First, the staff were absolutely amazing. I messaged the day before to ask if there was a cake shop nearby, since it was my wife’s birthday. When we arrived at the hotel, they not only provided a cake for us free of charge, but also upgraded our room to a top-floor sea view room—completely complimentary. The room itself was spotless and beautiful. The swimming pool was a short walk from the hotel, but very nice, and the hot springs and fish spa were truly relaxing. We also tried the buffet for just 198 RMB per person, and it was well worth it. The food was excellent—the sashimi was fresh, beer and wine were included, and the variety was broad. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Haikou.

This hotel is perfect for a family trip. It effortlessly offers everything you could want: an aquarium, a water park, a beach, outdoor swimming pools, grassy areas, palm trees, and an indoor kids' playground. Three days and two nights simply aren't enough time to enjoy it all. We also watched the C show, mermaid show, and the dolphin and sea lion performances. The photography here is very professional. The staff are plentiful, always ready to answer questions, and the service is excellent. A special thank you to our butler, Paopao Yu, for all her help during our stay. She recommended must-see performances, helped us with bookings, and answered all our questions, making us feel truly at home. Many thanks; it was definitely a worthwhile trip. This is a paradise for children, so be prepared for a lively atmosphere.

The best hotels in Wenchang are Hilton and Wyndham, and I've had a good stay at Wyndham before. This time I chose Hilton because it's close to the beach. Concierge: Good, there was someone to meet us. Lobby: Grand, but it would be better if the air conditioning were colder; Hainan Island has been too hot this year. Room: We had a themed room. I suggest using rooms with better views for themed rooms in the future, as the view from our themed room was just average compared to a standard room. Pool: Clean and hygienic. You need to register to use it, and the lifeguards are very dedicated, not slacking off at all. They were constantly moving around, watching the children in the water. Breakfast: Tasted good. Environment: Lots of aerospace models and popular science articles, which creates a great atmosphere. It's very close to the beach, and you can see the launchpad when you look out.

Whenever I travel for work, I always stay at the Sofitel. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center. The service is also excellent, and I particularly want to highlight how meticulous the housekeeping staff are. They clean every nook and cranny of the room so thoroughly, and they even helped me tidy up my clothes. It was a truly delightful experience. Hygiene: The room hygiene was incredibly detailed. Service: The housekeeping staff were very polite and delivered requests promptly.

This is my second time here, and I absolutely love the courtyard room type. The room is spacious, and the courtyard is very comfortable. Last time, I connected with Stella here, and this time, as soon as I arrived, I was given a coconut voucher. The service has been excellent, with continuous follow-ups on my experience. The Shiba Inu cup at checkout was adorable, I really loved it. I'll definitely be back again~

Our trip was delayed by a day due to weather at our departure location, and Ella was a huge help, even coordinating our room past 1 AM. The service after check-in was also excellent. We could book yoga classes, tennis lessons, and afternoon tea through our butler. Whether we wanted to relax at the hotel or explore, we could always ask for advice. The hotel's scenery is beautiful with many photo opportunities. We used Manmo Travel Photography to capture our wonderful journey; the photographer was patient and professional. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience, making it our top choice for future trips. Little tips: The high-floor sea view offers expansive vistas, and the rooftop infinity pool is less crowded between 6-7 PM. If the weather is good, you can watch the sunrise from your room in the morning!
