The hotel rooms and facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the hotel equipment is also very good. It has everything you need. The service of this hotel is very considerate and meticulous. This is our first time traveling to Xilinhot. We are not familiar with the local conditions. The lobby manager Batu patiently introduced and recommended Some places worth visiting and precautions also helped us avoid many detours. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I have the opportunity.

The Tianyan Hot Spring Hotel at the foot of the volcano boasts a wonderful environment. The hot spring pools and restaurant offer direct views of the volcanic grasslands, providing a vast and tranquil panorama. At night, the bonfire crackles under a brilliant starry sky. The room facilities are new and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness of every corner is impeccable with no unpleasant odors. Both the hot spring area and guest rooms are very well-maintained. There are also outdoor hot spring pools available. The front desk service is warm and professional; staff proactively guided us and helped with our luggage all the way to our room. Manager Duan at the front desk was excellent, promptly addressing any needs we had. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, served beautifully in individual portions. It includes authentic Mongolian milk tea and shao mai, fresh fruit, and freshly made yogurt pancakes by Auntie Xin. The combination of hot springs and a modern hotel offers a perfect experience. It's an ideal choice for a trip to the Ulan Hada Volcanoes – definitely worth trying!

The room is very spacious and bright, with complete supporting facilities, beautiful environment, clean hygiene and good service. It is the first choice for business trips and travel. I will come again next time.

Recommended by a friend, it was really bright when I checked in! The room is large, spacious and bright, the bedding is spotless, very comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water is very good! The front desk ladies are very enthusiastic and work seriously and responsible! The floor service is also very good! Will stay next time, will recommend friends to stay!

This is a grand five-star hotel, very large in scale. The breakfast spread was quite generous, but it was incredibly crowded, likely due to the May Day holiday. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's security and service staff were also very attentive and helpful. Our room was in the second building, and I'm not sure if there's a restaurant downstairs, but the hallway, and even our room, had a strong hotpot smell. Even after a day, our clothes still carried the odor. I hope they can address this issue in the future.

A truly bizarre hotel in an even weirder place. Do come if you enjoy a Chinese fever dream of what Russian culture involves, oodles of kitsch and matryoshkas enlivened the odd static shock from the carpet, stay away if the combination of those things does not appeal. Overall a must-stay for any visitor to Manzhouli

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

I was on a business trip to Baotou and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located in one of the bustling areas of Baotou City. It is surrounded by a complete range of facilities, with food, drink and entertainment available, and convenient transportation. The facilities in the room can basically meet the needs of guests. There is heating and free underground parking (in the north, this is very important, semi-enclosed, so that the car will not be frozen 😂). I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel (when I arrived in Baotou, I had to eat the local specialties 😄), so I can’t make a comment. The mattress is soft, the pillow is comfortable, the bath water is large, there is floor heating and air conditioning, and the service attitude of the staff is very good👌🏻 The room is not big and the sound insulation is slightly poor.

Because I had driven all night, I arrived around 9 AM. The front desk helped me check for available rooms and checked me in, allowing me to get a good rest so I could enjoy my afternoon outings. The environment was great, and the room was quite clean. The room was well-soundproofed and had good light blocking, making it a quiet place to rest. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.
