"I was on a business trip to Baotou and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located in one of the bustling areas of Baotou City. It is surrounded by a complete range of facilities, with food, drink and entertainment available, and convenient transportation.
The facilities in the room can basically meet the needs of guests. There is heating and free underground parking (in the north, this is very important, semi-enclosed, so that the car will not be frozen 😂). I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel (when I arrived in Baotou, I had to eat the local specialties 😄), so I can’t make a comment. The mattress is soft, the pillow is comfortable, the bath water is large, there is floor heating and air conditioning, and the service attitude of the staff is very good👌🏻
The room is not big and the sound insulation is slightly poor."

Anonymous UserFor our Manzhouli trip, we ultimately chose Building 4 Castle Hotel. Our room package included unlimited access to the scenic area for two days, allowing us to enjoy the entertainment during the day and catch the illuminated night views and water show in the evening. The pace of our trip was very relaxed.
Building 4 is in a relatively quiet location, away from the large tour groups at the main building, ensuring a better sleep environment. The room was incredibly large and spacious, with decor continuing the Russian castle matryoshka theme. Facilities were complete, hot water was consistent, and housekeeping was thorough. The front desk staff were also very warm and attentive.
The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with Chinese, Western, and Russian specialty dishes. Overall, the value for money far exceeded that of the main building; we paid less but had full access to all scenic area attractions. It's highly recommended for families with children and couples visiting Manzhouli. Building 4 is definitely the top choice.

Guest UserThe wooden cabin B&B I stayed at during my trip to Inner Mongolia truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it high praise. The room was meticulously clean, spotless in every corner, and very well-ventilated, with no unpleasant odors inside. The log cabin design was very thoughtful, retaining its unique rustic wooden style, making it cozy and full of local charm. The toiletries provided were all high-quality, showing great attention to detail.
I stayed at several accommodations along the way, and this one had the best hygiene by far. The owner was warm and attentive, promptly responding to any requests. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, transportation is convenient, and the stay was quiet and comfortable. Overall, it offers great value for money; the environment, hygiene, and amenities are all impeccable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Ergun, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Guest UserЕздили на отдых с детьми в Маньчжурию, мы с мужем уже были и ни раз , а вот дети первый раз 7 и 10 лет . Поэтому выбирали хорошую гостиницу с завтраками ! Гостиница Порт нам оочень нравится , большие хорошие номера , всё чисто , убрано , белые постели и полотенца, и хороший ресторан . Завтрак - шведский стол , еда на любой вкус и Китайская кухня и Европейская , мы наедались с полна! С гостиницей всё рядом в шаговой доступности , через дорогу Ресторан Василек тоже вкусно готовят цены нормальные. Ездили к аквапарк, в парк Матрёшки , много разных магазинов, особенно нам нравится ТЦ Маньчжурия там одеваемся все , отделы хорошие ! Так что рекомендую саму Мачьчжурию , съездить познакомится поближе с Китаем и гостиницу Порт !

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway station, and surrounded by numerous restaurants. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the service was good. The room was cleaner than expected, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right firmness. Air conditioning and hot water worked properly, and the WiFi speed was acceptable. Soundproofing was average; you could hear noises in the hallway. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for short business trips or vacations; I would consider it again next time.

Guest UserA fantastic hot spring resort experience! Choosing the Yihe Hot Spring Hotel was such a wise decision! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's warm and attentive service made me feel instantly welcome. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and they patiently explained the hotel facilities.
The room was clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy and comfortable style. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and I slept soundly until morning. The hot spring area was a delightful surprise; the various pools were beautifully arranged, the water was crystal clear, and there were various herbal baths available. Soaking in them was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel's dining was excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the food was superb. The dinner specialties were unforgettable. The surrounding environment is beautiful and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a peaceful time. surexszThe hotel gave me a free room upgrade. The room was well-equipped, spacious, and very clean. There was plenty of parking, including EV charging stations. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The hotel also offered late-night snacks like lamb skewers. Across the street, there's an outlet mall with a supermarket, which was really convenient for shopping and finding local products.

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments.
2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels.
3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things.
4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room.
In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.
