"This hotel, a landmark in Nanjing, boasts breathtaking views from its high-rise location! I stayed in a 69th-floor lake-view room, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning vistas of Xuanwu Lake, Purple Mountain, the Yangtze River, and the city lights. Both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening were incredibly therapeutic. It's super convenient, just a 1-minute walk to Gulou subway station, and a 5-minute stroll to Xuanwu Lake for a morning run. Ji Ming Temple and Deji Plaza are also very close by.
The 50 sqm room is spacious, and the separate large bathtub with city views was perfect for a relaxing soak. The bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including local Nanjing delicacies like duck blood and vermicelli soup and soup dumplings. The Executive Lounge's afternoon tea had unlimited desserts, hot dishes, and drinks, and the sunset views from there created an amazing atmosphere. Ms. Alice at the front desk provided thoughtful service, proactively suggesting great photo spots and ensuring efficient luggage delivery. This is definitely my top choice for a vacation in Nanjing!"
