This hotel offers incredible value for money and is truly excellent. The decor is tastefully elegant, and it's well-equipped with dining options like a noodle shop and a tea house. Plus, there's a side exit that leads directly into the scenic area. The garden views are delightful, and it becomes even more beautiful when lit up at night. I even had the chance to see a firework performance. This was definitely the best experience I've had in all my trips to Suzhou. The breakfast was also great. I expected it to be crowded during the summer, but the restaurant is quite spacious, so it never felt cramped, and they refilled the food promptly.

The room was clean and tidy with great natural light, and the bedding was soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was very convenient for getting around by taxi. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a pleasant stay. The small balcony was also a nice touch for taking photos.

I stayed at Suning Galaxy for a business trip, and Freya, my personal butler, was professional, reliable, and incredibly efficient, making everything seamless. Her attention to detail was truly heartwarming. The hotel's location is excellent, with complete amenities, and it's quiet and comfortable to stay in. It has become my go-to place whenever I visit Wuxi.

We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

The room is incredibly spacious, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows spanning an entire wall. The electric curtains open and close with a single touch, providing excellent natural light. The desk faces directly out, offering breathtaking views of the Nanjing skyline and Xuanwu Lake. You can watch the sunrise over Xuanwu Lake from your window in the morning and witness the golden sunset in the evening. The service is equally impressive. From the welcoming staff who proactively opened doors and handled luggage, to the front desk's patient and meticulous check-in process. Housekeeper Regina was also excellent, sending many local guides that were very helpful for getting around. While this InterContinental has been open for some years, and some facilities show a slight touch of age, it's well-maintained and doesn't detract from the overall experience. As a high-end InterContinental hotel, both the soft and hardware, and the service, are top-notch, and the lake view is simply unparalleled. Five-star recommendation, I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Nanjing!

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

April, the most beautiful time of year, and I took advantage of a rare opportunity to travel. A huge thank you to Liu Qin, our guide from the hotel, for making this trip so special. She proactively added me on WeChat and thoughtfully helped us with directions, recommending nearby attractions and delicious food. When we arrived, a lovely young lady named Zhang Ting greeted us warmly, showing us to our room and explaining breakfast options and recreational facilities. In the evening, Jiajia and Xiao Wang even accompanied us on a stroll through Tongli Ancient Town, allowing us to experience the charm of a Jiangnan water town. The next morning, Xiao Cui guided us to the restaurant for breakfast. If only I had more time, I would have loved to stay a few more days. Looking forward to my next visit!

For weekend trips, I'd advise against bringing too much luggage 🎒, as Shantang Street can get crowded and the cobblestone paths are hard to navigate. It's a 500-meter walk from Exit 3 of Shantang Street Station on Metro Line 2 মেট্রো. 🍜 Dining: The hotel only offers breakfast, which includes Suzhou-style red soup noodles and small side dishes – quite exquisite. 🏨 Room: The family suite has a small living room perfect for tea. When we booked, they even provided fish food, as the hotel garden has a small canal where you can feed fish. There's a bathtub with disposable tub liners and bath powder. The toilet, shower, and vanity areas are all separate, ensuring privacy for everyone. The front desk lady was super helpful and provided great travel recommendations. You can also store your luggage after check-out. The complimentary travel photoshoot is perfect for family photoshoots, especially for families traveling with children~
