Facilities: Fully equipped with a smart home system throughout the entire unit. Cleanliness: Relatively tidy and clean. There was a minor issue with the floor, and they promptly arranged for staff to re-clean it. Environment: Quiet despite being in a bustling area, making it very convenient to get around. The street downstairs has a wide variety of food options, so you don't necessarily have to go to tourist spots; you can find authentic local flavors right here. Service: Warm and attentive, they even proactively upgraded my room type.

I chose the Swiss Grand Hotel for my trip to Nanchang specifically for the river and pavilion views. It's only 400 meters from Tengwang Pavilion, offering the best panoramic night views. The hotel is incredibly high, on the 65th floor, with great facilities and a standard-sized pool. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The walking path is perfect for a stroll and a great photo spot, highly recommended for tourists. I was also granted a late check-out, which I really appreciate.

The location is absolutely fantastic, and the attention to detail is superb. This stay really exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Whether you're on a business trip or vacation, choosing this place is a surefire win.

Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to what I think is their suite room, or junior suite at least, on the highest floor at Level 26. A huge living room with a working desk and separate toilet. A luxurious bedroom with loads of space, a walk-in open wardrobe big enough for 2 large luggages. Bathtub, standing shower, another toilet and twin basins. Bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking. Service was also on point, Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I guess all these makes up for the location. It's near the exhibition centre and Nanjingxi train station but other than that there's nothing else within walking distance. Luckily food delivery is fast and cheap here, same with ride hailing. I wish the hotel had robots sending my delivery up though. And that the lifts worked faster. But overall it's a good stay and will be my choice hotel the next time I attend an exhibition here.

The hotel's location is hard to find, mainly because it's small and the entrance is obscured by greenery. The facilities inside are quite good, and the rooms are spacious. The only drawback is that the small windows lack curtains or blinds, making the large indoor bathtub a waste. Another issue is the slow cleaning. When I arrived, it was already past 2 PM, but the room hadn't been cleaned yet. I waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes before it was finished, and some areas were still wet when I entered.

The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from Waishuangxi Cable Car. There's a food street right behind it, which is super convenient for grabbing a bite. The shuttle stop for buses to and from Shangrao is also very accessible. The food options around here are great! Service was okay, but some staff members weren't very patient. The room facilities are a bit dated, and the bedside outlet was practically useless; my phone didn't charge at all overnight, which was a bit awkward. For a benchmark 5-star hotel, they might want to consider updating their amenities. Breakfast, though, was fantastic and very plentiful!

I was super satisfied with my trip to Nanchang! My friend was getting married there, so I chose the Sheraton Hotel, as it's a well-known five-star hotel and I trusted it. I checked in quite late, but the service was still excellent. I had a river view room and could see the Pavilion of Prince Teng directly from it – the view was absolutely fantastic! Even though it wasn't a sunny day, I could still see the pavilion right there. The king-size bed was also very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. I also used the hotel's swimming pool and gym, both of which were top-notch. Oh, and the Nanchang mixed noodles at breakfast were delicious! I didn't even need to go out to find them; I could get them right at the hotel.

We held our workshop in the third-floor meeting room, and had a group dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. In our free time, we used the fitness facilities to relax. Getting around was efficient with the subway, reaching Bayi Square directly in just 15 minutes. There's a Hema supermarket downstairs for groceries, and the self-parking spots come with EV charging stations. Plus, there's a laundry room available.

The ambiance is pleasant, and the hotel's location near Nanchang Station is very convenient. It's easy to reach attractions like Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and Wanshou Palace by taxi. There are also plenty of breakfast spots in the vicinity. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They even gave a small gift upon check-out.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent; there's a gym and a self-service laundry room on the 5th floor, so you can easily work out while your laundry is being done – two birds with one stone! The provincial museum and science museum are also just a 15-minute walk away. It was very convenient to have food deliveries sent to my room by a robot. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The elevators were clean and operated quickly. My room was cozy, spacious, and very comfortable for sleeping. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the temperature just right, so I had a fantastic night's rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, I had a very good experience.
