Overall, the hotel excels in service and its retro aesthetic, but there's significant room for improvement in both hardware and breakfast quality.

The hotel's facilities, guest rooms, lobby, dining, and service were all genuinely five-star standard, truly exceeding expectations! It was also very convenient for driving out of the city. Before we left, the housekeeping staff even gave us some adorable yak plushies, which we loved! This was the biggest little joy of our trip to Xining!

The hotel arranged the finest room type, the room is not big, I booked a Lizhi City View Twin Room, it seems to be downgraded, gave a special twin room, there may be many groups to stay, I booked a room type is insufficient, so I was downgraded, the room was given to the group, the facilities are still complete, but only disposable towels are provided, The bath towels are very thin, not the general 4-star hotel standard, breakfast is general, parking spaces are seriously insufficient, the advantage is that there are many foods nearby, not far from Aiken Spring and Mangya Emerald Lake. Very disappointed with the hotel and not recommended to everyone.

The butler, Xiao Maoniu, was attentive and thoughtful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
