The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You can walk to the Grand Tang Everbright City, perfect for taking the kids to see the light show and browse creative shops in the evening without having to rush around. It's also super convenient to visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda at the Da Ci'en Temple, really soaking in the essence of this ancient capital. A taxi ride to the Bell Tower only takes about ten minutes, saving so much time and effort when traveling with children. I honestly can't find any faults, whether it's the service, cleanliness, or location. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'm definitely staying at the Shuyu Hotel again!

Cons: Sound isolation is bad, whole night you can hear people outside hanging out, the water running through pipes and drainage, bed frame resonates with each movement of the neighbors. No fridge! Pros: Location is fairly good enough. Clean, spacey rooms. Advice: You can shop at Vanguard supermarket in the nearest mall.

入住這家酒店真的挖到寶了！地理位置堪稱黃金地段，步行10分鐘就到地鐵口，出行直達各大景點和商圈，周邊不僅有連鎖超市、24小時便利店，還有好幾家本地人強推的老字號餐館，早餐吃碗熱騰騰的本地小吃，晚上逛完街買點水果回來，生活氣息拉滿。 實際入住比圖片更驚喜——裝修是簡約原木風，暖黃色燈光搭配淺色系軟裝，讓人瞬間放鬆下來。床品是高支棉材質，被套床單摸起來柔軟親膚，床墊軟硬適中，不會塌陷也不會過硬，搭配兩個厚度不同的枕頭，睡了一晚完全沒有腰痠背痛的感覺，旅途疲憊直接消散。 衞生方面真的無可挑剔，房間角落、沒有積灰和異味；馬桶沖刷乾淨無殘留，洗手枱鏡面明亮沒有水印，連淋浴間的瓷磚縫都乾乾淨淨。洗漱用品配套齊全，洗髮水、沐浴露是淡淡的植物清香，起泡豐富且易沖洗，不會有假滑感，還貼心配備了護髮素、一次性洗漱包，細節拉滿。 設施方面也很完善，房間裏的空調製冷制熱效果都很好，且運行時幾乎沒有噪音，不會影響休息；電視尺寸夠大，畫質清晰，頻道豐富，還支持投屏功能，床頭配備了USB充電口和插座，充電方便不用到處找插頭；Wi-Fi信號穩定，全屋無死角，刷視頻、辦公都不會卡頓。另外，房間裏還放了香薰，空氣清新無異味，細節處盡顯用心。 服務更是讓人印象深刻，前台工作人員態度熱情又專業，辦理入住時快速高效，還主動介紹了酒店的設施分佈、早餐時間和周邊遊玩攻略，耐心解答了我的各種疑問；入住期間需要加條毛巾，打電話給客服後幾分鐘就送到了，響應速度超快；退房時也沒有繁瑣流程，幾分鐘就辦結，還主動詢問入住體驗，特別貼心。 酒店的早餐也值得一提，種類豐富多樣，不僅有粥、包子、等中式早餐，還有麪包、牛奶、沙拉等西式選擇，水果、點心、飲品也一應俱全，食材新鮮，味道可口，分量充足，能滿足不同口味需求。公共區域的大堂裝修簡約大氣，設有休息區環境安靜舒適，適合臨時辦公或休息；電梯運行平穩，速度快且無異味，樓道里每天都有人定時打掃，乾淨整潔。 整體來説，這家酒店在位置、衞生、設施、服務等各個方面都表現出色，性價比超高，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假都非常合適，下次來這座城市一定還會選擇入住！

The HUAQING YUTANG Hotel has an elegant, antique decor. The hot spring water is a perfect 43 degrees Celsius, and after a soak, your skin feels incredibly smooth. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including local specialties like Roujiamo (meat burger) and Saozi noodles. The hotel staff are very kind and friendly. As a bonus, staying here includes a complimentary travel photoshoot by Jinghong Media, who did a great job and gave us three free retouched photos. We also got unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace, and from there, it was super convenient to visit Mount Li by just buying a cable car ticket within the park! Even though the room rate is over a thousand per night, considering all these services, it's actually excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay at the YUTANG Hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an.

The hotel environment is fantastic. Monica from guest relations called beforehand to ask about my preferences and arranged a great room for me. The room had panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive views and a bright layout. The bedding was comfortable, and the room facilities were complete and well-equipped, including an independent air purifier. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very polite. I'm extremely satisfied and happy with my stay!

Overall fine. Door was very hard to open and close. The heater didn't work and it was a little cold in the room. We wanted to have a snack at night when we arrived around 9:30 10:00 in the evening but the restaurant service was closed already despite the opening hours written as 10:30 pm. New towels every day and breakfast was great. One person spoke English at the reception and helped us for some planning around the city.

We cannot recommend the Hilton highly enough. The location is excellent. The breakfasts are very good value for money. Laundry is a same day service. Staff are exceptional. A front desk lady, Jane, helped us with bookings to local attractions and went way beyond what anyone could expect to ensure a top class experience. Kitty, a manager in charge of front desk, was equally helpful. Staff cannot do enough for you. At one stage, we were called to check everything about our stay met our expectations. Service excellence in every respect

The location is fantastic, right by the Grand Tang Mall (Datang Buyecheng), and just across the street from Joy City. We didn't experience any long traffic jams either! The breakfast was really good, with Xi'an specialties like Rou Jia Mo (meat sandwich), oil tea, oil cakes, and spinach noodles. It's perfect for someone like me who doesn't take the kids to morning markets. The executive lounge offers great views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose The Westin again.

Very good, I re-set this hotel because the soundproofing of the previous hotel was too bad. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a whole street behind where to eat. The Anxi Street on the right hand side is next to the community. It is very quiet. From the hotel, turn left for ten minutes to Lijiacun Wanda. It is also very close to the subway entrance, and it is very convenient to travel and shop. The hotel is fully equipped and comfortable. The induction night light next to the bed is very user-friendly. I like the small table next to the bed the most. It increases the interaction experience with relatives and friends during the trip. It is also convenient to order takeaway (bushi) from the first time I live in oranges. I like it, and I will live in oranges in the future. I will stay in Xi'an next time. This 🥰😋

We booked a twin room with mountain view. The view from the window was beautiful and the room was large. After a full day of playing in Huashan, it was really comfortable to return to the hotel and soak in the hot springs. The service staff in the hot spring area are very attentive. They served chrysanthemum tea and introduced the characteristics of each hot spring. Five stars.
