The front desk service at the hotel was exceptional; they were very enthusiastic and even provided a detailed travel guide for Hemu Village. After checking in, they directly escorted me to my room door, which was a thoughtful touch. The room facilities were great, with a washing machine and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The pillows, mattress, and duvet were all very comfortable, and the heating was strong, with the floor heating also being excellent. However, the soundproofing of the wooden cabin was a serious flaw. Around midnight, a family with what sounded like children checked into the room next door and proceeded to sing until 1 AM. I could hear everything so clearly! I rushed back to the front desk, only to find a security guard there. I asked him if they had earplugs, but they didn't. 😭😭😭

The entire hotel staff felt so stiff that I tried not to ask for anything. If it was a hotel under one thousand, I wouldn't say anything. After all, it's a small city with a population of only more than ten thousand people and I can't ask for too much. But the hotel dared to set the price at more than two thousand, and there was nothing outstanding about either the hardware or the software. I can only say that it was very mediocre. Only the front desk lady at the hot spring and the female manager of the buffet restaurant on the second floor were quite nice, and they had the professional qualities of service industry practitioners. The scenery around the hotel is very ordinary, and the scenery from Sai Lake is also unremarkable. When I was taking a hot spring bath, the staff were live streaming and selling goods by the pool the whole time, which made my head hurt. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and spent more than two thousand to suffer.

Love this hotel, clean and new facilities. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially Manson who help arrange a driver for our day trip to Lake Karakul. Highly recommended hotel. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of local food. There is free self service laundry facility. The hotel provides free airport transfers. The hotel is about 15rmb taxi distance to most tourist sites.

Although it's an established hotel, it has a great location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and within walking distance of nearby restaurants. The front desk lady, Ms. Aiman, is beautiful and friendly! 🌹I love her so much! 🌹She upgraded me to a junior suite, which was quiet, safe, and comfortable. It was amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The housekeeper was a senior employee and a beautiful young woman, equally attentive and enthusiastic. This made my stay feel safe and secure during this trip, and it was a very pleasant stay! The hotel has a very high occupancy rate, and it would be even better if the breakfast menu featured more Xinjiang specialties. Overall, it's very good! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Our stay with my parents and children was absolutely perfect this time! The hotel environment is elegant and serene, the room is spacious and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and professional, always ready to assist, which I greatly appreciated. The food was abundant and delicious, with breakfast being particularly outstanding. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, showcasing high quality throughout. Plus, they offer airport transfer service! This is our second year skiing in Genting, and we decided to try the newly opened Conrad Hotel, booking two nights. A special thanks to Li Kexin for her incredibly attentive service and care from the beginning to the end of our trip. She even helped us get a room upgrade, providing a more comfortable environment and experience for my family and me. Other staff members we encountered, such as those at the Executive Lounge, Chinese restaurant, pool, and ski rental shop, were all warm and friendly. This was a significant improvement compared to our experience last year here. The hardware facilities also surpassed other local hotels. It's just across the road from the West Grand Hall, and there's a shuttle service to the East Grand Hall. The food at both restaurants and the Executive Lounge suited everyone's taste. We're already looking forward to coming back next year and staying a few extra days!

A truly wonderful stay that exceeded all expectations! We stayed in different hotels in Tashkurgan County over three days, and only Snow Crown deserves a full five-star rating! Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated. Turn right outside and you'll be right on the Panlong Ancient Trail, the Khunjerab Pass, and the various attractions of the Wakhan Corridor. A key point is that there's a gas station right at the door. Travelers should definitely choose a hotel close to a gas station; there are no gas stations along the way to the attractions, so be sure to fill up before setting off. Outside the window, the wetlands and snow-capped mountains offer breathtaking views. Even at night, when there aren't any sandstorms, you can see the stars. Attentive Service: Of the three hotels we stayed at, only Snow Crown had the concierge take the initiative to help with our luggage from the moment we got off the bus. The front desk staff, both Tajik men and women, spoke fluent Chinese and asked if we were traveling for pleasure or business, and recommended itineraries. They also helped us carry our luggage to the car upon check-out and gave us a gift. Room Cleanliness: The room was larger than expected, very clean and tidy, with no odors. Besides the oxygen machine, it also had a humidifier, which is incredibly important for mainland travelers. The room's toiletries were all disposable Chando products, not the kind that come in refillable bottles. They were genuine and smelled great. Two face masks were also provided with the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was strong, making for a very comfortable shower. Full Facilities: There was a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use them. The laundry room was especially noteworthy, with more than double the number of machines compared to other hotels. There was also a free billiards room and karaoke. In the evening, you could choose between Chinese food or yak hotpot, both conveniently located right outside the hotel. The breakfast was more varied and delicious than at other hotels. This trip was made even better by choosing this hotel. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

I stayed for two nights, from September 17-18, 2025. I originally planned to stay outside the village, but Xinjiang is so vast that I didn't want to waste time traveling back and forth, so I chose to stay inside the village. Xingkong Hotel is not far from the entrance of the new village. The butler was very thoughtful and added me on WeChat beforehand. When I arrived at the village entrance, an electric car came to pick me up. Everything felt very attentive and pleasant. The less positive aspects were the breakfast, which was really poor. On the first day, the breakfast was all cold, even though the temperature was less than 10°C! On the second day, I mentioned it to the butler, and it was a bit warmer, but the variety was so limited that I felt embarrassed to take photos. Also, when I wanted to wash up before bed, there were five combs but not a single toothbrush. I tried calling the front desk for a long time, but no one answered. My husband had to jog to the front desk to get one (it was about a 100-meter run!). I do want to thank the butler for being very attentive and responsible throughout our stay. After checking out, I realized that they seemed to have upgraded all four of our rooms. It's a bit of a shame that the bathtub couldn't be used.

The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, especially the freshly cooked noodles and freshly ground coffee. A small gift was also given at check-out, which made me feel warm. The overall cost-effectiveness is super high. It is highly recommended for business travel or tourism vacation. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to this city!
