I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

Extremely satisfied, will definitely come again next time! The whole process was incredibly professional and enthusiastic, providing us with convenient service. The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk ladies were very helpful, always accommodating our requests. They even provided extra water for free and were very cooperative. We'll definitely be back!

Ms. Saramati and Ms. Xiaoyue at the front desk provided fantastic service! They offered a complimentary late check-out and were incredibly patient. Their Mandarin was very standard. The room was spacious and air-conditioned, and they promptly resolved any issues. We even received welcome fruits. We slept wonderfully. It was an exceptionally satisfying stay, and I genuinely recommend this hotel. Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent, truly impressive.

Five-star praise for Ms. Gulzhanur Maimaiti at the front desk. A perfect trip often comes down to meeting the right people. She truly showed me what exceptional 'ownership' and reliable, follow-through work look like. Even before we checked in, she proactively sent a video, meticulously asking about all our needs and arranging everything perfectly, making us feel at ease before we even arrived. During our stay, she keenly noticed our travel fatigue, not only thoughtfully offering warm water but also, upon learning of our tight schedule, proactively helped us arrange a late check-out, which was a huge relief. Even when we left, she specially prepared a parting gift, extending that warmth until the very last moment. From the concern before check-in to the reluctance to leave, she treated every guest like family. Ms. Nur deeply impressed me with her sincere follow-through and full sense of ownership. She provided service that truly touched the guests' hearts. I look forward to staying again during the snowy season. The hotel's own food is also excellent, available at the main entrance at 6 PM.

By chance, I booked a stay at You Shan Ya Ju, and my experience far exceeded expectations. It's located in the core area of Jiadengyu, making it very convenient to catch shuttle buses to Kanas and Hemu, saving you the fatigue of back-and-forth travel. The room was clean and spacious with complete amenities, and it was quiet at night, perfect for resting after a day of exploring. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an excellent base for a trip to Kanas. Highly recommended for those traveling by car.

Traveling to Xinjiang, I passed through Urumqi on both the outbound and return flights. Luckily, both hotels I chose were excellent.璞舍沁院 (Pushe Qinyuan) is relatively close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, surrounded by other hotels (at the intersection of Qingdao Road, Guangzhou Road, and Shanghai Road). It's easy to get around, yet quiet and comfortable. There's a satellite plaza nearby and plenty of dining options. The hotel's exterior and interior design are very unique, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff, breakfast service, and airport shuttle were all attentive, enthusiastic, punctual, and efficient. The self-service laundry room and gym were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The foot massage on the basement floor was very professional and offered good value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable and suited my needs perfectly. Highly recommended!

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. I pretty much book it every time I come to Kuitun. For one, it's pet-friendly, and for another, there's a park right across the street, which is great for walking my dog in the evening. Plus, the hotel facilities are really good, and the rooms are quite spacious. I always have a comfortable stay! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Kuitun!

The room size was good and clean. The WiFi speed could be improved because it's one of the slowest that we've had at any hotel. Their AC was under maintenance on our first night so it was quite hot and uncomfortable. But it was fixed the next day. The location is quite far from downtown but quiet enough. There's only one nice restaurant behind it. Otherwise, there's some street food stalls nearby. The service was good. The ladies are polite and always greet us every time we go in and out. The security guard was really nice to help us with our luggage bags. Breakfast had a good selection. Overall, it's a good place to stay with a reasonable price.

Excellent service! Choosing to stay at Hilton Garden Inn on my first day in Kashgar was a smart move. The hotel offers airport pick-up, and I was picked up by a handsome Uyghur gentleman (apologies, I forgot his name) in a Denza D9 (very fancy!). The receptionists are all beautiful and very pleasant to look at! They were also incredibly polite and hospitable, offering local Xinjiang dried fruits. I immediately asked for the address—they were so delicious!!! The hotel is very new, and the service is top-notch; they were always quick to assist whenever needed. Breakfast was plentiful, and I practically cleaned my plate!

I like the layout and decoration of the room. The atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable. The service is also very good. The attitude is great. The only suggestion I would like to make is that the support of the mattress is not very good. It is a bit soft. My waist feels tired after sleeping all night. A mattress like Atour would be better.
