I'm very satisfied with this hotel! The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. The room is bright and spacious! A special thanks to Evelyn at the front desk – she's beautiful, generous, and enthusiastic. I was also very pleased with Alice at the front desk, who was kind and approachable! They both gave me a wonderful check-in experience! I love China! The breakfast was also very much to my taste and quite good! And having unlimited coffee and tea was perfect for me as a foreigner! It was great! I'll definitely be back next time! It's been wonderful for someone who's lived in China for over ten years!

This hotel belongs to the same group as the neighboring Grand Court Hotel, which can be a bit confusing. The breakfast is shared among a few hotels, and I must say the standard is quite high, with a wide variety and excellent quality. The restaurant staff even pre-prepare coffee to avoid long queues at the coffee machine, which is a big plus. One particularly commendable aspect is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service for guests arriving from the South Station. The shuttle is a large and comfortable Zeekr MPV. The driver contacts you in advance via WeChat to share the route. It's a quick and convenient service. Even without the shuttle, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the South Station, easily accessible via a pedestrian overpass, making it a straightforward walk.

When I visited Huzhou before, my Huzhou friends proudly told me that the Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort was the city's calling card and its pride. Due to time constraints, I couldn't stay there then, but I decided I had to experience it someday. This time, taking advantage of my trip back to China, my spouse and I finally fulfilled that wish. The Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake Hot Spring Resort exceeded our expectations in every way! What particularly impressed us were the dazzling 'Ring of Light' show, the multi-themed outdoor natural hot springs, and the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. Of course, the luxurious and comfortable room, its impeccable cleanliness, and the polite and attentive service from the butler and staff also left us full of praise. As overseas Chinese from Japan, we can say that even in Japan, hotels of this caliber, with such excellent service, are not common. I will definitely recommend the 'Moon Hotel' to my Japanese friends. Our heartfelt thanks to the Moon Hotel for providing us with such a thoroughly satisfying experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Citizen Center subway station and just a short walk to City Balcony. The rooms are clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the light show from your window at night. The buffet breakfast is rich and delicious. There's also a noodle shop in the hotel's basement, and after eating, you can explore the underground shopping street.

The room was great, service was good, and the price was low – excellent value for money! I stayed for several days and it was very comfortable, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it. The lobby environment was nice, and the room facilities were pretty good. Xiao Du (AI assistant) was quite smart, thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely come again next time.

This ***** New Year, I brought my family to Wenzhou for a few days and chose to stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near Wenzhou South Station. True to the reviews, the hotel is clean, and the staff are warm and provide excellent service. Breakfast was plentiful, and everyone dined in an orderly fashion. The hotel offers great privacy; it felt like there weren't many people around, but it was actually fully booked. I must give a special mention: without prior notice, it was my son's birthday during our stay, and the hotel prepared a special gift and a fruit platter. It was a wonderful surprise! Overall, this stay deserves a five-star rating. It allowed my family to enjoy a pleasant Spring Festival holiday in Wenzhou.

Choosing the Pullman Zhoushan for this trip was an excellent decision! The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location with stunning panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering incredible views of the sea and Mount Putuo right from your bed. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made check-in quick and seamless. The location is superb, close to seafood stalls and the Mount Putuo ferry terminal, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. With a complete range of facilities including a swimming pool and a gym with sea views, my overall stay was perfect. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhoushan!

However, building #7 lacks dining, fitness, and leisure amenities, with all public facilities concentrated in building #8. A shuttle service helps to bridge this gap, and the trade-off is a very peaceful environment. The cleanliness was exceptional. The room, including corners and the bathroom, was spotless. The grounds were also kept meticulously clean. The environment is stunning, right next to West Lake. The hotel's garden and landscaping are beautiful, with greenery and water features everywhere. The terrace room offers a comfortable and enjoyable view. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the front desk proactively inquired about my needs and were always willing to assist, responding very promptly.
