"Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp.
The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed.
The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor."

Recommended by a client, this hotel is conveniently located about 8 km from the airport, a roughly 20-minute ride-hail away. Getting to surrounding areas by taxi or ride-share is also very convenient. With a police station directly across the street, I felt incredibly safe and secure! P.S. Just a heads-up: many areas in the city center are currently under road and subway construction, leading to significant traffic congestion.

The original plan was to stay for 2 days, but my wife had sprained her ankle and stayed here for 12 days. There are wheelchairs, ice buckets, sumptuous breakfasts, and various dinner options. The 63-square-meter room allows my wife to recuperate without leaving the house. Saved our trip to South America! ! !

Anonymous UserI was very disappointed with the reception at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was unhelpful. The rooms are not soundproofed. If you want to rest between flights, this is not the right hotel; you can hear planes taking off and people talking in the hallway in the middle of the night. Breakfast is adequate, but the à la carte restaurant is not worth the price. Do not have lunch at the hotel.

Amazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.

The room is quite big. There are many office buildings, restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel is decorated with fresh flowers, which are fragrant. Breakfast is on the 10th floor. The dining area is also quite large. On weekends, there will be people playing piano and singing in the bar on the 1st floor.

Dr. Julio BernalI am bias with this place. I did an intership in this hotel 28 years ago and I absolutely love Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is still quite elegant and the area where is located is one of the best in the city. The service, the room, the bathroom, they are all great. I really love the breakfast buffet for the top quality of the food and the variety of native Colombian fruits. The staff (Edwin in the front desk, Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant..) are extremely helpful and efficient. I will alway try to book this place whenever in Bogotá. Thank you
